"QWERTY? DVORAK? 50 Taken know it's not either."

Anyone get the reference here? I'm in the dark...I can't believe I just said that. Anyways, little help? I am baffled as to what shotguns and typewriters have to with each other.

Luckily I edited this post. I would also like to know.

It could be a reference to a different keyboard layout and the one Alan uses. Which could also be a form / make / model / model no or whatever off a shotgun.

Its two different layouts for Keyboards, typewriters etc.

LINK to wiki explaining differences (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvorak_Simplified_Keyboard#Comparison_of_the_QWERT Y_and_Dvorak_Layouts)

I think that one went right over his head. The internet is great unless you don't know what it is you're searching for.

Looks like Remington made a typewiter, one was the Remington Standard no.12 and we all know Remington is a maker of shotguns. Maybe?

Sounds like it to me, E Remington and Sons (precursor to modern day Remington Arms) did, in fact, make typewriters.

I was thinking of the Chicago Typewriter (Tommy Gun) when I first got this achievement... lol

Reference is to the Olympia typewriters that were popular in the early 1900's, as Alan uses an Olympia-style double barrel shotgun in this game.
