Havoced
I recently rented The Godfather and of course came here before renting it to see what I had in terms of achievements. I thought they didn't look too bad and figured I'd print off the list and much to my dismay it didn't feature a checklist of any kind... So I will admit, to my shame, I hopped over to "************* .com"(it doesn't seem to want me to put the address so just remove spaces, this is strictly for suggestion not comparison) and used there printable version which looks a lot better and includes a checklist... Don't get me wrong, I love this site to death and wouldn't have quite the gamerscore as I do without the help this site has given. I was just wondering what the possibility of getting a printable achievement list much like "**************.com" (No spaces) for this website, because I can say I wouldn't mind having a binder with all my achievement lists in them with a checklist informing me of which I have and which I do not without having to refer to the time consuming Guide>Gamercard>Games>Achievements way of checking up... It also helps in multitasking when going on an achievements binge and hell, it gives a sense of pride everytime I check off a box. As for my other suggestion, I remember reading in a topic somewhere here (unsure of which) that someone had been writing the URL on slips of paper and putting them in the rental cases of 360 games when returning them. I think this is a brilliant idea and I think an "official" printable advertisement would be very useful. I volunteer myself to make them as I enjoy fooling around in photoshop and am always looking for a way to give back to this website because of my high school induced unemployment and lack of a paypal account... Tron
there are talks to make them in PDF format with clickable checkboxes... its a great idea and all i can say is that its something in the future that we will have to look at.

razzleson
As for my other suggestion, I remember reading in a topic somewhere here (unsure of which) that someone had been writing the URL on slips of paper and putting them in the rental cases of 360 games when returning them. I think this is a brilliant idea and I think an "official" printable advertisement would be very useful. I agree, I was going to do this, but decided not to because uh, I'm too lazy. But a DVD insert is 4.5"x7.25" roughly (it's a tad bit under 7.25", but there's plenty of room both below and above to add that extra 1/8") So each 8.5"x11" can easily fit 2 advertisements. Best bet would be black and white because of ink costs, plus almost every local person I know with a printer never even bother buying color ink. I made a small example w/ one of Flash's images for reference. This won't work as an official though because the text at the bottom is unreadable when printed. Example Good luck though! I could easily talk to my old co-workers and have them put inserts in every 360 game both rental and retail.
Havoced
There is already a printable version though although it dosent have tick boxes. I know this as I stated it in my post. I was just talking more about the checkboxes and a nicer layout... No offense but it's kind of... shoddy looking as of now.
Rocket
I don't want to come off sounding like a dick, so please don't take it that way. If you want check boxes next to the achievement, what is so difficult about drawing a small square next to each one? Seems logical to me that if you want to have boxes next to it, and there are no boxes, that you make your own boxes.
Bax x360a
therock i agree mate. If he dosent like it then go somewhere else? simple really isnt it ?!?! some people cant do anything for themselves these days I already print off the guides and check them off. If you read my post with any sort of care you would notice that it was a suggestion, not a complaint. I'm just trying to make suggestions to make this site even better than it was, people come here for achievement help and I don't want people to feel as though other sites are better, which is exactly why I posted this. I want X360A to be the best of all the achievement site out there, in my opinion it is already but just because it's the best doesn't mean it can't improve. Minty
I want X360A to be the best of all the achievement site out there, in my opinion it is already but just because it's the best doesn't mean it can't improve. Thats exactly what this board is for. We dont want to just be the best site, we want to be the best we can be. We did use to have bigger printable sections but people wanted them changed to save ink etc. Someone is working on a new version now, so we will see what that comes out like
Birky
Whenever i print off a list and finish an achievement on it i just take a black marker and cross out all the stuff about it... then you can VERY easily see what you've done. some people don't like it, but it works well for me. I do that as well most of the time but I am more thinking of a binder of games I've played with nice and neat checklists... That way I can play without worry of no internet to come on here and check the lists and the lists themselves don't look like scrap paper. Hell maybe even make a few laminated strips to put in rental games so if someone uses a dry erase marker they can use the checklists too... And Minty, thanks. I feared no one was quite understanding what I was getting at.
Im a Manatee
I have a folder of stapled guides, lists, and forum help mash-ups. The 50 pages and the folder cost me less than a dollar. I think the checkmarks would make the texts look a bit puny, since it could be a bit imposing depending on the sizing.
Havoced
I understand what you mean... But the website I attempted to link to through multiple edit's has a nice layout that's not just text... It's like a table with the achievements, description, check boxes and a nice header for the website.
