Last update posted on Xbox.com:

"Hey Call of Duty 3 fans:

We wanted to keep you posted on the status of our efforts to resolve the download problem with the new Valor map pack that was released Thursday. We are working through the weekend, as we have not yet reached a resolution, and we will provide a more detailed update on Monday. The team is continuing to work closely with Microsoft to address this.

Thanks everybody for your patience and understanding. We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Please know that we are on it and we will see this through."

They must have really messed up somewhere if they still haven't solved it. They have such a long certification process, and they still managed to let this huge mistake through. I feel sorry for the people who already had downloaded them.

Man I want the maps but its hard for me to give them $10 more when they dont even have the base game running properly yet. Although its better finding matches, it is still a pain in the ass when half of them boot you back to the main screen

Does anybody know if they've included the levels into the ranked matches ? I've downloaded them and played them in a player match, but I was just wondering if you're able to play them in a ranked game as well. Thanks.

Ok as of yesterday COD 3 BRAVO map pack is available.

Details:

Activision has released the much-anticipated Bravo Map Pack, which unites three new multiplayer maps with two classic PC maps from Call of Duty and Call of Duty: United Offensive. The five new maps (950.3 MB) are currently available for download (800 Microsoft Points) on Xbox LIVE.

ACTIVISION LAUNCHES A NEW ASSAULT ON XBOX LIVE WITH THE RELEASE OF A CALL OF DUTYŽ 3 BRAVO MAP PACK

Santa Monica, CA – May 31, 2007 – The call has come again! Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) is calling players back to the trenches with the release of new Call of DutyŽ 3 multiplayer maps, available only on Xbox 360™ and Xbox LIVE from Microsoft. The Bravo Map Pack features classic maps and new battlefields for players to test their skill. The five new maps are currently available for purchase (800 Microsoft Points) on Xbox LIVEŽ Marketplace for Xbox 360 from Microsoft.

Veteran players will recognize two fan favorite maps from Call of DutyŽ and Call of DutyŽ: United Offensive™ in the Bravo Map Pack. Depot, from Call of Duty, combines a unique layout of warehouses, water towers and a train depot, has been updated for duty as Gare Centrale. While for vehicle combat, nothing comes close to one of United Offensive’s most popular maps, Kharkov, an area that blends tanks, jeeps and motorcycles within a vast open combat arena, now re-envisioned and set to deploy as Marseilles.

New recruits and veterans alike are thrust into the fight with three new maps that will challenge players of all skill levels. Whether it is the Axis-held hilltop fortress at Aller Haut, the quiet, moonlit village on the foggy Seine River or Rimling, a small picturesque town filled with canals, players will have to use their infantry skills to wrest control from the enemy.

Call of Duty 3 is rated “T” for Teen (blood, language and violence) by the ESRB.

I don't know wether i be getting this one or not, but a bit expensive though don't you think?. :(

I'm not buying them for the fact I can't join an online game. Ranked matches are no where to be seen and every player match is "Could Not Connect To All Players"

I have to agree with you there m8, it is one of the worst games to play on XBL.

It's not a bad game IMO, it's just the after care of the game was bad. I love playing it and like the concept and design. EA I hate.
