Hi,

I've got the RB3 keyboard, and I have a MIDI cable (the one I got free from Activision support to configure my Guitar Hero drums !). But I don't know how to have the keyboard working on my PC. Is the cable OK or should I buy another one ? Do I need a driver or something ? Do I have to turn on the keyboard (but it does turn on the Xbox at the same time...) ?

If someone used the keyboard on a computer and know what to do, thanks in advance !

I haven't done it, but this is a question that may not get a "real" answer so I'll give you the basics and you can take it from there.

You need a cable to plug the keyboard in to the PC. Usually this is in the form of a MIDI to USB cable, it may be what you already have, but wouldn't count on Activision giving those away. It's worth a try, though.

Then you need software to read and interpret the MIDI signal and convert them to sounds you can hear. You'll have to Google that because I don't have any suggestions.

Set up your software, plug in keyboard and play.
