So...I don't see a topic about this. Who here has got the online achievements AND canceled their membership?

Where'd you call? What did you say?

I think this could be a useful topic so people don't have to have a hassle when canceling.

18004MYXBOX - Just say you want to cancel your Guardians Colony membership. I've canceled twice and was a quick process both times. I've heard other folks had a more difficult experience, not me.

Down at the bottom, under Billing Support.

I found it a fairly painless process as well. I didn't even have to remember to specify that I wanted the License cancelled immediately, the nice lady on the phone asked me first.

Was very quick and easy for me. Go into account and billing when the automated voice wants you to talk and go to "other questions". Make sure to have your gamertag, first and last name, and if you have a security question set up that you have the answer ready.

Guy on the phone said (I think thats what he said...) it would cancel on the day it was set for renewal (in 4 days) was it like this for everone else?

Not sure if it's been cancelled or not... :S
