I'm just wondering when you buy a Xbox 360 Slim 4GB, can you then buy a 250GB harddrive and just open the 4GB Slim on the top and put it in? And then transfer everything from my Premium 20GB harddrive to the 250GB that's in the 4GB harddrive?

Will it work? Does the 4GB Slim have this door thing on the top?
Do I have to recover my gamertag on anything like that?

You can buy separate hard drives for the Slim, I just ordered a Xbox 360 Slim 4GB + 250GB

Why answer if you don't know at all?

Yes you can drop one of those in...though it would be silly if you're paying more for the 4gb console + the hard drive compared to the 250gb console to begin with.

I buy it because the normal 250GB Console is sold out, so I'll but the 4GB Console + 250GB hard drive for the same price as the console.

Yes you can buy a standalone 250GB hard drive like the one found in the 250GB 360 S model thier $149.99 USD + Tax I believe and you should be able to transfer the data from your 20GB HDD to the 250GB one because it worked fine for me.
