This guide has been written by myself for use on x360a and x360a only. Any reproduction of this guide is not allowed and can only be obtained by asking my permission.

I will answer any questions you might have, but please, do not send random friend requests on Xbox Live. I will not accept them, unless a solid reason is included.

I want to thank Lord Maim and PowerPyx over at PS3trophies.org for their video material and mmartynn, SpinelesS, PsychoticScot and Hoernchen from x360.org for their in-depth walkthroughs and lists.

Also special thanks to N3xus Gam3r for making the banner. :)

- Estimated achievement difficulty: 6/10
- Approximate time: 30-40 hours
- Offline: 900 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png
- Online: 100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.png
- Missable Achievements: 'Having a Gas', 'Life Saver', 'Hero of Fortune City', 'Improper Behaviour', 'Justice Served', 'Judge, Jury and Executioner', 'Come on! Follow Me!, 'Father of the Year', 'Justice Served'
- Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 4 (5 recommended)
- Glitched achievements: multi-playthrough achievements may provide some frustration. Co-op is glitchy.
- Cheats: None

1. Introduction

Dead Rising 2 features a timed mission game mechanic and allows you to restart the story at any point throughout the game while retaining your level and several key items.
This affects your playthroughs and achievements in several ways.

This is a quick summary of the things that need to be completed or obtained per playthrough.

Save 50 survivors ('Hero of Fortune City')
Spray all Zombrex posters ('Improper Behaviour')
Katey's Gifts ('Father of the Year')
All story related key items and several entrances (Underground, Shortcuts, Doors)
Zombie kill achievements (with the sole exception of 'Zombie Fu')

All other progress towards an achievement or non-story related items like the SUV or Bike keys carry over.
If possible, try and contain every achievement in one playthrough, there have been reports of them not unlocking when they should, requiring to use or do something that you've already done in your last playthrough, which makes it a pain to track down.

Due to the glitchy nature of coop, it might be wise to restrict your coop playthrough to the story and survivor/psycho achievements, while keeping most others for solo playthroughs, most notably the 'use all items' achievements.

2. Multiplayer

Starting off with multiplayer might be a good idea as the money earned can be transferred to a singleplayer savegame. This will make the 6.000.000$ achievement a little less steep.
Do note that this is not required, there are additional methods of earning money in single player.

Following tasks must be completed in ranked matches:

Win an event
Win an episode
Win all 9 events

Since the online community is virtually non-existent, you might want to head on over to the achievement trading thread and find yourself some boosting partners, which can be found here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=146499).

3. Playthrough 1 - Story/Coop

This will be the playthrough where you explore the storyline along with a fair share of survivor rescues and psycho killing. Get a friend or head to the co-op partner thread here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=146499) to find one.

It is possible to complete your notebook for 'Data Miner' but due to your low level it might prove difficult, although co-op will cancel it out. Don't worry about things you've missed, but keep them in mind for your next playthroughs.

Some (parts of) achievements are only achievable during the storyline or events that occur late in the game. Make sure to do them at the appropriate time or you'll find yourself facing an extra playthrough.

'Improper Behaviour'
'Father of the Year'
'Head Trauma'

'S + Laughter = Slaughter'
'Having a Gas'
'Chuck Greene: Cross Dresser?'
'He Has Covered Wars...'
'Life Saver'
'Justice Served'

4. Playthrough 2 - Survivors/Psychos and item checklists

This playthrough will be dedicated to finishing up all the achievements that you didn't finish in your first playthrough. This will vary individually, but I'll give a list of the things that most people will have left.

Complete melee/ranged/novelty/explosives checklists
Filling the notebook for 'Data Miner'
Visit all shops
Spend 6 million
Make all combo cards
Acquire all combo cards
All clothing

5. Playthrough 3 - Mopping up

Finish up any achievements you haven't gained yet, save for the 'zombie kills' achievements.

In this playthrough, the last thing you'll do is acquire 2 million to buy the SUV if you haven't done so already. Once acquired, restart the story and go to the next step.

6. Playthrough 4 - Zombie Genocide Master

You'll be spending another 6 hours driving the Silver/Platinum strip up and down to get 72000 zombie kills. Avoid crashing into obstacles and save when you feel you've done a good run on the strip, and don't be afraid to reload when you feel it was quite the opposite of a good run.

