Here is a list of all the bagde locations which i found on Gamespot Forums.

1. Hollywood- On Hollywood Blvd and Orange Dr is a big hotel. If you go from Franklin Ave on Orange St, there is a door on Hollywood Blvd. The badge is there.

 

2. Hollywood- From Hollywood Blvd, Between Orange Dr. and Orchard Ave There is a landmark (Grauman's Theater). Walk up the red carpet and its in front of the left front door.

 

3. Hollywood- On the corner of Hollywood Blvd and Highland Ave is a building called Max Factor. The south west corner there is a small fenced off section with a dumpster. Jump the fence and look next to it.

 

4. Hollywood- From #3 head east on Hollywood Blvd 3 blocks. After Las Palmas Ave there is a no named street. On the corner of this no named street and Hollywood Blvd there is a liquor store. Go to the back and there is a Green tarped doorway. Look there. (Musso & Franks)

 

5. Hollywood- From #4 head south on Las Palmas Ave and when you get to Sunset Blvd, just east of Las Palmas, there is a building with a moving globe on it called "Crossroads of the World". In the middle of that building is a tiny pathway.

(On the in-game map, drop a marker just above the "B" inside the big "O"

 

6. Wilshire- From the Wilshire Police Station, go south on Vermont Ave to Wilshire Blvd. On Wilshire Blvd between Westmoreland Ave and Wilshire is a Big Building. On the south side of the building there is an entrance with a walkway that has stars on it. Next to it, behind the benches is a little staircase, go down it.

 

7. Wilshire- From #6 go south on Westmoreland Ave, east on 8th St, then south on Hoover St. There is a big Art Musuem between 8th and 9th . Behind the Northwest corner of the building, its on a small pathway.

 

8. Wilshire- From #7- South of 9th St there is a street named San Marino. South off that there is a curved dead end road that brings you into a tar pit. There is a little shack next to the tar pit and the badge is on the back porch.

 

9. Wilshire- From #8 go east on 9th St. 3 blocks to Alvarado St. Go north 2 blocks up, between Wilshire Blvd and 7th St. (the west side of Alvarado St.) is MacArthur Park. In there is a big building with a dock in the back with duck and swan boats. On the dock there are a couple oil drums and the badge is on them.

 

10. Wilshire- From Alvarado St, head east on 9th St. The 10th named street from there is Francisco St. On the corner of Francisco and 8th St is a big place being built with a Skull on a stage. Underneath the stage where the skull is, just about directly under the skull, is the badge.

 

11. Central- From #10, Go 6 blocks southeast on 8th St and on that corner of 8th and Hill St. is the RKO Theatre. It's sitting at the entrance.

 

12. Central- From #11, head southeast on 8th one block and go southwest on Broadway. 3 blocks you will be on 11th and Broadway. That is the Los Angeles Examiner. On the southwest corner of the building is a small alleyway with 8 parking spots. Go to the last spot and it's on the brick wall

 

13. Central- From #12 head southeast on 11th then northeast on Los Angeles St. On the corner of 6th St. and Los Angeles St is a train station. Walk up a staircase off Los Angeles and you will see a train car sitting on the tracks. The badge is in front of it.

 

14. Central- From #13 head Northeast on 6th St about 4 blocks to Pershing Square between Olive St and Hill St. There is a green and yellow trolley car. On the table in front of the trolley is the badge.

 

15. Central- From #14, head northwest 2 blocks and turn northeast on Flower St. On the corner of Flower and 5th is the Library. Walk up the lion head stairs and on the right side of the building is a drainpipe. Climb up the drainpipe and then the scaffolding on the little roof. Run to the 5th St. side of the roof and there should be 2 tanks up there. Between the tanks is a square platform with the badge on it.

 

16. Central- From #15 head southeast on 5th St 3 blocks, then northeast on Hill St to the corner of 3rd St. It's right behind the Angels Flight trolley car.

 

17. Central- From #16. head southeast on 3rd and northeast on Broadway. Just after 1st St. is the Hall of Records on the right. Go inside and to the guards desk.

 

18. Central- From #17 head southeast on 1st St to Alameda St. Go north and there will be a big station on the right (Union Station). Go inside and its on the counter at one of the booths.

 

19. Central- From Union Station, go north on Alameda St. When it ends, go west on that street and north on the street after Broadway. Halfway up, you will see Chinatown with lions on both sides. Go into the pathway on the west side of the street and at the end is Mr Ghans Antiques. Take a left and run down the alley to the 2 lions sitting there.

 

20. Central- Pull up the map and go to the bottom right. Along the Los Angeles river, between 4th and 7th, 6th St bridge goes over to Whittlier Blvd. From Santa Fe Ave go underneath the bridge and down the slope. At the bottom you will see a ladder in the water. Climb it.

 

You have now unlocked the Button Man Suit which gives you extra ammo with all weapons.

It might be a good idea to put the video on top. I had such a hard time trying to find each street and avenue. When I was on my last one and scrolled down, I saw the video and was like "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU..."

 

No offence though. =)

Great guide man. Descriptions spot on, never had to touch the video. Now on to the Golden reels ,man do i hate collectibles. Whats the point!?

 

It's the trend in video games nowadays. I guess the developers want to add more replay value in the game.
