a few days ago my headset gave out and i called them up and told them they gave me an adress to ship it to them and they would send me a new one, i was a little bum thinking wow its under warentee atleast send me a box to send it in(like they do with the consoles) and since today is the first shipping day in the US since it broke i was going to go buy a box and send it in, and to my surprise i walk home from school and theres a box on my porch, i was like hmm i did not order anything? it was my headset! they shipped it to me already and said use this box and this pre-paid UPS sticker to send your item back! what great service!

cool, the mic on mines stopped working. have to try and get it replaced, even tho got a better one now lol

i also came home today and received my box to send my console in they have a great setup i will post pics in the burning 360 topic under general

I called a tech support for my internet once. A black southern lady, from what sounded like a deep southern accent. I couldnt understand anything she was saying. So I told her i going to hang up and call back. Next person that picked up was a man. Soooo much easier to understand!

They dont just stop working. Ive had my org. headset for 2 years now and it works just fine. All you have to do is take care of them.

Yeah, they are surprisingly resilient.
My 1st one has all broken into the seperate bits like the mic hangs off, the earpiece hangs off and it still works.
Haha, not that I use it.

I think the headsets are the only thing out of the whole 360 package that can handle a little wear and tear w.o basically imploding, thus having to make a service call.
