I was hoping this was a general site you could post all your games, completed or not, to show your achievements and be posted on the leaderboards, but to have to sit here and try to think of 50 or more different topics to discuss or whatever, that seems a little retarded. Sorry to have to put it that way, but i dont get on the forums that much if at all, so i guess ill never be on the leaderboards to see how i compare with other gamers. On a side note, the gamer thats ranked number 1, have you checked his achievements, he has a lot of games posted twice for a double score, how is that possible?

Just my two cents.

Take a look at these threads:

Oh and games with 'double score' are those that are stackable; meaning you can play different versions of games and the achievements will still count.

Welcome to the site. The reason that there is a minimum post requirement for the leaderboards is so that people don't sign up, get on the leaderboards and are then never heard from again. With over a 100,000 members the site leaderboards would be way too big if there wasn't a minimum requirement.

As far as Stallion goes, there's a lot of games that are regional that you can play twice and thus get more points on. Also, games like The Club have PC versions that allow for achievements. I promise you he's not cheating, he's just beating all of us badly :p.

EDIT: Never mind, Eternal beat me.

As mentioned, the minimum post requirement is in place because it is a COMMUNITY leaderboard. It is for our members, not for everyone who feels like being on it. If you want to see how you rank in the world, check out mygamercard.net

well THAT makes sense, as long as there's a minimum then im happy, cuz I've posted with my social group but those posts didnt couns, so I need to rely on the few I can add to other forums. Also thanx for answering the double game achievements question, that explains a lot.

Welcome to the site man. Like most of the other guys have said. The leaderboards on this website are for the community of this website. MGC is a good website if you want to see how you compare to the rest of the people in the world. The community here is by far the best I've ever been a part of however and if you start getting involved more in the forums you'll get more out of the website and the leaderboards themselves in the long run. For example, you're going to get more out of the website if you come on when you can and get some posting in (non spam :)). This way you'll get to meet the members of the site, trade some achievements, make some friends and when you do hit the post criteria and finally get on the leaderboards you'll be on there with some people you've actually met through the site and got to know then It'll actually mean something because you can compare who has the better overall gamerscore or who got the full 1000 in CoD: WaW and who still hasn't got the infamous "For the motherland" achievement for completing Heart of the Reich on veteran. See what I'm getting at? Instead of just trying to get your name on another Leaderboard for no real reason.

And to be honest man, it isn't going to take you that long to get 100 posts. Just do it over the course of the 2 months and make sure it's non spam and you'll be fine. If you're in a rush you can always subscribe :p.....

Different rules for different threads. Here's the criteria for each:

Are you can say stick it to all those rules and subscribe, then you can get on everything straight away :)

They're not considered as "real" posts and anyone can just spam their way to the top.

I see, so it's in order to make it as fair as possible. OK, thanks for explaining. :)
I'll make the best effort possible to make it to the top in a fairly way. :P

I'm actually starting to get the hang of this posting business, soon I won't be a rookie anymore, yay! :) lol

I've wondered for a long time why I didn't appear on the leaderboards. Now I know I need to post more. Thanks for the info.

You need to reach the minimum post requirement and then go to the threads and ask to be put on the leaderboards/in the club
