i know people stated the money achieve needed to be done by having the full 1,000,000 in your bank at once. my question is since theres a item log does anyone know if you need to keep all 300 items to get the achieve or can you sell? thanks

You probably need 300 items in your inventory at once. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you need 10,000 kills with 1 character given the nature of these achievements.

I swear, I cannot hold onto 300 items at once.... Must... Sell... Useless... Crap... Kills I can handle, personally I like Soma and that's all I've used so far, but 300 items at once? Like the 1 million gold achievement was retarded enough already.

is it even possible to hold 300 items on 1 character or does at leas this achievement allow you to do this on multiple characters?

I guess you have not even played the game, all items that are not equiped are in a comunial inventory between all characters with no limit other than you can only have 9 of each iem

Well... considering your characters all share inventory...

my theory is 300 unique items (no 9x potions, 9x high potions, etc.), so keep at least 1 of each item type. Play all characters to cover the broadest area, I also believe character skill collectibles count toward the item count, but we'll see.

I want to make an item checklist on here, but I am away from my xbox.

i have 285 items in my item log. so i should be able to confirm if this is 300 items total in your log or if you acually have to have alll 300 items by this afternoon so ill let everyone know.

I really hope it's just for the item log, I've been selling everything I don't need...

ok ill break this down as best i can. i counted 301 items in my item log and i counted 3 times and got 301 each time. i had 247 actual items in my inventory. NO Achieve popped.

i figured ok ill keep on playing so i hopped around from level to level mixing up characters and and difficulty and i found around 11 new items i didnt have. and the achievement popped in level 4 when i picked up some food item i didnt have. i counted my items again and had roughly 314 in my item log.

so something in the item log does not count and im gonna throw out a guess and say the stuff in the magic list might not count. i have around 14-16 items in that list.

so in conclusion you do not have to have 300 actual items in your inventory as i had around 247-255 when my achieve popped.

please if anyone else can confirm this and let us know that would be great.

happy hunting, im off to get 4000 more kills. and also if anyone needs help with hard runs let me know if im not helping others i might be able to assist you. ill be back on grinding kills in 2 hours or so and will prolly grind out the last of them tonight.

Would be nice if you can confirm that the 10000 kills can be from all the characters.

I just got the achievement and I counted my items in my Compendium. The total is 314, so something in there doesn't get counted towards it. I also only had like 10 or so items in my inventory because I sell everything.

It is possibly an in all thing, but only time will tell.

So you don't have to have 300 unique items in your inventory? Just the item compendium?

Does anyone know how many items you start off with in the compendium? Since the achievement is "find 300 unique items" maybe the ones you start off with, don't count.

yes.........

Uh no offense, but you don't have the achievement. So not taking your word for it.

I have 18 hours of gameplay in with alucard and alucard only. I have 270 items in my inventory, from weapons to food. I could probably get this quicker if I used the other characters because I know they get some different items. But so far, and slowly, I am still getting new items with alucard, so I believe it is possible to do it with one character.

If you learn to read you would have notice someone has gotten the achievement and that the other guy was just saying you don't have to have 300 items in the inventory. Read all the posts before you comment please.

Great, thanks for posting your findings. I'd started only selling duplicates so I'm glad I can clear out the junk now!
