Hello peeps

I haven't played a football game since This Is Football 2002 on the PlayStation 2. Since then I got drawn into First Person Shooter games when Halo CE & Xbox Original came out. I tried out the demos (FIFA 09/10) & I couldn't get the hang of the controls, but now I've played the FIFA 11 demo it seems to have changed & I can actually play it. :)

I'm planning on buy my 1st football game in 8-9 years, but I'm now a pommie living in Australia & from what people have been saying EA Servers in Australia is a dead zone with the connection. Can someone advise me on the past FIFA games & their Xbox Live connections. :(

Thanks

your latency will be like 1-2 bars the whole time. Well that what it's like in NZ. I have the mean delay but yet i'm still able to win games. on fifa 09 i have like 150 wins and 30 loses. all goods. Haven't played much fifa 10 online. Only like 25 wins and 6 loses. something like that.

Fifa 10 was pretty bad for Aussies in terms of connection quality and matchmaking. I would suggest finding people of a near location to play with as random matchups will almost certainly end up in lag.
