In short March 18th

I thought I read that ONLY 1/2 of the games come out next week (18th), and the rest are sometime soon in the near future, but with no real ETA.

I'll look, and see if I can dig up where I saw this.

they're not going to be on a disc for the 360 though. You'll have to download them from xbox live for 800 points each

That is the dumbest thing ever!

Giving the Wii and the PS2 the games on disc and making the 360 purchase it of the marketplace!

well the games are treated like separate arcade titles from a pricing and gamerscore point of view. They are separate games in thier own right with extra game modes and rewards and stuff, Its just a bit cooler as you can have them all in one location without having to quit out and start again to switch between them.

At least this way people can only buy the ones they want instead of having to spend a large amount on the full set and only play a couple of them.

Not from a gamerscore point of view. This is a single game with 1400 achievement points available (each of the 7 games has the arcade-standard 200 points).

So if you buy a single game and complete it, you'll still be stuck with a game on your card which has 200/1400 achievement points. Appalling developer decision.

Not that I'll be touching these anyway, seeing as Scrabble is US/Canada only :/

Welcome to the future of video games.

Buying physical copies of games is really antiquated if you ask me. I would much rather pay the same (or a little more) money to download a digital version of a game disk, as long as I could transfer that purchase to the next version of the XBox console.

1. No game swapping
2. No loading screens
3. Instant play (after downloading)
4. Less lag-time in multiplayer
5. ???
6. Profit
