Hi all,

I'm just after some help with getting to Driftwood Island. I've completed 100% of the quests with exception of the gnomes, books and flowers, and still can't reach Driftwood. I know that there is a number of quests I have to do before hand, but they're not showing up.

I don't suppose anyone else has had this problem/can tell me where I'm going wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, in Millfields where you gave the man money to rebuild the bridge. Go back and the bridge should be built now, Driftwood is across that bridge.

Hi and welcome to the site. When thinking about making a new thread there a few things you should do.

1. Has this question already been asked and information given

2. A quick search in the search box

This has been asked and addressed 100 of times, so next time hit the search and you will see stacks of information.

woo woo, the thread police are here again.

im sorry but its hard for people to sift through the amount of misinformation on this site, so i feel that there is nothing wrong with new threads.

he asked a question, question got answered, all that will happen now is the thread will slip down into oblivion for others to ask other questions and get them answered promptly by the friendly community.

having you come into every thread that has been answered and telling people to search or ask questions in your own personal cluttered thread is just bumping these threads up.

So it's that hard to hit the search button located at the top of the forum? I understand he is new thats why I gave him a few helpful pointers ;)

Well first of all, many people are asking questions about things already answered dozens of times because they apparently think it's too much trouble to search for an answer.

And second, yes you can say that eventually threads like these will fall down, never to be seen again, but with Ragnarok telling everyone to use his FAQ/Question Thread he/we may actually one day be able to prevent these kinds of threads!

So instead of ranting Ragnarok, think about the possible positive stuff instead of thinking ''who cares these threads will drop down anyway''
Will you still talk like that if there are 100+ pages filled with threads like these?

I have another Question about Driftwood. And I did use the Search. Just needing more Clarification.

I've completed the Entire Quest Chain(Escort Quest was Last, After the Carpenter), and even Purchased every building on the Island, (the Main Island that is)fast Travelled quite a few times so time would pass, and even Recovered my Gamertag.

Still NO Achievement.

Like I said, I've waited a decent amount of time, and I'm not sure if all the Bridges have been built and the Island has "Officially" Been Established.

So do I just keep waiting? Or Do I prepare for yet Another Playthrough?

Have you quick-traveled between any locations since completing that last quest? That's what unlocked it for me.

I've Fast Travelled probably a dozen times.

Some people appear to have gotten their achievement while sleeping.
Otherwise, just wait till it unlocks

Yeah, it took about 15-20 minutes real time for it to pop for me, after I brought the letter to the carpenter.

Hey dude, despite multiple fast travels around, it approximately took three full hours + of playtime before the achievement popped for me so just be patient.
