Title says it all... Can someone please help me on getting above this speed for the achievement.
I'm trying on monza with diff downforces/gear ratios etc and still fall short of target speed.... Or run out of track!!!

Any help on actual set-up ratios etc would be much appreciated =)

Monza is actually a good track for it. Before leaving the pits just go to fast setup. Set it to the fastest (lowest downforce) and start you qualifying lap. That way you exit the last corner good to have enough topspeed. You should have it just after the pitwall ends. I took a McLaren and did it in quick play trying to qualify on medium difficulty. Hope it helps

I echo above comments. Picked this achievement up this morning this exact way. Let engineer take care of your settings with the highest "dry" setup and just put your foot down on the opening straight. All done in time trial. There was a YouTube video detailing the method too. Good luck!

Also it might help to choose flying lap when exiting pits during qualifying at Monza with the aforementioned super fast/low drag setup.

I got the achievement on Spa.With a little longer 7th gear than default, and low downforce. After the start and the 1st hairpin, you accelrate to 7th gear before the left-right-left uphill.Do it flat out,and youŽll easy hit 220 mph before next breaking point.
