Challenge Guide
Challenge- Avoider
Description- Clear any level of Score Attack Mode without colliding with any enemy
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- Do not allow any enemies to run into you. If an enemy is coming at you and you don't think you'll be able to kill it in time, make use of rewind to get out of its way.

Challenge- Shockwave Maximizer
Description- Score more points with a single Shockwave than you ever did before in Arcade Mode
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This challenge can be accessed in the challenge meta game. Simply wait until there are a lot of enemies on screen and press :bbut: to use your Shockwave.

Challenge- Massive Time Traveller
Description- Travel back in time a total of 25 minutes
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 100
Guide- Since the maximum amount of rewind time you can possess at any given time is 4.2 seconds, this will take a while. It will come naturally, no real way to speed it up. Use :ltbut: to travel back in time.

Challenge- Arcade Pacifist
Description- Complete a whole Arcade level without shooting a bullet
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 30
Guide- Whilst you cannot shoot bullets, you can use your Beam-Shot and your Chain-Shot. I chose Stage 1-3 (Arrows). The idea is to use your Beam-Shot or Chain-Shot only when you're in danger of being killed if the enemies are allowed to pass. You'll gain health from killing enemies, so try to make each Beam/Chain shot count. The power-ups are vital. Some will change between health and rewind time, wait until you see the cross on the power-up then pick it up. This is a tough challenge.

Challenge- Arcade Master
Description- Play through the whole Arcade Mode without dying
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 100
Guide- This will test even the best of players. You must make it through all 16 levels (consecutively), without dying. The toughest sections will definitely be the boss fights. There are 8 of them in total. Practicing these fights will be essential, if you are to ever make it through without dying. You'll need to learn the way the bosses move and each of their attacks. The type of attack the boss will use is often indicated by its colour. [Boss guide coming soon]

Challenge- Bonus Keeped Advanced
Description- Shoot down 250 enemies without letting one escape or crash into you in Arcade Mode
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- I suggest you begin from Stage 1-1 (Intro). Be aware that larger enemies take more bullets to kill, so try not to let them get too close to your side of the screen. If enemies are at both the top and bottom of the screen at the same time, shoot all of them at the top, then rewind and shoot the enemies on the bottom. Your time shadow will take care of the top. You may need to memorise the levels, as there are sections where you will need to use Shockwaves. These sections are usually when there are a lot of little non-glowing ships.

Challenge- Accuracy
Description- Get a hit ratio of over a given percentage in a randomly chosen Score Attack Mode level
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This challenge can be accessed in the challenge meta game. Do not waste bullets, shoot only when there are enemies on the screen, in front of you. The percentage you are tasked with achieving is random, so if you keep selecting "New Challenge" you may get an easier one.

Challenge- Fast Forward
Description- Use Fast Forward for at least a given percentage of a randomly chosen level
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This challenge can be accessed in the challenge meta game. Keep selecting "New Challenge" until you get one of the easier levels, such as Intro. Hold :rtbut: to fast forward time. Personally, I held it down for the whole level and made it quite comfortably. As always, focus on killing the large enemies, so you don't lose too much health.

Challenge- Fast Forward Scorer
Description- Use Fast Forward Time scoring more than 30,000 at once
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- Hold down :rtbut: and kill as many enemies as you can. Do not let it go, or your score for this challenge will be reset. Play on the first level (Intro) and you should get it 3/4 of the way through.

Challenge- Sniper
Description- Finish a level in Score Attack Mode with over 95% destroyed enemies
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This is extremely easy on the first level (Intro). There are very few enemies and they move quite slowly, all you need to do is kill them before they pass you. You can crash into them if necessary. Destroy 95% percent of the enemies in the level to complete this challenge.

Challenge- Mode Explorer
Description- Play each mode at least once
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- You must play the following modes: Arcade, Wave, Time Limit, Survival, Tactics, Score Attack and Challenge mode.

Challenge- Advanced Survivor
Description- Survive in Survival Mode medium for at least 8 minutes
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- This will require a lot of concentration. The first 3-4 minutes, you may allow a few enemies to pass, however, as time increases and subsequently the damage % increases, you will need to destroy everything! Using your time travel time effectively is the key to success here.

Challenge- Aimed Beam-Shot
Description- Destroy 15 enemies with a single Beam-Shot
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- Select Stage 1-2 (Ghosts) in Score Attack mode. Very near the beginning of the level, there is a mass of non-glowing ships. Use your Beam-Shot and try to kill 15 of them. This may take several attempts.

