not sure if im aloud to tell you the website but i just read this:

1) stand infront of kinect as normal
2) hold the corners of a towel or blanket in front of you so it touches the floor
3) wave from left to right holding the towel or blanket so it looks like the avatar is dancing (badly lol)

this does work. done pizza in 25 or so minutes

EDIT: ive just notice with table tennis you can burn calories without the clock going down as long as you keep hand by ur side but dont do it too long.

also you can burn calories a few seconds before and after clock starts and stops

This is so amazing thank you for this amazing tip. I did the first 3 rivals without breaks and thought I was going to die. Then I paused and found this and its made the pizza guy so much easier than jumping around doing windmills. thanks again.
