Wow!

In all honesty I didn't believe that there would be a part 4 but I guess I am wrong.

yea, with all the new actors(on top of the old ones) it might spark a new trilogy...we'll see I guess.

Semi-old news. I can't believe it's actually happening though. I'm very excited!

We definately need a 'new school' 'old school' film, that is done correctly, let's hope that scream will what does that!

I take it you haven't seen Hatchet? One of the most amazing slasher characters of the past decade. Can't wait for the sequel!

I knew they were doing a 4th one a little while back, but they are still having trouble convincing Wes Craven to come back onboard as director. Or that was the last I read on it....

Weren't the first three movies bad enough?

Absolutely not. Best slasher to be introduced in the past decade. Phenomenal series that spoofs all slashers in a very awesome way. How dare you?!

I remember hearing a rumor about this last year, but nice to see it is confirmed. It used to be the cool thing back in school, everybody would go opening night and would be talking about it the following Monday. I'm curious to hear the plot though

Where do I start? Plot? Acting? I guess that's pretty much it.

Not to mention, I can't watch Scream without thinking of Scary Movie...now it just makes me laugh.

Well, Scream itself is a parody of horror films, though not in a comedic way, so seeing this film (being the 80's slasher buff that I am) is awesome for me. The plot is great in my opinion, the casting was great, and I think the characters are very interesting. Especially Jamie Kennedy's character, due to how much the character reminds me of myself. However, the characters in the third film weren't all that interesting, and became quite annoying.

I mean, I understand it's all about personal preference, but I truly find Scream to be a horror classic. I mean, clearly the sequels aren't as great, but I like how they do the whole 'Stab' thing throughout the series. It's cool.

"Did Cotton's death have anything to do with this movie?"

"He was making a movie called Stab... he was stabbed."

I love that line! :p

Scream came out 14 years ago. Man, that's a "feelin' old" moment.
