You obviously know that you can charge your battery pack through your PC.
But if you own a USB charger for - example: Phone/MP3 - you can plug it into that and it will charge your controller.

I know that the HTC charger and iPhone chargers both work, but if you do have an accident, I don't take any responsibility :)

All of this is news to me.

I just plugged the Play & Charge kit to the computer to charge the controller when I needed to, but just the battery by itself?

I use recharchable AA Lithium Batteries, I haven't touched my charger pack in ages.

I rather use Kodak rechargable betteries with chargers, it's good 2500 Amh (longest plays). Walmart store sell the Kodak rechargable batteries with charger, be sure look for charger with LCD display that included batteries.
