Here's all (or some?) of the F:NV Perks with all the Info on what you need to obtain them all! Images to go with the titles are below!

Required Character Level: 8
Required Attributes/Skills: Guns 45, Melee 45
You do 25 percent more damage when using any revolver, lever-action firearm, dynamite, knife, or hatchet.

Jury Rigging
Required Character Level: 14
Required Attributes/Skills: Repair 90
You possess the amazing ability to repair any item using a roughly similar item. Fix a trail carbine with a hunting rifle, a plasma defender with a laser pistol, or even power armor with metal armor. How does it work? Nobody knows…except you.

Rad Child
Required Character Level: 4
Required Attributes/Skills: Survival 70
You truly are a rad child. As you go through the increasingly devastating stages of radiation sickness, you will regenerate more and more health.

Laser Commander
Required Character Level: 22
Required Attributes/Skills: Energy Weapons 90
From the humble laser pistol to the mighty Gatling laser, you do plus 15 percent damage and have plus 10 percent chance to critically hit with any laser weapon.

Shotgun Surgeon
Required Character Level: 6
Required Attributes/Skills: Guns 45
Your precision with a scattergun is something to behold. When using shotguns, regardless of ammunition used, you ignore an additional 10 points of a target's damage threshold.

Long Haul
Required Character Level: 12
Required Attributes/Skills: Endurance 6, Barter 70
You have learned how to pack mountains of gear for the long haul. Being over-encumbered no longer prevents you from using fast travel.

Math Wrath
Required Character Level: 10
Required Attributes/Skills: Science 70
You are able to optimize your Pip-Boy's VATS logic, reducing all AP costs by 10 percent.

Pack Rat
Required Character Level: 8
Required Attributes/Skills: Intelligence 5, Barter 70
You have learned the value of careful packing. Items with a weight of two or less weigh half as much for you.

The Professional
Required Character Level: 6
Required Attributes/Skills: Sneak 70
Up close and personal, that's how you like it. Your sneak attack criticals with pistols, revolvers, and submachine guns, whether guns or energy weapons, all inflict an additional 20 percent damage.

Required Character Level: 14
As a purifier of the wasteland, you do plus 50 percent damage with melee and unarmed weapons against centaurs, nightstalkers, spore plants, spore carriers, deathclaws, super mutants, and feral ghouls.

Looking at this it seems DLC and level increase will be on the cards as the levels shown here, most go up to 14 where as in F3 we were taken up into the 30's!

It must be more difficult to level up in this game. The perks are okay, but nothing really interesting.

Theres not half as many as there was in Fallout 3, maybe there more to reveal?

I've read that you can only pick 1 perk every 2 levels.
Im guessing all the Fallout3 perks will be included which is maybe why they only revealed this many?
Hopfully they've made some more and its not just these...

Im not 100% sure but i think i read that the level cap is level 30.

Hopefully there's plenty more to come. These don't sound too bad, but I guess if you have the right companion, some of these could be even better. Can't wait to get my hands on this.

I will do a regular playtrough then i will max out the proffesional and see if sneaking works but there are some areas like in fallout 3 where you couldn't sneak pass, the hall were so small!

I hope there's more than this. The 'silent running' perk was insanely helpful. If there's nothing analogous, I'll be in trouble.

If you gain a perk every two levels, it seems unlikely that there'll be only ten perks since you can get 15 by level 30...

Found a few more perks from PC gamer they are -

This perk increases the speed of all melee attacks by 30%, letting you wield anything from your bare fists to a golf club with ninja efficiency. The increased speed will be especially useful when fighting in VATS, letting you queue up more strikes on your opponents.

Spray ‘n Pray
This perk significantly reduces the damage of friendly fire, so you’ll be able to nuke an area without having to worry too much about the safety of your companions. This perk is even more useful in Fallout: New Vegas because the companions you recruit will themselves grant you extra perks.

Super Slam!
Another good perk for players who like to get up close and personal, taking Super Slam means unarmed and melee weapon attacks have a chance of knocking down your opponent, leaving them vulnerable to a further beating. This promises to be especially comical when fighting larger beasts such as Super Mutants, or their house-sized brethren the Super Mutant Behemoth. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

That seems interesting. I didn't use fast travel as often as I thought I would. I just loved setting the destination then walking while I listen to ThreeDog
