Madcatz HDMI Conversion Kit:

Amazon.com: Mad Catz HDMI Conversion Kit - HDMI conversion kit: Xbox 360: Electronics

You can find it pretty much in any game store.

To my knowledge you cant purchase a converter for an Old xbox 360 that doesn't have a HDMI Cable Port. All you can do is use the HDMI selection on the standard AUDIO/VID Cable. It works just the same. Thats what I do and it works great for me. I have the HDMI Cable port but I don't use it.
But i'm getting sidetracked. Im pretty sure they dont have a Converter for Old Consoles that do not have HDMI connection.

that madcatz thing is overpriced and useless... all it does is convert the component video output to a digital signal

they could have at least run it off the VGA output pins and enabled DVD upscaling in the process

use the VGA cable instead if ur tv supports it, you get same resolution as HDMI and isn't overpriced, the cable is around $9-$19 give or take, i got mine for $9 on clearance at target.

Unless your TV lacks component input, there's really no point in using a converter. To get the picture (and sound) quality from HDMI you have to have an HDMI port on both the TV and 360 with an HDMI cable in between, end of story.

For those complaining about the cost of HDMI cables, you can buy them online for dirt cheap. I paid like $4 shipped for a 3 ft. cable.
