As I see that someone had forgot to read the rules of when to write a guide, I decided I put together a new one. Comments are welcome.

Overview :
- Estimated achievement difficulty: 4/10
- Offline 50 (1000 )
- Online 0
- Approximate amount of time to 1000: 40+ hours
- Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1
- Are there any achievements that can be missed? Yes
- Glitched achievements? No
- Does difficulty effect achievements? No (you can play on easy and still unlock all)

Divinity II – Dragon Knight Saga consists of the original Divinity II – Ego Draconis and its enhancement The Dragon Knight Saga (DKS). To get the 1000 gamerscore, you have to play the original Divinity II as well as the enhancement. Moreover, if you play through Divinity II on the disk and kill the final bosses, the story will go on and The Dragon Knight Saga will start with your character uninterrupted. The character from the first Divinity II game cannot be imported to play DKS.

The main game on the disk is slightly different from the original Divinity II, nevertheless the Roadmap and the Achievement Guide (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=180187) I wrote for the game can still be used. The only differences to consider are:

- There are no rabbits in the Orobas Fjords anymore. This means you can only get Bunny Bagger before you move in into your dragon tower. Make sure that before you leave the Maxos tower to fight Laiken, you obtain this achievement. As the Killer Bunny is level 22, it is strongly recommended to do just before entering the place of no return. You will be around level 18/19 then.

- The Divinity achievement for reaching level 30 was removed and some of the gamerpoints were changed for certain achievements to make room for the new ones, but the conditions for the old ones did not change.

- The "Dragon Knight" achievement for finishing the original game was renamed to "I Trained a Pet", but it pops at the same time.

There are 10 new achievements that can be gotten in the new edition, one of them (Suit Up!) is possible to obtain in the original game as well, the 9 others are exclusive to DKS. From the DKS achievements 5 are missable (First Class Fireman, Parental Approval, Sherlock of Aleroth, Goodbye to Sun and Moon and Lunatic and his Verses). First Class Fireman can be gotten in Claire’s burning house in Crow’s Nest. Parental Approval requires you to trigger a cut-scene with Tom in Crow's Nest and free Anne from her captor. Make sure that before you open the path to Behrlihn's prison you have gotten Sherlock of Aleroth as well. It is possible to guess the location of globes without actually finishing the corresponding quests and get the clues. The last two you get after choosing the entry conditions for the endgame. Of course, you can create saves to ensure that you do not miss any of them.

Some golden chests as well as the awards for certain quests are random. If you save before opening the chest or handing in the quest, you can "optimize" the loot by reloading the save until you get the items and equipments your character needs most.

You collected all the parts of an armor set

This can be done in the original Divinity II game as well. You have to collect a complete set of armor to unlock it. The easiest to do is to mind read the four generals Kali, Stone, Xanlosh (in Stone's Fortress) and Raze before you kill them and loot from their corpses the respective pieces of the Ulthrings armor set.

You have discovered all five of the rune riddles

You have to solve all 5 clue quests (named Clue 1-5 in the quest log) before you place the globes on the runes to enter the last dungeon. As you can also guess their positions and open the path without having all clues, this achievement is missable. Make sure that you either have a save before starting the final dungeon or you complete all 5 clue quests.

You gave Valeri a raccoon rune

As this series of quests requires quite some reading of minds and using up XP for it, I recommend to create a save before starting it and return to it once you have the achievement. It is not necessary to complete the main story. What you will do is reading people’s minds and then give them the present they were always dreaming of. Start by looting the dead beggar just left from the Lanilor Lane shrine on a platform to find a coin with Bellegars face. Remember, before you can give away the gifts you have to read the minds of the people.

Give coin to Messalina (Circle of Trust Inn) – get rare book
Give book to Bernand (Healer’s House) – get amphora of wine
Give wine to Bedwyr (Phoenix Inn) – get imp limb
Give imp limb Doktor West (Circle of Trust Inn) – get miniature zeppelin
Give Casca (just outside the Circle of Trust Inn) miniature zeppelin – get compass
Give Virginius compass (Great Market, stairs in front statue) – get pearl necklace
Give Flora (Phoenix Inn) necklace – get raccoon rune
Give raccoon rune to Valeri who is standing next to the five runes on the upper part of Lanilor Lane to unlock the achievement.

