Hi, I've had my Xbox 360 since Feb 18th 2009 (birthday) and I was just wondering if 4059 gamerscore in this time is good, decent or bad?

I play about 3 hours Mon - Thurs then about 6 hours on Fri - Sun.
My friends from school have had theirs for over a year and I'm already ahead of them. I'm racing my friend to 10K gamerscore and I gave him a 2K gamerscore headstart. I average about 1K Gamerscore a month but some were pretty hard.

1000G - Cod 5
535G- GTA 4
544G - Fifa 09
410G - Halo 3
200G - Dash of Destruction
420G - Kung Fu Panda
80G - LEGO Indiana Jones
975G - Quantum of Solace
20G - Hexic HD

It depends on the games played and your budget (can't tell cause your list is blocked).

Seems fine to me, though that odd number would fuckin' infuriate me if I had to look at it everyday. That's just me, though.

It really depends what games you played and if you we're pursuing achievements directly or just playing the game w/0 caring about achievements.

I'd say if you we're trying for points you probably should have 3-4 more thousand but if not your in perfect range

I agree, on my old account I had a odd number in Forza 2 for a night and it aggravated me so much. I had my friend gift me all his cars that were for the remaining 1G and 2G regions.

Depends. I got my Xbox in February, too, and I don't consider myself as a hardcore gamer. It's not like my life depends on my GS but if you want to get to a 6-digit number anytime soon, you have to play your games a bit faster. ;)

The answer to the question depends on you. Do you care about GS or do you just go with the flow and get whatever achvs you get? If the former, then no, that's not a good GS. If the latter, it's just fine. I've got a decent score myself but there are sometimes where I go a month or so in a row with barely any progress

I'd say you're doing decent. According to your sig, you're not playing "easy" games. Just keep using this site and your GS should shoot up pretty fast.

Short answer; No.
Long answer; Nope.

I had about 13k within 2 months of getting my Xbox. After that I dramatically slowed down my pace to work on completion and playing Halo online. Stopped playing Halo and the speed I was getting achievements has never really risen to the level it was at before.

My mate got his Xbox around the same time as you and he has 18k. But to be honest that doesn't matter because if you think its good then its good.

depends on what games, if its easy games then not to good... if they are hard games then its pretty good. I mean i haven't gone for achieves as much lately... but i got 10 000 in 2 months at one point.. with only like 3 easy games... ( ava- and tmnt. LoL ) but as posted b4, it really depends on the games and there diff-- / ur budget... to buy / rent games.

It really depends on what games you play and how much focus you've actually put towards raising your score. With the games that are out today, someone could get more than that in a day. But then again there are games that could take months to accumulate your score.

I didn't get Xbox Live until Febuary but I had about 20,000 when I was offline, Since then I hve gotten ruffly 6,000 points with only three new games and a shitload of Halo 3 achieves. So I do not think your number is bad at all.

Honestly, how high someone's gamerscore is does not matter. I've had mine since Christmas and mine is lower than yours...
I think its ok.

I don't think it's that bad, it's about how I started out...Just recently I've been getting into the 700-800 pts in a week thing though cause I decided to go back and try to finish some games...I'm not putting anything new on my account until I finish off some more games...

Depends on how much you dedicated time towards it.

I gained 1250 gs just in one week once.

All not being stupid games that you get 1000 in 5 minutes.

If you are trying to get a lot of gamerscore then 4000 is not a lot at all. You can easily get that in a couple days if not one day. But if you are just playing and not worrying about gamerscore then it isn't that bad I guess.

in about 1-2 weeks i went from 7k GS to about 22k GS. But it depends on the person i guess.

Care to gift those to me now? lol. It's infuriating to see that daily, I've been working on that game for awhile and the fact a couple cars can only be unlocked probably at rank 50 is...argh

I think I was somewhere around that for a couple months as well.
Anyways, it's not like anybody is demanding for you to be at a certain amount of GS so I don't see why you'd be concerned with the looks of it.

worry less about gamerscore and more about gaming...

i have lower gamerscore and i've had my xbox a bit longer than 3 months because 1. i play games for games not gamerscore 2. i play more on PC than console

Well considering I got my Xbox later then you and I have 5k and I've done 1 easy game I'd say no. Especially as I played a lot of online on Call of Duty 4, being 8th prestige and playing a lot of Halo and Guitar Hero Online.

Really depends on how much you've played...

If you have been a right sad nerd like me and gotten (at this moment and time) 26708G since christmas. I've slacked so much lately though, mehh.

Not being offensive but I could put up atleast 5 times that in probably 1 month.

BUT saying that, it really depends on how you are gaming and what games you are playing. Also, it's just a number.

I got about 5500 in a month or so, but that's because I lived in a college dorm with access to some games. Right now I'm considerably slower considering I don't have my Xbox and are relying on GFWL games xD

If your into getting everything you can out of your games(ie. Completion %), then yes your score is pretty good. If you are looking into getting into achievement whoring, then I would say no since some of these whores can put that up in days. I wouldn't really worry about your gs though, most people won't look down on you just for that. Keep gaming and having fun. If you want to start whoring achievements, check out the easy 1000's thread to give your gamerscore a boost

Thats quite a bit but like other people have mentioned that it really depends on whats you got the gamerscore in like Avatar etc.(btw I felt bad when I was renting it with x GhOsT SLaYeR) and he rented TMNT at the same time :P