Challenge- All Enemies Destroyed
Description- Destroy every enemy type at least once
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- You will get this by playing through the Arcade mode. Bosses do not count.

Challenge- All Rounder
Description- Get at least one silver medal in each game mode
Challenge Type- Achievement
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- Armorer
Description- Acquire the Beam-Shot by defeating the first intermediate boss in Arcade mode
Challenge Type- Achievement
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- Avoid Time Paradox
Description- Perform a Perfect Time Travel
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- When your time shadow appears after rewinding time, there will be a large white circle which shows where/when the time shadow will cease to exist. You need to be in the white circle when the time shadow vanishes. "Perfect Time Travel" will appear at the top of the screen if you've done it correctly.

Challenge- Bonus Keeper
Description- Shoot down 50 enemies without letting one escape or crash into you in Arcade mode
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- Simple. Select the first level (Intro) and kill 50 enemies without allowing any to pass you. You will complete this very quickly.

Challenge- Bonus Keeper Pro
Description- Shoot down 400 enemies without letting one escape or crash into you in Arcade mode
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- This is very challenging. You need to be diligent, as killing 400 enemies will take several levels to achieve. The smaller enemies can sometimes sneak by, so you must be quick to take them out. Make sure you always have a little time travel time in reserve, as the "ghost ships" can only be shot when your time shadow is in play. Good luck...

Challenge- Boss Destroyer
Description- Defeat the Stage 1 - level 4 end boss
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- The boss starts with many non-glowing ship surrounding it. This is essentially armour. There isn't much point shooting it at this stage. Avoid its bullets and wait until the ships protecting the boss come for you. Dodge them, then lay into the boss with bullets and your Beam-Shot. Make use of your time shadow if you get some good hits on the boss, as you can double the amount of damage you deal by supporting your time shadow. Keep an eye out for the health power-ups that will ocassionally cross the screen.

Challenge- Boss Rusher
Description- Beat any Boss in under 30 seconds
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- Select stage 1-2 (Ghosts) in Score Attack mode and choose Rapid Fire for your load-out. When you get to the boss, immediately use your Beam-Shot, then spray it with bullets. Do nothing but attack. It will take less than 15 seconds to destroy.

Challenge- Boss Rusher Advanced
Description- Defeat the Stage 4 - level 2 intermediate Boss in under 100 seconds
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- This boss is very similar to the boss on Stage 1-2. Employ the same strategy, except if you see the boss turn blue, get the hell out of its way. It will shoot three powerful bullets, which will more than likely kill you, if they hit you. Wait until the boss turns pink and destroy it.

Challenge- Challenge Master
Description- Get 750 Challenge Points
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 250
Guide- Complete enough challenges to gain 750 challenge points. You can see your current amount of challenge points by selecting "Challenges" in the main menu or pause menu. I had to complete 45 challenges to reach 750 challenge points.

Challenge- Challenger
Description- Get 250 Challenge Points
Challenge Type- Achievement
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- Fast Forward Freak
Description- Play 2 minutes in Fast Forward Time
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 25
Guide- Start from the beginning of Arcade mode. Hold down :rtbut: the whole time that you're playing. Kill the larger enemies first. Watch out for health power-ups, as you need to pick them up to stay alive. By the time that you get to the boss fight on Stage 1-2, it will be very close to 2 minutes. Dodge its fire and it should unlock whilst you're fighting it.

Challenge- Fast Forward Level
Description- Play through a whole level of Score Attack Mode in Fast Forward Time
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- Choose the first level (Intro) and hold down :rtbut: for the whole level. Try to shoot all of the large enemies. Hold your fire when there are no enemies to shoot, as you health will decrease quickly when firing in fast forward.

Challenge- Fast Forward Level Advanced
Description- Play through a whole level of Score Attack mode Stage 2 in Fast Forward Time
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- Stage 2-1 (Carrier) is the best level to choose. Hold down :rtbut: for the whole level. Practice is the key here. Do not shoot the carriers, their homing ships are nothing but trouble. Try to run over every power-up and get as much health as you can. Use the Shockwave power-ups too. There is one section with about 10 "Ghost Ships" and a Shockwave power-up. You need to pick it up when all of them are on screen. Timing is everything.

Note- I could not get this to unlock despite meeting the requirements several times.

Challenge- Fast Forward Level Pro
Description- Play through a whole level of Score Attack Mode Stage 3 in Fast Forward Time
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- Choose Stage 3-1. Hold down :rtbut: for the whole level. This is incredibly tough, as the seeker enemies are often unavoidable. Kill the large enemies, many of them are hiding Shockwave power-ups. Use your Beam-Shot to take out swarms of seekers.

