i have a mic and ppl can hear me but i cant hear them and its the 360 mic...i want a replacement from microsoft and can i do that? also wat is there number or which way do i contact them and ask for a replacement?

I suppose getting a replacement from Microsoft would depend on when you purchased your Xbox 360. If its within the warranty periond, then it should be covered by the manufacturer warranty. It's probably quicker and less of a hassle to just go to the store and buy a new one though. If you want to give them a call, here's the number:

All the information you should need is with your warranty info that came with the box. If you call them and say that the microphone I got with the game is not working, can I get a replacement.
If you lost is/threw it out; tough luck.
Or you could buy a new, better, non-microsoft one for $19.99.

These mics were made for like 50 cents. They are junk and can not beleive they sell them in stores for like $20. Waste of money. I actually got two and they both suck.

exact sam ething happned to me all i did though is set it up so that all the sound comes out of the speakers, i am also thinking about rewireing it so i have like a nice logitech head set that works

Datel makes a nice headset adapter that you can use PC headsets on the 360 with, it's $10.