You convinced Anne to leave Tom. Poor Tom.

First you need to trigger a cut-scene with Tom in Crow's Nest, then once you rescue Anne from the hands of Luxurius, you can visit the two in their house on Lanilor Lane. Make a save then read the minds of both. By choosing the new conversation options you can persuade Anne to leave Tom, who is definitely not the man her father would have liked her to marry. When you have the achievement, reload the save so that no XP is wasted.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/2f/GV/1YCLiGJhbC9MCRsGG11TVkQ2L2FjaC8wLzM4AAAAAOfn5-q68cU=.jpg First Class Fireman 15 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/site/gp-g.jpg
You salvaged everything Claire asked you from the fire.

This achievement is missable. In Crow’s Nest you will see a burning house, create a save and approach it. Claire will then talk to you and ask you to get three things for her from her house. You have to be quick to be able to get all three. The love letters are on a desk on the ground floor in the inner room with the bed. Once you retrieved them, run up the stairs and get the baby from the cradle from the second room. Then turn around, run back to the room with the stairs and get the key from behind the fallen bookcase and use it to open the small box with the engagement ring in the same room the baby was in. Return all three to Claire for the achievement.

You sided with Behrlihn

You sided with Bellegar

You will have to choose sides between Bellegar and Behrlihn just before the final fight takes place. Once you collect the five colored globes and place them on the correct runes, you can enter the last dungeon. There is an autosave before Bellegar conflicts you one last time. During the scene that follows you can decide to fight with him or Behrlihn. Choose one, then reload the save created just before and pick the other option.

Nice write up! You mentioned there are 9 achievements including the Suit Up! achievement, though if you include the Suit Up! there are 10, 9 exclusive to the expansion. Also, an easy way to kill the killer rabbit at an early level is to jump into a river and kill it with a bow as it won't follow you into the water and just freeze in place.

This is close to being correct.

"The Dragon Knight Saga" is actually the collective sum of a re-vamped version of the original "Ego Draconis" followed by the expansion "Flames Of Vengeance".

The original game has been tweaked graphically and in some sections actually re-made. The most glaring difference between the original "Ego Draconis" and the re-vamped version in "The Dragon Knight Saga" is that the camera is much closer to the character in the new version and details are clearer.

For the sake of keeping the guide succinct, tidy and correct if you want to make that correction I'm happy for a MOD to wave his magic want and make my own post dissapear.

We appreciate these guides so thanks and keep up the good work.

WARNING!!! Sherlock of Aleroth is missable!

Sherlock of Aleroth is totally missable, cos well I missed it! I only found 4 clues and guessed the location of the last rune and got through to Behrlihn's prison.

I didnt realise this was even possible as the guide said it was unmissable! I realised when I got to Ygernar and was still missing the acievement!

Sucks for me the only save I have is either hours before I even got one clue or part way through getting number 5 and the only otyher clue I have is no.4

Can anyone tell me how you get clues 1, 2 and 3 and this really needs to go in the guide.

Sherlock of Aleroth - 25G

This relates to finding five 'clues' hidden around aleroth which will help you find the places the orbs need to go later on.

They are...

(by the way this may now have EPIC SPOILERZ)

Clue 1: Halliwell's Pendant. Once you have been to the prancing seahorses' forbidden archives and got the demon grip spell head over to the circle of trust inn, head upstairs and mind read the guards to get an option to make them run off then use the spell (automatic) to enter. In here you will battle Halliwell and get his pendant.

Clue 2: Zombie Jake’s Ring. Go to madam eve's and agree to solve the murders, in the first room mind read the pig in the corner to find a dagger under the bed which must be taken to the man at the market who sells swords. Then go to the second room to find the weird piece of flesh, take this to Dr. West in the basement of the circle of trust inn, with this information you can now go into the third room, find the pixie dust and head over to chez chanelle and she will give you some anti pixie dust, use this in the room to find a button which leads to a hatch, head down to meet zombie jake. He is invincible until you destroy his four victims by reading their tombstones (highlighted in red) around the arena.