Kill 72,000 zombies.

You'll spend an entire playthrough dedicated to running over zombies with a SUV. Head on over to the post below for details on the generally accepted fastest method.
The big upside of this method is that you can reload your game whenever you feel you've had a bad run.

A full walkthrough can be found here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=264428).

Defeat 10 psychopaths.

Psychopaths are survivors who have gone insane as a result of the outbreak in Fortune City. You'll encounter a fair share of these during the storyline, while others are messaged through your cellphone.
There are more than 10 pshychopaths in the game but some of these can be extremely difficult to defeat in your first playthrough, make sure you're prepared or save them for another playthrough when you have levelled up a bit.
Below is a list of the non-storyline messages that feature a psychopath, so that you can prepare accordingly.

Chuck the Role Model
Tastes Like Chicken
Meet the contestants
Here Comes the Groom
Everyone Knows Slappy
Mail Order Zombrex
WWJWD?
One Hit Wonder
World's Most Dangerous Trick

Ted the psychopath can be found at the very start of the game at Yucatan Casino and mid-game there'll be a foursome that appears on the Silver Strip. These are the only 'non-messaged' psychos in the game.

A timeline of both survivors and psychos can be found here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=261447).

Kill 1,000 zombies barehanded.

While playing through the game, use your jumpkick move ( http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/a.png then http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/x.png ) to kill zombies. While levelling up you'll receive additional barehanded moves. Not only are these moves fun to mess around with, they'll make killing zombies quite a bit easier.
Be on the lookout for the smash grab move (hold http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/rt.png + http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/x.png ) as there is another achievement (Smashy) that requires you to kill 100 zombies with that move.

The kill count is spread across all playthroughs, given you restart the story from a previous save, but there have been reports of it not unlocking, so it's best to contain them in one playthrough, just to be on the safe side.

Note: The moves you receive while levelling are random. Don't worry if a certain skill hasn't unlocked yet, you'll get them all eventually.

Kill 1,000 zombies while riding a motorcycle.

After completing the 'Meet the contestants' mission, you'll have access to the bike's workshop, which can be found inside a trailer near the Yucatan Casino entrance on the Platinum Strip. You can attach items, such as a chainsaw to the bike.

Simply fetch a chainsaw, located in the maintenance room directly across the Slot Ranch Casino entrance on the Silver Strip, and bring it back to the trailer. Attach it to the bikeand you have yourself a brand new Slice Bycicle.

You can make tours on the Silver/Platinum Strip until you have 1000 kills, but it's best to save this for case 6-3 when you're about to save Rebecca, since you can complete another achievement (Having a Gas) at the same time.

Make the Slice Bycicle as explained above and take it underground through the hole that's revealed in the Case 6-3 cutscene. Once there, start making circles through the underground tunnels. You'll be able to earn both achievements at the same time, thus saving precious time in your playthrough.

Use every type of firearm on a zombie.

This achievement requires you to actually kill the zombie with the firearms.

As all other multi-playthrough achievements, there have been reports of it not unlocking when it should. Again, try to contain the requirements in one playthrough, to be on the safe side.

Assault Rifle - Can be bought in Pawn Shops, appearance seems to be random
BFG - Combo Weapon, refer to ‘Duct Tape FTW’
Handgun - Various locations
LMG - Can be bought in Pawn Shops, appearance seems to be random
Merc Rifle - Only found during storyline cases
Shotgun - Weapon Shop in Pallisades Mall
Six Shooter - Only obtainable after killing the psycho from WWJWD?
Sniper Rifle - Weapon Shop in Pallisades Mall

Use every type of melee weapon on a zombie.

It is not required to kill them, hitting them will suffice.

As all other multi-playthrough achievements, there have been reports of it not unlocking when it should. Again, try to contain the requirements in one playthrough, to be on the safe side.

Take note of the following items and ensure you find these while doing the relevant missions/cases.

Unique items:

Katana - Case 4-1
Magician's sword - 'The World's Most Dangerous Trick' side mission
Military Case - Starting from Case 5, hard to miss boxes though.

Escort 8 survivors at once.

For this achievement, you'll be finding and bringing back 8 survivors to the safehouse at once. While this task seems daunting, there are quite a few ways of achieving this, and luckily, there's a way at the very start of the game, for which a guide can be found here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?p=3554641#post3554641).

