Testsubjectsneeded.com go through the simple commands and register for the experiment, gives a hint towards what the enemies might be styled after in halo 4. blue comes to mind, looks like no purple is the goal anyways

Whats your source for this link? I'm fairly convinced it could be an ARG like I Love Bees was, but I've been looking for a source point to tie it to the series and I've come up with nothing. At least with ILB the link was found in a Halo 2 theatrical commercial.

That being said, this definitely sounds like something Halo related given the Human Preservation project and even the hornet logo seems like it would be a nod toward ILB.

Also, has anybody else been able to scan the barcode on the profile page? I'm trying to, but my scanner isn't cooperating with me. I'm going to need a new ink cartridge for my printer to get it to scan unless somebody else cares to translate.

just signed up and completed the test thing..... If it wasnt for the Hornet thing I would think it was some new age anti GM company, but i am genuinely interested now.

The fact it has no direct links to anything halo, or gaming for that matter, apart from the hornet (which we speculate is Halo related) makes all this really awesome. Would be so awesome if the first 1000 (maybe more?) people who signed up receive something special:)

Can anyone confirm this is a Halo related?? I gave them my address so if its not, I going to be receiving lots of random crap in the future.....
Did anyone else get as far as making the ID? If not, apparently mine is in the post, so will put up pics of what i receive (if people are interested) when it arrives :D

IM SORRY FOR DOUBLE POST! But did anyone else stumble across this?!!!!
Its after the Genesis video, you go to a snow scene and click until you get to a door. This is on it....

My question is, what happens in 10 days.....?

I really hope this is game related, even if its not Halo the amount of effort and time put into making all these vids and sites is amazing!
Im gonna be pissed if its something stupid, like a new brand of pasta sauce or something.....

I found a link talking about this site.

http://www.movieviral.com/tag/test-subjects-needed/
The latest development in the Test Subjects Needed (http://movieviral.com/tag/test-subjects-needed) ARG has been a new viral website called Survival Code (http://survivalcode.com/). As we stated earlier today (http://www.movieviral.com/2011/07/01/mission-icefly-leads-to-survival-code/), once you set up your profile on the new site, you get access to 5 pages of a comic book. These pages feature the fictional Traelek Institute, in which Terry O’Quinn talks to a classroom about the state of senses in humans. The video that we also discovered has some of the same imagery. Well, it turns out that the Traelek Institute exists, at least online.

Discovered by MovieViral reader Micah L., Traelekinstitute.com (http://traelekinstitute.com/) is legit or not. A Whois search shows it was created yesterday and doesn’t have the basic information hidden like TestSubjectsNeeded.com or MissionIcefly.com, so that puts a chink in the armor. The homepage is pretty bare, again saying a lot without really saying anything about the Institute and what they do there. While the site suggests you “peruse” it, there are no clickable links. Fortunately, there is a phone number listed at the bottom of the page. When you call it, you get a voicemail for the Institute which gives you a word association quiz for the words “decoy”, “ascent”, “blameless”, and “misguided”. It then cleverly gives you a hint to go back to the website and do something with words.

What we found out, with the help of Micah, is that if you place each word after the Traelek Institute URL, you get a subpage. Decoy (http://traelekinstitute.com/decoy/) has a picture of an interesting ring on top of a handwritten letter, along with sentence “Sometimes, it’s necessary to sacrifice riches for salvation.” Ascent (http://traelekinstitute.com/ascent/Default.htm) has some of the drawings we see in the Survival Code video and the phrase “Rudimentary evidence of HSP: the ability to look at the common housefly and see more. The synthesis of biology and technology – all encapsulated in this simple doodle?” Blameless (http://traelekinstitute.com/blameless/) has a newspaper clipping of house fire in 1996, which might have been caused by the owners’ son. Finally, Misguided (http://traelekinstitute.com/misguided/) gives us a brochure for Hiltrecht Academy, a military school for 14-18 year olds

I’ve tried Googling several of the keywords I found on the pages, but no other websites or clues seem to pop up. If you find anything let us know. What do you think these pages and images all mean? I can almost picture a story regarding the kid causing the fire and going to military school, but it seems to have nothing to do with anything else we’ve seen. This could be a fake site, but it’s pretty intricately done in such a short time (Unfiction (http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=32663) found it last night). I’d love to read your thoughts below. The only thing there that hints Halo to me is the military school for kids but realistically they have those in real life anyway. Plus I found this on the same website.
Yesterday afternoon, Mission Icefly commenced. The activity was part of the Test Subjects Needed ARG from 42 Entertainment, and by all accounts is a marketing campaign for Wrigley’s new flavor of their 5 Gum brand. Those in denial or simply itching for a good ARG to follow participated in the dead drop game, and we got a new viral site to show for it. Get the details after the break. The chewing gum angle fits perfectly with this whole thing, especially if you've ever seen those 5 Gum TV commercials.

Anyway, I'm not signing up for anything unless it's confirmed as Halo related.

My life..... is over...... :(

If some brand of chewing gum can make all this, why cant video games??!! They can do it, for example ilovebees, and Bioshock 2 had a similar one where messages in bottles 'washed' up on beaches around the world, but as far as i know thats really it...... Seriously how much money is 5 gum making????

Will still stick it out and see what happens after the countdown, might post what i get in the mail if anyone still interested...... Still not happy though...

Long live Halo!

If it does turn out to be 5 gum, maybe they'll send me a free pack of gum in the mail. lol. Still hoping it's Halo-related, but it doesn't seem likely. Same company that did ILB if I remember correctly though, so never know. I do hope there'll be another ARG. I was disappointed by the Iris ARG that came with Halo 3. Not even close to the scale that Halo 2 went to.

Lol. I figured I would update on this just to sate the curiosity of those that weren't sure. This was indeed a site for 5 gum. And I did get a free pack of gum in the mail by the way along with a Human Preservation test subject I.D.. It all came in a weird, unmarked black padded envelope. Overall it was pretty cool to see in my mailbox. Scared the crap out of me until I realized where it was from.

Real shame this isnt Halo related. I would have gotten into this fully! I even did one of those puzzles (Similar to Bioshock 2 ones) once that door opened :(
