I got my 360 on the release date in the uk & 4 months later.. It has fell victim to the Screen Freeze fault & is now F*cked!! :( Microsoft we're cool when i rang them and said i should have another new 360 (batch 2) within 7 days.

Anyone else had the same fault..?

I am on my 4th xbox 360. I have had a mare with microsoft and the customer service is poor to say the least.

Whoa, that's wierd mine broke two days ago as well & now I have to wait until next week for my replacement.

the person you were talking to, or the fact that they did not tell you what you wanted to hear [Console Replacement] ?

Damn, with your luck... stay away from my 360. As I matter of fact, don't even send me an invite! :nana Just kidding, but sounds like MS could be setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit with all these probs

I had no trouble at all with microsoft although they did say would go for repair :/ i wasn't happy at that but fortunately they sent me a new one (batch 2) because was un-repairable \o/ this 360 also seems to be alot quieter than the last one! Happy days are here again :beer:

LOL, isn't that thrusting xbox pic from purepwnage>>>?? Don't worry it will take 1 and 1/2 weeks to 2+ weeks they will most likely send you a replacement unit.