Save 50 survivors.

Survivors are saved by finding them and escorting them back to the safehouse. Survivors are mostly messaged to your cellphone while others only appear at certain points throughout the game.

This achievement must be done in a single playthrough, as opposed to 'Data Miner' which is cumulative, although both can be done in a single run, if managed correctly.
It is possible to do this in your first playthrough, along with the storyline, but I recommend saving them for a different playthrough, along with the 'use all items on zombies' achievements.

A guide for gaining both achievements in one playthrough can be found here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=261447)

A few pointers about survivors:

The game only allows you to have 8 survivors at the same time during the game, so if a mission doesn't trigger, chances are you'll need to finish a few missions before they appear
When a message is incoming for the area you're currently present, the message will not appear. Leave the area to trigger it.
Do not hang about in the safehouse waiting for calls, messages do not appear and you might miss out.
Do not leave your survivors behind a loading screen. They gradually lose health and will die eventually. Always wait at the door until all the survivors have a green door icon above their heads/avatar.
Check their avatars. If someone seems to be lingering, chances are they are cripple or they're being held by a zombie. A quick glance at the avatar will reveal it's condition.
If you happen to come across a psycho encounter while escorting survivors, cram them in a maintenance room or any room with doors that is zombie-free and close it. Apparently the aura of the zombies degrades their ability of opening doors.

Change into all the clothes in the game.

You need to wear every single piece of clothing, save for unlockables, to get this achievement. Just about every store in Fortune City has some clothes you can dress Chuck with. Some are funny, while others border to downright disturbing... in a fun way though.

As all other multi-playthrough achievements, there have been reports of it not unlocking when it should. Try to contain the requirements in one playthrough, to be on the safe side.

Give Katey every possible gift.

Katey is having a rough time, so it would be very thoughtful to bring back an item or two every once in a while.
Bring back the following items to her to obtain this achievement. This must be done in one playthrough.

Bag of Marbles
Beach Ball
Funny Painting – Only obtainable during sidemission ‘Art Appreciation’
Giant Stuffed Bull
Giant Stuffed Donkey
Giant Stuffed Elephant
Giant Stuffed Rabbit
Robot Bear
Snowflake the Tiger – Only obtainable at the start of the game, see ‘The Skill to Survive’
Stick Pony
Water Gun

Make sure to examine Snowflake once you tamed him in order to ‘give’ it as a gift, so if you’re sure everything’s there besides the achievement, chances are you haven’t examined Snowflake yet.

Spend $6,000,000 in Fortune City.

After starting the single player game, make a save, quit and start playing some multiplayer. Money gained in multiplayer can be transferred to an existing single player save file, so while you're getting your multiplayer achievements, you'll be working this achievement aswell.

Chances are you're not completely done with this after your multiplayer madness, so I'll list the quickest and unfortunately also the most boring method.

Research your gambling skills by gathering all 3 magazines:

Ragazines in Royal Flush Plaza
Stan's Large Print Books and Magazines in Pallisades Mall 2nd floor
Shamrock Casino on the Silver Strip behind the bar

Keep your 3 magazines in your inventory and make your way to the big pink slot machine in Slot Ranch Casino. Push the 1000$ button, wack a zombie while you wait, and you should be raking in money fairly fast.

Once you have your 6 Million, be sure to spend some cash on various items around the shops.

Things you need to buy/do for other achievements:

Buy SUV Keys for 2 million at the Silver Strip pawnshop
Spend approx. 1 million at the fortune teller at the Silver Strip to obtain a hidden combo card

You can spend the rest as you see fit.

Plate Launcher – Obtained by doing the non-messaged side mission ‘Tape it or Die’
Blazing aces – Obtained by rescuing the survivors from side mission ‘Tape it or Die’
Exsanguinator – Obtained by rescuing the survivors from side mission ‘Tape it or Die’
Power Guitar - Obtained by rescuing the survivors from side mission 'The Rock Show'

For the 'Tape it or Die' survivors, see 'Hero of Fortune City'. You will have to do a side mission for them, but it won't be until much later in the game that you actually rescue them. There's not enough time to rescue them on a non-storyline playthrough, so make sure you do it while solving cases.

