I saw this in the shops today and it has 6 games on the disc

Battleship (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/wiki/Battleship_(game))
Boggle (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/wiki/Boggle)
Connect 4 (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/wiki/Connect_4)
Sorry! (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/wiki/Sorry!)
Sliders (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/wiki/Sliders)
Yahtzee (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/wiki/Yahtzee)
Retail games (without downloaded extras) can only have 1000points, tey these are all available through the arcade and thus have 200points each.

So does this mean that one of the games isn't the full version and thus doesn't have acheivement points or is it a 1200point game?

Do you live in another country other than North America? Because scrabble is in Family Game Night, but it's exclusive to Americans only.

They all have the 200 for a total of 1400 (create an American tag and download Scrabble if you want it).

It doesn't break any rules as it's a collection of Arcade games on a disk, rather than an actual retail game.

If you create a tag from another country (if possible), would that not mean that you'd have to give it MS points, download the game, and then play with both on the same console to get the points onto your main account?

Even if you create a US account on your pal console, and buy scrabble, it won't show up. You also need a NTSC-US console.

will that work for sure? or would you also need to have an U.S ip address?

no, you just need a US account and an NTSC console. I've just done it this morning here in Australia.
