#2 Just abit, find it abit weird why many are seeing this guy as a hero with all the facebook fan pages and such.

#3 It's not ever going to happen, gaming sites making a poor joke out of it and as for the Daily Star, well I don't think there's a worse tabloid for publishing a load of crap.

Could not agree more, it's amazing how the facebook muppets made him "God Of The Chavs"

I find it ridiculous that the people interviewed here actually think they're making a game called GTA: Rothbury. It's obviously a joke.

i saw that, thats the only place i found the claims, the only game that there might be would be a sick twisted flash game made by a serial rapist who has a keen interest in adobe flash apparently

It's 2010. Why do people STILL buy tabloids and then STILL believe a fucking word they say?

Because the majority of the general public are morons...

Not Raoul-Moatley funny at all.

I chuckled.

I had to Google Rothbury to find out what this was pertaining to.

There was a game made a few years back using the RPG Maker 2K3 program called "Super Columbine Massacre RPG" [LINK (http://www.columbinegame.com/)]. Didn't get a whole lot of attention, but did piss some people off.

Maybe you people in the UK make a bigger deal out of things?

I sense this getting deleted..(with all the insults and what not floating about)

But until then, this is the first I've heard of him...and if any of this is actually true (a hero? Why not just call Chris Benoit a hero then too...and that guy who got pissed at the Social Security office), then I just find it hilarious. I can take a joke and since I lack moral code, I will find anything humerous...I did get a chuckle off of this whole thing and would be strangely interested in a game regarding those Columbine kids (strange...people consider you just as "demented" if you sympothize with the kids, who had recieved a high degree of bullying in their lifetime. Provided those jackasses never bullied those two, it never would have happened...and just now are they ACTUALLY doing stuff in the news about bullying...).

Clearly its not real, or they wouldn't use google maps on the cover :P

I was just saying the 'jokes' in bad taste.

Daily Star have given R* a cash settlement, which they donated to charity, and apologised for printing the article.

This whole situation was just stupid! Daily Star had no reason to print it, and they should have known that there would be reprocussions. It had fail written all over it when they first printed it

Are people really surprised that this is a fake? It's in the Daily Star...not exactly the greatest source of believable news

Probably will get deleted soon. But, from the UK, I can tell you first hand that the Daily Star is the worst fucking newspaper. Almost every story they write is utter lies and bullshit.

I read about this last week. The fact that they made such ridiculous accusations only from viewing a photoshop image on the web, then decalring that R* were cashing in on the crisis by making this supposed game. Even contacting the victims' families to hear their view on what R* were doing...simply preposterous on all levels!

Daily Star = a fucking joke of a newspaper, and gives the British media a bad name. It's a paper read by teenage asbos and semi literate sheep.

Good on R*, though, for taking it to them and making them.

The Daily Star... Its gotta be true!

please tell me youre joking? no game would ever use real-life images, and even if they do, its just not rockstars style.

and this rothbury doesnt sound very exciting, compared to liberty city, vice city, and san andreas does it?