Note: Some people have reported that the door to 'Tape it or Die' doesn't open while it's supposed to. This is possibly related to the fact that you can only have 8 survivors active at any one time in the game (safehouse excluded). The poker team in Atlantica Casino appear around the same time, make sure to rescue/kill them first.

Filling your notebook is matter of meeting all people throughout your adventures in Fortune City. This includes psychopaths, survivors and storyline characters you meet.
Most of these will come naturally by playing through the game, while other entries require some effort and timing.

Although this achievement is possible in one playthrough, it's certainly not a requirement, if you happen to miss some, you'll have a chance of completing them in subsequent playthroughs.

For reviving a co-op buddy in campaign, simply kill him or let him die.
Then give something(I gave orange juice) while he's down to revive him.
Just like giving health items or weapons to survivors in single player.

Anyone going to post a boosting thread for TIR events. Because being 1st in all events is very hard. Also finding game too.

Don't expect an update within the first few hours, but I'll check some info from the community, if any, and update accordingly if it concerns a big matter.

Things I want to see cleared ASAP:

- SUV or Bike for Genocide cheevo's
- a sure-fire way of getting into the locked door for the tape it or die sidemission
- whether or not melee/firearm/food/clothes carry over (I can check this easily as I started my 3rd playthrough with only a handful of foods left to eat, same for firearms)
- survivor list, most notably the non-mission ones and when/where they appear
- notebook list

As for the carry-over thang. I just did the DUCT TAPE FTW (Created all combo weapons.) and the Super B.F.G. was missing (BFG + Amplifier). Since I had no way to go to the underground tunnels (let the stories slip) and since the fucking INTERACTIVE MAP (http://www.msxbox-world.com/features/Dead-Rising-2/index.php) ain't working I still got the achievement. ;)

for zombie fu and smashy you might want to include another method that is so far the fastest i have found.

you will have to wait until you aquire the "smash" skill (so do this on your second or third playthrough). in the middle of "royal flush plaza" there is this giant craps game. jump over the handrail and get rid of the three zombie cops. then stand directly behind the rail and start smashing zombies with rt+x. the zombie you get a hold off will glitch through to your side and you will get the kill without ever having to fear being hit or grabbed. you will only be able to reach zombies that are very close but as there are many you will still be able to get the kills very fast. after you have run out of zombies (around 100 or so) just leave and reenter the plaza to respawn the zombies...

you will have to wait until you aquire the "smash" skill (so do this on your second or third playthrough). in the middle of "royal flush plaza" there is this giant craps game. jump over the handrail and get rid of the three zombie cops. then stand directly behind the rail and start smashing zombies with rt+x. the zombie you get a hold off will glitch through to your side and you will get the kill without ever having to fear being hit or grabbed. you will only be able to reach zombies that are very close but as there are many you will still be able to get the kills very fast. after you have run out of zombies (around 100 or so) just leave and reenter the plaza to respawn the zombies...

I'll test it... but to be honest, I did it with hordes of zombies around me and I may have been grabbed twice or thrice.

i did a combination of that method and running into hordes screaming, but the method i mentioned makes things easier if you have trouble fending them zombies off. ;)

Good place to get Having A Gas. 6 - 2 Take the SUV or a bike head underground towards Rebecca. She is on the left but you can take the SUV round the right and just about squeeze it through the gate on the left.

Pretty much all special infected down there took me maybe 10 mins to get it.

if this game's ach difficulty is 6 then i dont know what would be 10

A game that would be insanely hard (Ninja Gaiden), or obscenely time consuming (Star Ocean).

This is neither. Some achievements are tedious, but none of them require obscene amounts of skill nor time to complete.

Once all lists are up and confirmed and you can actually plan ahead by using checklists, you require no more than 3 playthroughs, 4 maximum.

When it comes to the notebook, you can. However, for the 50 survivors achievement, they need to be done in one playthrough.

Better With a Friend - 20
Solve all case files in Co-op.

This has to be done in one sitting, this should take you approx. 4-6 hours if you ignore everything else.

Great WIP matey.

Just a heads up though i did the whole game in coop with my firned with many disconnects due to the stupid save system in this game and we never got the achievement, however when we started playthrough 2 we gave Katie her very first dose of Zombrex and both got this achievement

Most achievements should be clear and have correct pointers to achieving them.
Only Zombie Genocide Master remains. D:
My next playthrough will be filled with all sorts of achievements, while I keep track of harder-to-find melee/ranged/novelty items and I'll add those.