Challenge- Fast Forward Scorer Advanced
Description- Use Fast Forward Time scoring more than 75,000 at once
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- You're going to need to start at Stage 2-1 and hold :rtbut: until you are around half way through stage 2-2. Very difficult. It is absolutely necessary to learn where everything spawns and react accordingly. Survival should be your first thought, the score will come.

Challenge- Fast Forward Scorer Pro
Description- Use Fast Forward Time scoring more than 150,000 at once
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 25
Guide- Not sure about this one!

Challenge- Gold Rush
Description- Get a gold medal in a randomly chosen level with this one try
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- Ideally you would want either Tactics or Wave mode. Keep pressing "New Challenge" until you get one of these. Refer to the achievement guide, here (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505), for tips on these modes.

Challenge- Fast Run
Description- Play through a randomly chosen Score Attack Mode level faster than another player
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- I believe you need someone on your friends list with the game. If you do have someone on your friends list who has played the game, go to the challenge meta game and keep pressing "New Challenge" until it appears. Go through the level faster than your friend to complete this challenge.

Challenge- Forced Weaponry
Description- Complete a randomly chosen level with a specific weapon level
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This can be accessed in the challenge meta game. It shouldn't be too hard to complete. Your initial weapon is capable of destroying everything, so it's really down to how well you can manipulate time. Keep selecting "New Challenge" to be given a new level, if you're having trouble.

Challenge- Gold Wave Level
Description- Get a gold medal in Wave Mode
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- Practice Stage 1-1 (Pharaos) until you know where all the enemies will enter the screen. Shoot them as close to their side (right) of the screen to gain massive amounts of points.

Challenge- Great Chain-Shot
Description- Kill 15 enemies with a single Chain-Shot
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- Choose Stage 1-2 (Ghosts) in Score Attack mode and make sure to select Chain-Shot as your weapon. Very briefly into the level, there will be a large mass of small, non-glowing ships. Once your Chain-Shot is charged, press :xbut: and move amongst the ships. Quite an easy challenge.

Challenge- High Score Hunt
Description- Score more points in a randomly chosen level than another player
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- You need someone on your friends list who has played the game. Preferably someone who is not very good. :p This is accessed through the challenge meta game. Beat your friends score to complete the challenge. Keeping your multiplier at 4x is vital.

Challenge- High Score Improvement
Description- Beat your own high score in a randomly chosen level by a given percentage
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This is accessed through the challenge meta game. Since it is a random level, you can continue to select "New Challenge" until you find a level where you scored poorly. If you want to do it in the spirit of the challenge, just push yourself to beat your previous best.

Challenge- I'm a Survivor
Description- Survive at least 5 minutes in Survival Mode

Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- In the Flow
Description- Play for at least 2 minutes and 40 seconds in Time Limit Mode
Challenge Type- Achievement
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- Low Resser
Description- Play the game with minimal user-interface setting
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- Enter a game, any mode, bring up the pause menu and select "Help & Options". After that, go into settings and change "Enable Minimal HUD" to active. The challenge will complete as soon as you return to the game.

Challenge- Mass Shocker
Description- Perform a Shockwave that blows up at least 20 enemies
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- There are probably plenty of places where you can get this, however, Stage 2-3 (Turrets) has a section which makes this easy. When you're weaving through the turret field, you will come to two lines of turrets of which you need to go through the middle. You will notice as you make your way through, that above you there are a lot of non-glowing ships. They are in the turrets fire. What you need to do, is make your way towards the end of the turrets, rewind time, then shoot your time shadow to create a Shockwave. It should wipe out all the ships, challenge complete.

Challenge- Master Beam-Shot
Description- Shoot at your time shadow with the Beam-Shot and destroy at least 4 enemies
Challenge Type- Achievement
Challenge Points- 20
Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- Master Beam-Shot Advanced
Description- Shoot at your time shadow with the Beam-Shot and destroy at least 8 enemies that way
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 25
Guide- See "Master Beam-Shot Pro" (Below).

Challenge- Master Beam-Shot Pro
Description- Shoot at your time shadow with the Beam-Shot and destroy at least 14 enemies that way
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 30
Guide- Start up Score Attack mode on Stage 1-2, selecting the Beam-Shot as your weapon. Not long into the level, you will come across a large mass of non-glowing ships. Fly through the middle of them in a straight line, then rewind time. Wait until your time shadow is in line with the first ship, then shoot the beam at it. It will split and hopefully kill 14 enemies. This may take several attempts.