Clue 3: Gula’s book. Bit long winded this, first talk to the guy upstairs in healer house in grand market to get the missing healer quest then head to lanilor lane and accept the quest from the healer named heleon who wants you to find his five potions, he will give you a key to a dig site. Later on in crows nest you’ll find a sewer entrance, go down here and you’ll find a crazed cook, kill him and go up the ladder nearby to appear in a shop, after having the girl inside arrested for grand theft healer you will get the key to gula’s house. Head in and you’ll meet gula, offer to set things right for him and he’ll give you a plate to take back to his dig site. Head to mardanus plaza and you should see Gula’s dig site behind the beggar. Pop on in and smash a load of vases till you find the key, along the way here pick up the glowing blue potions, when you come to the two doors choose the left one as it has treasure and a key to the right door. Place the plate on the stand, head back to Gula and receive your prize.

Clue 4: Engineer’s sword. In crows nest there is a well / cave in the middle of the town leading to a forgotten crypt, head in and a troll named skulk will approach you, chase after him avoiding the traps until you meet a man named abbot, he will offer to sacrifice himself in the final trap which you can let him do (you can save him but it requires mind reading the troll repeatedly costing a fair bit of xp) after doing this you will end up in source square and meet the engineer, run around his arena switching off all four machines then batter him to get his sword.

Clue 5: Maxos Bracelet: Pull the chains on the walls to light up the runes just outside of the great market on lanilor lane, once they are all lit up ask valeri who is standing next to them the order to tell to the statue which is a little further down the road on the right, opposite luxurious' house. You can just give him the order without lighting up the runes if you're lazy which is: kitten, totem, totem, maxos, kitten. The statue will let you enter a dungeon, pop on in, light up some runes and fight some skeletons within a time limit then choose a chest (I chose the right one but I don't think it matters).

Voila!

(I will accept hugs and beer as payment)

There is a way to make profit of the exp earned by this quest. Mindreading is really costly in FOV, we all know that. Nearly every NPC will put you in great exp debt. Some of the reads are beneftial though, you can gain free skill boosts etc. In normal circumstances it would cost a lot of exp but due to boosting mindread skill you can make your life easier. At the maximum level it costs nothing so it can be abused on every NPC. I do recomend investing in this skill! Reseting all the skill points or creating a new character is totally worth it. In the proper game i reset once, so in the FOV it costed me 20,000 coins which is not that much really. This is something I would advise doing, even in pair with maxing wisdom. It depends on your built, i invested in exploading arrow which served me well during entire adventure and rush attack, thats mainly all the attacks I end up using. Another thing is the lack of actual chalange during most of the game so maximum level of mindread is affordable, not to mention during the game you will get tons of skill books, few times during FOV i find myself with 4-6 skillboks in my inventory. I say: ""Go for it!"

thanks for the comments, I added the ones necessary for the guide.

Wooshaq: the description for the achievement in the guide is already optimal for unlocking it. Adding your method would mean, Id recommend the way character development should be done in the game. It is not necessary at all. Players should have the freedom to develop their own hero, focusing on this specific skill is not needed.

PineApple: respect and thanks for the walkthrough, if you are in germany, the beer is yours, no hugs though, heh. I did not add it to the guide as this is no walkthrough. For the achievemenet guide's purpose the Dauntless' comment was the most important to cover. Thanks for the parental approval tip, added.

Thanks for the inputs.... <leaves to start Dead Space 2 ;) >

Thanks for the guide was useful to help finish the game.

If anyone is struggling to find the chains for clue 5

1.Where you first spawn in Aleroth next to the ministry in the bushes behind you
2.Near the runes in Laninor Lane
3.On a Wall just past the Prancing Seahorse
4.In The Crows Nest Area its near where the sewer enterence is
5.Crows nest area you will have a cutscene where you first meet tom, its on a wall to the right.