Other than that, I'll be brushing up the guide and fixing grammar a bit. I'm not native english so formulating certain things isn't always as easy.
Complete Road Map should also be more or less finished by tonight.

Kill 1,000 zombies while riding a motorcycle.

During the game, you’ll get a message ‘Meet the contestants’, that wants you to meet up with Leon at the Platinum Strip.
You’ll be given ‘Bike Keys’ when you start this mission. After completing it, you will gain access to the bike’s workshop, which can be found inside a container close to the entrance of Yucatan Casino.
Rid your bike in there and bring a chainsaw (location?) to attach it to your bike and start decimating the zombies outside.
If your bike breaks down, simply enter another area and return to reassemble the chainsaw to bike. A durability magazine (location?) will help reduce this downtime

Closest Chainsaw Location:
Maintenance room directly across from the slot ranch casino's exit onto the silver strip. (I know there is one on the stage, but you have to climb so its more of a hassle to get)
Bike Durability Location:
Side room of the slot ranch casino's northernmost room (I think this area is locked until you prevent the vault in this room from being broken into)

It's an awesome game, but some people aren't fond of the time/save system. There are no checkpoints aka manual saving at certain locations, and all missions are timed so you might not be able to explore and/or do everything if you don't plan ahead. :)

Minor stuff tbh, wacking zombies all night long is just too fun to pass up.

Kill 1,000 "special" zombies.

Near the end of the storyline, mutated zombies will populate Fortune City, which are easily spotted by their aggressive stance and ranged blood-spewing ability.
Refer to and combine this with ‘Wrong Kind of “Chopper”’ to get your 1000 kills with relative ease.

Note: You only have one shot at this once they appear. Failing to get this achievement will result in another storyline playthrough to get to this point.

Could somebody explain this to me? This kind of zombies only spawn if I keep doing the cases? If I don't do them, they will not appear?

If so... will there be enough time to kill 1000 of them and still ocmplete the story? I just finished case 5-2 ... when will they appear?

Did NOT spread across all playthroughs for me!

I just made it to level 50 (so I've DEFINITELY had quite a few barehanded kills.. i was guessing around 400-500)...

I finished the story, and restarted the storyline.. when I did, I made sure i didn't use ANY weapons at all during the first part. I went barehanded from 0-1000 kills.

'Zombie Fu' didn't unlock until I hit 1000 kills on this new playthrough!

(thought it might be a good note for your Achievement Guide)

Sorry if this has already been stated, but for 'Finally Full' I had to do this in one run through. I have played through the game 3 times, but when it finally popped I had to go and consume a cocktail, which I had done on the previous 2 plays while fighting the twins.

Also, do the combo card weapons have to be done on one play, or can this be achieved across multiple play throughs?

otherwise, brilliant effort. thansks.

Nothing has to be done in one playthrough, unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, this doesn't remedy the fact that it is glitchy, and it requires some items to be re-eaten/used.

I already added a small pointer in the roadmap that, if possible, one should try to finish achievements per playthrough. :)

I've done pretty much most of them at low level, but died a few times and can't remember which clothes I've put on and which not. But, guess that means I'll have to go over the whole list anyway (ewww banana hammock!)

Cool - thanks for the reply. yeah, I guess it is just glitchy as hell. I can't get the bloody firearms one to unlock now either... and I know I used the BFG a lot of times.

Do clothing for Chuck Greene: Cross Dresser? also carry over across playthroughs? I've done pretty much most of them at low level, but died a few times and can't remember which clothes I've put on and which not. But, guess that means I'll have to go over the whole list anyway (ewww banana hammock!)

Also, if unlockable clothing isn't required, then screw the TIR outfit for winning $5,000,000.

It should carry over, but I'm having problems with the achievement myself, so it's back to wearing everything again in one playthrough. :(

One quick update too... I was going back through your list looking from some info and noticed two small errors / omissions.

Achievement - Big Spender
The location is Stan's Large Print Books and Magazines (for gambling mag)

Achievement - Masquerade
You text refers to Ranch plaza, it should read Royal Flush Plaza, the shop being Ye Olde Toybox (also possible upstairs in the Children's Castle)

OTT - As I said before, love yer work :P

Use every type of novelty weapon on a zombie.

