This is a work in progress, so not everything is done:
These are some things that I tried to follow when I got champion rating on the training mode. Feel free to ask questions or make suggestions.

Also for certain exercises use certain boxers.

- Double End Bag - Use a lightweight or featherweight

- Heavy Bag push - Use a heavyweight - I used Mike Tyson

Any other tips will be appreciated.

- Open Sparring
Just be smart the whole time. Duck, dodge and block when needed. To go charging in like a wild man because they'll land some shots on you and you'll lose points. Use counter punches effectively. Hooks and straight are the best to use, use upper cuts when needed. I say this because half the time they block it and they'll counter with some straights to the head. Use it in combination and not would of nowhere.

- Stay On Your Feet
The first two rounds are going to be used mainly to get points. The last two rounds you're pretty much dodging to try and secure that 10,000 points for staying on your feet. You want to be smart the first two rounds, dodging and blocking when needed and throwing punches in the inside when they're open. Don't bother using power punches as it will lower your stamina and make you slower. For the last two rounds, don't even bother going near them. Just dodge and duck the whole 2 rounds if possible. If you're low on points but near the 35k goal, just block because you'll get points for blocked punches.

- Close The Show
This is fairly easy, the main objective is to knock down the other person. Be smart here and don't go charging in. Use your counter punches wisely. When they go in for a hook, dodge them and use a counter power hook to catch them off guard and stun them. When they're stunned, go all out to knock them down.

- Defensive Specialist
The LT button is your best friend here. Always be trying to avoid their punches and always block. You'll get points for them missing and blocking their punches. When they get in close to you, you're gonna not want to stop moving. This should be a fairly easy game mode to get a champion rating in.

- Get Inside
This one is kind of hard to get a champion rating in. What you want to do is attack them in the inside while dodging their blows. Never go charging into them because while you'll get some hits in, you'll also lose points from their counter punching. To get maximum points, wait for an opening or counter punch them when they're going in for some hits. Throw in a couple of inside hooks and jabs and quickly go back to blocking and dodging/weaving. They'll throw some punches, and that's your opportunity to throw in some counter punches. Don't let them hold you, it's a time waster and could lead to you running out of time. Work the body and the head, concentrating on one area doesn't work most of the time because of their blocking.

- Stay Outside
For this training game, always keep your distance. Don't rush them, that'll lead to you going into the inside and them attacking you which will result in you losing points. When they're advancing on you, constantly move backwards throwing jabs and straights at their body and head. Distance is key here because it minimizes the amount of hits you take and the amount of punches you can give.

- Heavy Bag Combos
This is pretty hard and tricky to do. You want to do this slow so you don't mess up but fast enough because unless you hit a certain amount with messing up you won't get the total points needed in time. There is a way around using the RS stick for punches because of it's inaccuracies at some time. Buttons can be used in place of them.
RS <--- = A
RS --> = B
RS upper left = X
RS upper right = Y

-Heavy Bag push
This is a fairly easy game mode. Accuracy is key and throwing the correct punches in the correct area as well. Just throw as many punches as possible and as fast as you can (I suggest using the face buttons as they're more reliable) when the bag indicates either high or low. Mix some power punches in there as well to help the bag forward, but don't use to many at once because that'll slow you down. Always moving forward is key as well, if you're not moving forward, you'll stand still at one point and the bag will stop moving forward. While this is common sense, this is a common mistake I stumbled upon while trying to get champion rating in it.

- Double End Bag
Always be moving, the target zone is going to be constantly moving and you're gonna want to always be moving because you'll be able to get their faster. Use combos, don't just throw uppercuts because they give you the most points. If you throw more combos, you'll get less points per punch, but the amount you throw will result in a higher point output for you. My suggestion is that when you get to the double point zone, incorporate uppercuts in their because they'll give you a lot more points added in with the hooks and jabs. For the last zone, i just did constant uppercuts because they give about 1400 points and if you're low on points that'll help you reach the champion rating.

- Maize Bag
This is a pretty straightforward game mode where timing is key. It might take you a couple of tries to get the timing down of the bag. Don’t anticipate the number of ducks they want you to do, sometimes it will spring a low number on you while you’re dodging, resulting in you messing it up. Always try and get as many ducks in as possible before the bag comes back, time is always a factor in this game.

Important Advice : Once you start the training session if your opponent is someone ranked very high quit it and restart until you have someone with weaker stats.

KFZ Scrubs! Thank you so much for this. I was having real trouble on the Get Inside training, the highest I could get was 20,425. I realised I was doing exactly what you advised against, storming in throwing wild uppercuts trying to get the big points - First time I tried it your way, methodically with timing and counter punches, I scored 45,875!

Great stuff!
