i currently have 1115g on the UK version of f.g.n, does this count as being complete when i get 1200g? As the uk version comes without scrabble and my card will read 60 achievements out of 70, cheers

also is 1200 classed as completing 1 retail game or 6 live arcade?

No, you will see the achievements for Scrabble locked, so not complete. Complete as much as you can do but not official complete.

its annoying. It should be updated to 1200 for the UK. I have 1200 and its weird seeing it as 1200/1400!

Make a US account if youre in the uk and buy scrabble on that account on the same hard drive as your account and you should be able to play it on your uk account .

That doesn't work, I've tried that. Game checks if your console is NTSC or PAL and the Scrabble won't appear on the list at all when you start the game.

Yahtzee isn't available in Finland so I bought it with an UK account and the way I got it to work was to change the locale to UK on the console, but Scrabble won't work if I change the locale to US.

So that way I figured that the game doesn't do an IP check but rather if the console is NTSC or PAL.

As j00na5 said, that wont work unless your console is a NTSC model.

Buying a new console just to complete a game is a tad pricey.

As annoying as it is to see 1200/1400 (well 1650/1850 now)

What if you put your hard drive on a US console, download it, then put it back on yours?

Even if you have Scrabble downloaded and on your hard drive, if your console is not NTSC-US, it won't appear. Family Game Night checks your console's region and brings up only the approved list of games for each region. They've really been thorough with this.

As a last ditch measure, you could get a trusted friend in America to recover your gamertag on their console, then have them buy and play Scrabble on your behalf to gain the rest of the achievements for FGN. But it's a bit of a hassle...
