Nah, because the developers are aware of the fact the game can be played online. This has happened to me before and it was fine.

The PC version is a joke (GS wise, superior in terms of game experience). You can use the console commands to unlock all the achievements. I can't see Fallout 3 PC being any indicator of gamesaving or hacking of gamerscore.

just out of curiosity; where does this site stand on using console commands? is it OK, or is it like gamesaving etc?

Seeing as the guide recommends using console commands to unlock the achievements, I would say it is fine. Besides, almost all computer games have console commands to be used for cheats and messing around.

The console commands are ok in this case because they shipped with the game. You can use them without any game manipulation. Just press ~ and use the codes. It is similar to the lego game codes in that you type a command/code and unlock achievements. They aren't hacks, exploits, or violations of the ToS in any way.

yea, this site posts the console commands for Fallout3 PC so it'd be awkward if they banned you for it.

Yeah I got the PC Goty for $20 on Steam and I try and not use the console very often (except for normal cheats)

why would you get banned for going online?
