How many arcade games do you need to buy in order to achieve all 1000G (I just wanna buy a few to play)
And so basically all the other arcade games we bought before this will never enter the game room?

26 games, I believe is what it will take.

Current arcade games are not in this game.

It will take a while...buy games you like as more will be released at the end of April.

i think you are wrong and microsoft has hidden the real costs for 1000 GS in that FANCY ARCADE Achievement.

you will still need 12 different unique designs for your arcade, but at the moment there are only 11 available. i know that some people have that achievement now, but that must be a cheat.

ok, lets say microsoft spend us a 12th unique design for free next month, you must reach level 40 to catch the last design. that will mean that you must have 156 medals in gold.

in other words you must buy minimum 52 games for 240 msp each for total of 12.480 MSP, if you are a good player and make all your medals golden.

think about it.

Basically Microsoft charged way more then 60 Dollars for 1000G
which goes against their standards doesn't it.
60 Dollar game 1000
10 Dollar DLC 250
70 dollars= 1250

Game room
3 x 26= 78
78 for 1000

F microsoft :(

The game room is a con. If you want to play these games or learn about them go online to play them and buy Retro gamer magazine.

The only reason to buy any of these games is to get 1000 from what I see. Overpriced considering the original carts are so cheap and most were/are freely available as abandonware online.

There are so many modern remakes of these classic games too.

I would spend my points elsewhere on something worthy like Perfect Dark, Shadow Complex or even the arcade hits titles which are superb and cheap.

If you want an easy 1000 You can probably buy new/used about 5 games for 55/$78 which are easy and netting you 5000 anyway