This can be achieved in multiple playthroughs and are found throughout the game. Take note of the following item and ensure you find this while doing the relevant mission

- Funny Painting - "Art Appreciation"

If you still need this as a gift for Katey and you don't want to break it, simply throw it at a zombie by pressing http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/lt.png then http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/rt.png

Spend $6,000,000 in Fortune City.

There are various ways to go about this one, I'll list the quickest and unfortunately also the most boring method.

Research your gambling skills by gathering all 3 magazines:

Ragazines in Royal Flush Plaza
Forgot name in Pallisades Mall 2nd floor
Shamrock Casino on the Silver Strip behind the bar

Keep your 3 magazines in your inventory and make your way to the big pink slot machine in Slot Ranch Casino. Push the 1000$ button, wack a zombie while you wait, ???, Profit.

Once you have your 6 Million, be sure to spend some cash on various items around the shops. You'll need to spend 5 Million for various other achievements anyhow.

Could you please specify what various other achievement require you to spend the 5 million so that people aren't spending it sporadically? This may help prevent someone from spending all of it, only to have to go back to the machine and keep playing over and over to build enough money back up to get the items they need for other achievements. For instance, the Fortune Teller requires a million, etc... You list some of these in other achievements but having them here might be helpful also. Great guide by the way!

For the Zombie Fu achievement, I found an interesting strategy that worked really quickly for me in getting my 1000 kills. First you must have the "Smash" skill move unlocked. Once you have that unlocked, you'll want to head to where you see the two dice in Royal Rush Plaza on your map. Once you've dealt with the three police zombies inside of that area, simply walk over to the edge and keep using the Smash skill repeatedly. It worked pretty quickly for me. Once you start to run out of zombies, just head into another area and come back.

The reason I think that this is easier is because it doesn't always kill a zombie when using the Smash skill; it simply throws them down on the ground if you aren't near a wall or something. Using this method, it'll continually smash the zombies into the railing instantly killing them and keeping you safe all at the same time.

Is that counting the survivors who you automatically save? Because they don't count for the achievement.

I found that using the Elbow Drop skill against zombies the easiest (and most fun) way of killing zombies for Zombie-Fu. I'm not exactly sure when you unlock it, but it can do some real damage. If you can position yourself right, you can kill 3-5 zombies per Elbow Drop. Plus, it never get old. :D

Spraypaint all Zombrex posters.

Throughout the game, you’ll find zombrex posters of various shapes and sizes. Refer to the video for the locations. Must be done in one playthrough.
Keep in mind that two posters are behind closed doors if you neglect the storyline, so it's best to complete this in your story playthrough

You can only apply the spraypaint after you complete the story for the first time.

This is worth a mention, becuase I was confused for a while.

that is definitely worth noting as the guide says first playthrough should be your story playthrough.

my question - for all the weapon based achievements, do you actaully have to kill a zombie with the weapon or just use it? i'm having a tough time killing one with a handbag.

this is actually not true about the spraypaint, i purchased the spray paint from in the closet at the very beginning. i'm still wondering if i have to kill or just use weapons for the achievemetns though.

I'm not talking about obtaining spray paint, but rather the spray-painting of the Zombrex posters.

Zombrex posters cannot be spray-painted over until you have beaten the game atleast once.

I could not spray any posters until my second play through. I know this for certain.

I understand you can simply just throw an item at a zombie, so long as it is a "normal" zombie.

Items such as a handbag can't kill, I don't think.

edit: I got the achievement and I know I never actually killed a zombie with a handbag or newspaper.

Certainly a helpful guide! Thanks a lot for this I would never had made it through the achievements without it.

Whenever you play TIR, once you are finished, you have to"cash out" your winnings into a save file that currently exists. If you did not start a playthrough before you did that TIR you missed out on claiming those winnings.

Why hasn't it been stickied? It's been here for 3 years... hasn't someone with web site super-glue seen this?

BTW... can I make a couple of suggestions (requests)?

1.) Can you mention what advantages there are, by completing "Dead Rising 2: Case Zero" (and getting to level 5), and how this game detects and/or loads those stats into Dead Rising 2?

2.) Can you highlight the text in red - perhaps in bold, too... for the achievements that can be missed?

3.) Can you highlight the text in blue - perhaps in bold, too... for all the co-op achievements?
