This happens with every new game. It's ironic because the game just went "gold" yesterday. He had to be playing an early, unfinished copy. Of course I could be wrong...but it appears this is a possibility.

Lucky Fella. Could be an employee who works for the company just enjoying the game.

Fittingly she doesn't have any of the multiplayer achievements. If she did, I would be concerned.:uzi:

Could be one of three things:

He/She works for Monolith or is a tester of the game

Or was lucky enough to get an early copy from a store

Or they have downloaded the game from a torrent site (but surely more people would have played the game by now if it was on one of those sites)

Probably just an employee or reviewer.

Keep in mind that there are also those individuals who write strategy guides for games to have them ready the day the game is released, so that when you go to purchase the game, you can get the strategy guide right along with it. ;)

Good call, but;
They usually work alongside the developers to create the strategy guides while it's being made.

These posts kinda annoy me, as another poster has said.
This happens with nearly every game now. :(

If anyone is still concerned, she writes for xboxworld.nl - here is one of her features on FEAR 2 http://www.xboxworld.nl/news/11322/check-een-briefingvideo-van-fear-2-project-origin/

So I would guess it's a review copy, although my Dutch isn't quite up to scratch so I can't understand the website.

Some people get the games before the public, oh well. Not like any of you would pass on such an opportunity, and those who review games will get the games much earlier before they are released. Games do not get shipped the second the finish em.