Challenge- Master of Time
Description- Travel through time for a total of 30 minutes
Challenge Type- Achievement
Challenge Points- 30
Guide- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge- Medal Hunt
Description- Get a medal better than another player in a randomly chosen level
Challenge Type- Dynamic
Challenge Points- 5
Guide- This is accessed through the challenge meta game. You will need someone on your friends list who has played the game. There are 4 medals that can be awarded based on your performance: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Simply gain a better medal than your friend to complete this challenge.

Challenge- Perfect Shockwave
Description- Combine a Shockwave with a Perfect Time Travel
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 10
Guide- This can be done from the beginning of Arcade mode. Wait until you have at least 3 seconds of time travel time, then move forward in a straight line, backwards, then rewind time as far back as you can. Shoot at your time shadow to create a Shockwave and afterwards enter the large white circle. Nothing too taxing.

Challenge- Platinum Player
Description- Get a platinum medal in all Game Modes
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points-50
Guide- This is one of the most difficult challenges in the game. Besides Tactics mode, getting platinum is extremely hard. Always choose the very first level if possible, it will be the easiest.

Arcade Mode- Do your utmost to never let anything past you, even if it means placing your ship in the path of enemies. Keeping a 4x multiplier is pivotal to your success. You will need to make it from Stage 1 through to at least the beginning of Stage 4 to stand a chance of reaching platinum.

Wave Mode- Practice and memorise spawns. Shoot the enemies as soon as they enter the screen. Nothing more to it than that.

Time Limit Mode- Pick up all the power-ups that you can, whilst going as quick as you can.

Survival Mode- Concentrate! As time increases it gets harder so there is no time to relax. At a guess, I would say the time for platinum is around 7-8 minutes.

Score Attack- Same idea as Arcade mode, except only one level. You may want to use fast forward more often, or for the whole level if you're able to kill everything.

Tactics- Refer to the achievement guide, here. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=288505)

Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- I did this in the same manner as "Mass Shocker". Stage 2-3 (Turrets). Wait until you're in the middle of two sets of turrets, with ships flying above you. Rewind time, shoot at your time shadow to create a Shockwave, then enter the large white circle.

Challenge Points- 25
Guide- Need major help!

Challenge- Quick Shockwave
Description- Perform a Shockwave in under 1 second
Challenge Type- Normal
Challenge Points- 15
Guide- This may be possible with your initial weapon, however it will be much easier with Rapid/Super-Fire. Head towards the middle of the screen, move forward, then backwards. Rewind time and immediately shoot at your time shadow. If done correctly, it will explode before 1 second has passed.

Challenge- Shocking
Description- Perform a Shockwave

Hey Shelton,

I am the game designer of Zeitē and I just couldn't keep myself from posting here. We are very impressed with your dedication and effort of making this guide and the achievement guide. Great work! I only see some little room for optimization on some of the challenges, but I won't give it away unless you would like me to ;-)

It's great to see players like you really enjoying and understanding our game Zeitē :-) And I think you were one of the first ones to 200/200 the game. Maybe you will be the first one to get all 70 challenges which is the real challenge in Zeitē.

Best Thomas

Hi Thomas, I'm honoured by your decision to post here. It's very rare to see developers in the forums, so thanks for taking the time to join and post. I would love some input on the challenges as there are a few that I do not fully comprehend. Am I on the right track in regards to "Fast Run"? I was selecting "New Challenge" for 5 minutes and it never showed up. Unfortunately no one on my friends list has the game yet (I'm trying to change that) so I couldn't test whether my theory is correct.

I was under the impression that only dynamic challenges showed up in the challenge meta game, however that doesn't seem to be the case. I've since found out that the reason "Fast Forward Level Advanced" wasn't working for me was due to this. I'll amend the guide when I get the chance.

I'm sure everyone will appreciate any advice you can offer.

It's great to see players like you really enjoying and understanding our game Zeitē :-) Well, I just hope that the sales of Zeitē reflect its quality (which is excellent) so that your team are adequately rewarded for your efforts. And I think you were one of the first ones to 200/200 the game. Maybe you will be the first one to get all 70 challenges which is the real challenge in Zeitē.

Best Thomas
I'll give it my best shot. Arcade Master will be very tough to complete, but very satisfying too.

