The easiest way to get the “Program Changer” achievement.

Select a 2-star school from either Texas or California like SMU or Rice because they have the TX and CA pipelines and make recruiting pitches work the best. I did this achievement with SMU.

While using SMU, target all of the HB and QBs from TX and 5-star HB and QBs that have high interest in SMU. Recruit as best you can for about 3-4 weeks to weed out the 5-star prospects that commit immediately to big schools like Texas and Ohio St.

After you have found a 5-star prospect that has placed your team in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th interest place, go into the “coaching position” option and hire one or two new coaches and “find them a job” at the schools that have your targeted 5-star prospect as the 1st and 2nd interest. Go into the new coaches recruiting pages and recruit 1-topic for the player you are targeting the hardest for and hit the “B” button to exit the phone conversation and to give the “new coach’s team “ 0 recruiting points for that week.

Then delete those coaches jobs that you just created leaving you with just your SMU coach—in order for the achievement to count as a single team dynasty. Recruit the best you can for that targeted 5-star QB/HB with SMU and eventually you will unlock the achievement because you’ll be the players #1 interest.

Rinse and repeat if necessary.

This strategy worked for me and I was able to get the achievement in like 10-15 minutes. Saves your from doing all of the team builder nonsense.

This method took me about 3 hours to run through and at the end I didn't get it after signing 2 5* players. I would create a new coach each week and then delete them instantly before moving on. Even simmed to the end of the season to signing day to see if that impacted it and nothing. Any ideas?

Make sure it's not just 5* players, but 5* QB or RB.

For this method to work, does my team need to be already on their top 10 schools? I've tried different schools, but i cant even crack the top 10 for any of the hometown players.
