View Full Version : Controller Help?

Im having problems with my controller. It keeps turning itself off, i replace the batteries with brand new ones and 10 seconds later it turns off. It doesnt loose connection with the console, so when i turn it back on i dont have to connect it. I dont know why its doing this, does anyone else have this problem?
Also, is there a way to get a new one off of Microsoft? My 360 is still in warranty, if that helps. If MS replace faulty items, how would i go about getting it replaced, is there a website? Post details if there is please. CS.

Call MS, friend of mine got a controller replaced for free from them when having a similar problem as yours

Used to happen to mine. But it stopped after a while for some reason.
While meaning 1 ~ 2 hours.

This sounds somewhat familiar from a personal experience but I found out I simply had to change the batteries.
Even though you said that your controller doesn't lose connection I would recommend reconnecting it to your console, see if that helps anything.

Yeah, i kinda sotred it now. I used a play and charge and it wouldnt connect properly, so i just keep buying cheap betteries. They normally last about 2-3 days. Thanks for your help.
