There have been other projects then those featured there but, sadly, none got to the recording stages. Now I'm sitting in wait as the people I put together for a new project got tired of waiting on each other to get their shit together. Plus it doesn't help that I've been waiting on finish getting repaired for 3 god damned months now by an inept mechanic because my mother hijacked the car to this guy and he had it torn apart before I could say or do anything. ><

My passion is bass guitar. I've always played bass instruments. In 4th Grade, I started on the trombone, and since then learned baritone euphonium, tuba, bass guitar, double bass, and cello.

I've played in a couple mediocre bands, and and a friend of mine just started a new one that I'm playing bass for. We haven't recorded yet, sadly.

Here's the old bands Myspace pages:

and

I played for both bands recordings.

Sure am but everything I usually make I don't stick it on the net I FUCKING BURN IT, because the next day it is terrible. I have written for the last 3 years and culled it all down to 7 songs. My band sounds like Grizzly Bear and maybe Radiohead and we will make it if I don't drink too much Scotch and mess it all up.

Sounds like good work- a little to heavy metal for my likings tho

I play piano/keyboard and keytar, as well as lead vocals for a band called It Takes Two...you won't find any of our stuff on Youtube yet, and after the last incident we had of weirdos trying to stalk us, I don't think I'll be posting a link to our MySpace page.

But we're mainly an indie rock/pop-synth band and have been around for a few of years I guess now...so far we've released 2 EPs and 2 full albums, as well as a best of live recordings disc. Our CDs have sold pretty well in our hometown and surrounding area, as well as some pretty heavy interest in some of the bigger, more urban cities throughout Ontario and Canada (which makes sense, since a higher population means a higher chance of at least a small percentage buying in), and we've actually had a significant amount of interest from a smaller record label based out of Montreal just recently in the past few months. Unfortunately since we're both pretty busy with work and school (which I just finally finished, thank god), we're going to have to make some tough decisions very soon about how to pursue our future in the music industry; in other words, if want to try to make a career out of it...which I don't really expect to happen, but I think it'll be a ride we'll enjoy as long as it's in motion.

:)

I used to play guitar in a hardcore/metal band called The Vacant Choir.

http://myspace.com/thevacantchoir

Started playing music together in Summer 2003. We broke up in October 2007, shortly after recording our full length that May. Ended up burning 50 copies and giving them away at our last show. (Which, if any one listens, and is interested, I can send mp3's of the songs, just send a message my way.) Broke up because everyone grew up and got girlfriends. Or engaged. All of had full time jobs and we just couldn't keep it together anymore.

Highlights of our years of playing music:
- Opening for Every Time I Die, Chiodos, and Atreyu in Nov. 2006.
- Weekend tour; Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska in Jan. 2007.
- Opening for xLooking Forwardx in April 2007.
- Spending several years making music I love with people I love before our local scene was killed by asshole kids.

Booked a tour once, and had to cancel it due to lack of funds and reliable transportation. Haha.

Played and set-up a reunion/benefit show in August 2009 when my 8 year old cousin was diagnosed with cancer and ended up raising 500 dollars.

Did this in October 2008, http://www.myspace.com/wristsofkingsmetal, but that didnt work out too well and we called it quits in December of the same year.

Talking to the old drummer from TVC, hoping to get together and do a melodic hardcore thing, along the lines of Comeback Kid, Saints Never Surrender, etc.

EDIT!!!
How could I forget The Amazing Rando? Improv grind band that my friend Anthony and I did. I did vocals, and guitars. And he did vocals and drums. Make songs up on the spot and record and never play them again! Yea!

And now I'm done. n_n

Right here. I make freestyles to some songs that are popular, and I've written some stuff and made a good beat to go along with it. Haven't published anything yet, nor do I have a stage name yet.

I was thinking Victorious or something like that lool.

I technically still play bass and sing backing vocals in my band Blue Knives, but we've been on an extended break for months and months now: I'm heading to university in September anyway so there's not much point in starting things up again now.

Anyway, we're progressive indie stuff - here's our Myspace (hasn't been updated for ages, hence the "pre-order album" thing and the spam comments):

(I think the second song "Erode" is my favourite of the list, so give that one a go first maybe)
