The old Rock Band forums had such a thread, so why not continue it? :)

Post anything that you feel was an accomplishment (5 stars, gold stars, etc.)

My first SR-GS-FC (sight-read, gold star, full combo) on Rock Band 3 was Yoshimi. Not a difficult song on guitar, but I'm still happy with that.

Got the 5 star everything on hard achievement. It's a bit lame but I'm kinda proud because I still don't have the same one at GH2 after several years ('Woman' is driving me insane, can't keep the streak :().

But I have to admit that it's a lot more easy at RB3. Only song I had to retry was the one by Anthrax. Played Crazy Train three times, too. But only for the 85% solo achievement.

My best RB3 setlist sightread FC for drums was The Killing Moon, thankfully a path was already known for it because the next time I played it I missed several times. Really fun chart though, and one of my favourite songs on-disc.

My best drum FC of the RB3 setlist so far is In A Big Country, though it involved a fair bit of luck on the awkward fills. I'm not first place for that one, re-FC'ing when a path comes out is going to be frustrating as hell!

Last time I checked, which was a couple days ago, I was ranked first place for Thrasher on Expert Pro drums. Gt:uberpwnage479

I'm ranked first worldwide for 50+ songs on Expert Pro Drums, I'll have to get some pictures of the more notable ones.

some songs have updated but for a time I got the first #1 on The Con vocals and harmonies. I'm #1 for a few Vox songs but I don't usually care too much anymore. I'm happy that I GS'd 115+ songs on vocals and am trying to go for the whole RB3 disc GS. RB2 GS might be easy if not for Lump (:()

This may be a silly question, but how do you see the performance window? Mine only shows my leaderboard position

And on a side note, Fc'd Cold as Ice on expert guitar. Stupid trills

Strum/press down at the results screen, the window will scroll down. You can do this four or five times to see a bunch of really specific stats, its cool.

Not too crazy great, but earnt the Gold Star a Bass track goal. Important to me as I never play guitar/bass on anything higher than Medium, but the new approach to Medium tracks on RB3 of putting in Orange notes has really helped my confidence.

(as an aside I mainly sing on Hard/Expert, but have only Gold Starred one track previously Dani California, but that's not copied across to RB3...)

Sightread fc of crosstown traffic on expert guitar was awesome, plus a whole slew of ranked in the top 100 scores.

I don't know if you do this already or if it will even help you, but when I moved up to hard back in the GH2 days, I slid my hand down to second position. Index finger on red, middle on yellow, ring on blue, and pinky on orange. Then for greens you stretch your index finger down to it. This really helped me back then and it's still how I (and I assume most other people) play.

OT: Nothing too impressive yet. I did FC Less Talk More Rokk (Ranked 17th) and Lenny (Ranked 1st) on expert guitar a few days ago though.

Edit: Still have 9 more songs to go on Endless Setlist 3, but I just Gold starred Beast and the Harlot on expert guitar (257k) :D

Aye several friends recommended this ages back, but I'd played on Medium sooo much my brain couldn't stop thinking that my fingers were on G/R/Y/B but getting the hang of it now, so much so I think I'm gonna be getting ALL the Bass goals in RB3 :)

My proudest accomplishment has nothing to do with points or anything else, but I'm proudest to have been a part of this:

YouTube - ROCK LOBSTER!

The Lego Endless Setlist was fun.

Full Combo of Beautiful People on pro drums.

Getting the five star all songs on expert this quickly (and I did it legit on everything on expert pro drums except for Llama, which I did on harmonies.)

Recently, 2nd in the world for Beast and the Harlot, expert pro drums.

Unlocking "Expert Pro Drums Master" (five-star every song on Expert Pro Drums). The only song I had to retry (and I only had to retry it once) was Llama.

3rd place for Obfuscation, expert pro drums.

w00t.

I can 5* Obfuscation on Expert Drums consistently now, so I'm pretty happy about that.

One of my big goals right now is trying to Gold-star the entire Rust In Peace album on Drums, and so far I'm on 7/9 tracks. Just have to do Holy Wars and Five Magics. :D

My proudest achievement by far at this stage is getting the "Well Connected" achievement. My god, what a bitch to get that thing organised!

Sightread Near-FCed the Crazy Train solo on expert guitar.
oh, and sightread 5* or GS on every single vocals song so far, including a couple of Sightread FCs.

Feels good man.

I've been going through trying to Gold Star songs(on guitar) I hate so I don't really have to play them again. Knocked off:

You hate Beach Boys, Tom Petty and Anthrax songs?

Echilion

I don't like the Beach Boys and Anthrax.

Tom Petty is pretty good, just not that song choice.