When you hit "new challenge" in challenge mode it gives you a random challenge. It can give you any kind of challenge there, but you are right with the "Fast Run" dynamic challenge where you need a friend to be compared to. It will only suggest challenges that you can beat. For example if a challenge requires a certain level that you did not unlock yet in the game it is not going to give you that one. It is also more likely to give you the easier challenges first.
Challenge mode is only going to suggest challenges to you that you did not beat yet. An exception to this are dynamic challenges, since dynamic challenges are always dynamicly generated and you can complete them with new random numbers as often as you want. The first time you beat one of the dynamic challenges it is also checked as completed in the list and counted to your total out of the 70 possible challenges. Dynamic challenges can ONLY be beat in challenge mode other challenges can be beat in challenge mode or if you are playing the matching levels / configurations at any time out side of the challenge mode. But challenge mode always picks a level for you that makes the challenge possible to beat.

WOW i hope that wasn't too confusing, just wanted to be detailed.

As a tip... try the time limit mode for Fast Forward Scorer Pro.

Actually I think Arcade Master is not as tough as some of the other challenges you already described (i.e. Fast Forward Level Pro) but still pretty challenging and rewarding to beat it. I am sure you will get that one after some more training.

Reeeally hard is to get through the last four bonus levels in one sitting, let me know if you did that ;-)!

Ok that's it for now, maybe I post more tips another time, but if you have another question feel free to ask. I make sure to check back here at some point.

Thanks for the explanation. I understand the challenge system now, though there seems to be a couple of discrepancies. In particular, the "Fast Forward Level Advanced" description leads me to believe that I can play any level in stage 2. However, I did stage 2-1 flawlessly many times, never letting go of :rtbut: but couldn't get it to unlock. In the challenge meta game, it only suggests stage 2-2. Any reason for this? Is it just a case of the description being a little misleading?

As a tip... try the time limit mode for Fast Forward Scorer Pro. :) Will do.

Actually I think Arcade Master is not as tough as some of the other challenges you already described (i.e. Fast Forward Level Pro) but still pretty challenging and rewarding to beat it. I am sure you will get that one after some more training. Needing to concentrate so hard for such a long time is why I consider it hard. Only having one life doesn't help either. Galaga Legions had a similar challenge (achievement) which took me two weeks of practice, however you could gain more lives in that game, which meant a couple of mistakes weren't that big of a deal. I guess Zeitē has time travel so that your mistakes are not always fatal, but I still consider beating the game with only one life to be a very difficult challenge. With more playtime, my opinion may change.

Reeeally hard is to get through the last four bonus levels in one sitting, let me know if you did that ;-)! Markus and I were exchanging messages earlier and he informed me that even he has trouble doing this. I sure hope this isn't one of the challenges!

Ok that's it for now, maybe I post more tips another time, but if you have another question feel free to ask. I make sure to check back here at some point.
Cheers. I would be really grateful if you continue to check here. I'm sure there will be a couple more challenges that I have trouble understanding, so it would be nice to have someone here to correct me.

*Edit- I've been playing for a little while, trying to improve my score in Arcade mode. I managed just over 4 million twice. Both times I've died on the Snake boss at the end of Mineslayer (2-4). Is there any way to predict its movements? I can get it below a quarter health but then it will come straight toward me at a billion miles per hour. I don't find the bosses in stage 3 very hard, so if I can get past this without dying, it would be great. Plus it takes me 20 minutes to get to that part, so its kind of annoying!

Last question. In Time Limit mode, there doesn't appear to be any indication of the amount of score you're getting from fast forwarding. This is actually why I never considered it for the "Fast Forward Scorer Pro" challenge. I didn't know whether it would work. I've made it through 1:30 of the easy time limit level, with an overall total of 1,000,000. How much more would I need to complete this challenge? Do I need to survive the full two minutes? Can it be done in this easy level?

For the snake boss, try to stay very low in the screen most of the time. Some of the crazy attacks are hinted by a sound effect, so listen. Also use your beam shot as much as you can and do shockwaves, but carefully so you don't destroy the enemies with the shockwave. Enemies don't drop power ups when you destroy them with the shockwaves. Generally during boss fights try to always hit the boss when you shoot (when you hit the boss the bullets basicly don't cost you health but when you miss they do). Pick up all health that you can get.

My fault... I mixed up the challenges. In time limit mode you don't get a bonus for fast forwarding and that is why it doesn't count for that challenge. Still in time limit mode the best tip is to almost constantly use fast forward and as much time travel past as you can.

Another pro-trick. Pick up time travel energy power ups right BEFORE you travel back in time. That way your time travel shadow picks up the time travel items for you again AFTER you depleted your time travel energy ;-)
