When I first started playing this game I, like others, had a big problem with accidentally hitting the back, Windows, or search buttons. It is so easy to do that it ruins the game. However, I discovered that you do not actually need to hit the note *buttons*. You can instead press the markers where the notes have to be, above the actual buttons. This takes your fingers well away from the danger zone, and means that you only need worry about playing the actual game. It may sound as if you will be obscuring the note markers, but I have found it to work really well. I haven't hit back or Windows or search once since using this method, and have been getting 100 % on songs. Give it a go, see what you think. And apologies if this is actually old news, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, and a lot of people seem to be having problems with this. Poor interface design... they should have allowed for the phone to be flipped upside down.

I couldn't finish a song and had problems with your method because I kept missing notes.

After some expermenting I came to a solution that looks ridiculous but is easy to make and works fool proof! I just got the 200GS a few minutes ago using my little helper. It should work for anyone who still has problems with Ooyah's method.

Yes, it is a roll of toilet paper. For easier handling one could cut the bottom half of the roll.
