Eh, Red Baron is ok. I live close to NYC and I go to a legit arcade (not some Dave and Busters) so all these games are a little... off in emulation. Its the controls... Red Baron is one of the better emulated ones because the 360 controller has a joystick, but it still isn't big enough. :(

I've downloaded Red Baron, Lunar Lander, and Astro Blaster (name?). So far I'm finding these games enjoyable, never thought that the old games would be fun.

I tried a few and bought Lunar Lander and Shao-lin Road. I'll probably pick up Red Baron and that scrolling shooter one as well at some point as they seem fun.

Most of the Intellivision ones seem a bit rubbish.

I suck at Lunar Lander. Like.. a lot. I think Red Baron and Asteroid Deluxe are the best games.

Tempest is fun too. I'd put it a close second to red baron.

Is Shao-lin Road fun? I've been hearing a lot of mixed review about it.

I enjoyed it. Quite tricky as well. It became a bit easier when I watched a replay of the #1 person and realised you could jump kick. The graphics put it among the nicer looking games.

Finalizer is the best imo. SO damn addictive. I get a bit further everytime and keep seeing new stuff. It's so good.

I think Millipede, centipede and asteroids have more longevity, but Red Baron really is a blast.

Centipede is my shit!

I'm a sucker for the colours, lol.

I'm going to cast my vote for Super Cobra. Very challenging and a Starcade classic. This was the prototype for games like R-Type and UN Squadron.

I'm glad I could help a couple people change their mind on the best current arcade game. :woop:

Seriously, I bought Shaolin Road first, because it's just plain awesome. After that, I almost felt the need to get Centipede and Asteroids, because they're classics, and then I just grabbed a couple others so my arcade would look better.

I really hope the future games are going to be all-round better. I also hope they do an update that allows past XBLA purchases to come over, like Galaga, Pac-Man, etc. It's the least they can do, since they're in the same genre as these games, and we paid double the price for what we are paying for the current Game Room ones.

*sigh* Oh, well. Here's to hoping. :drunk

Have to admit that I've warmed up to Red Barron. I own that one as well as Lunar Lander, Asteroids Deluxe, and Intel Football.

Tempest is a letdown for me. You really have to have the spinner to fully enjoy it, and the 360 controls for it are just lame. I won't buy it.

As for Intel Football, I've decided that the current console offerings are not for me. The only Intellivision game I want is TRON DEADLY DISKS.
