Does anyone know what this skill does?
It's Xian Mei's skill, and is described as lowering the penalty for fighting a higher levelled enemy. What penalty are we given, and by how much does this skill lower it?
This is the only skill that isn't particularly self-explanatory.
I thought that fighting a higher levelled enemy would yield a higher level reward, not come with a penalty.

I think it means it allows you to kill higher level enemies easier, instead of you being like level 12 versus a level 34 enemy, you will do more damage. Possibly.

Oh dang, I thought it was like money lost penalty the skill tree was referring to.

Traditionally in MMO RPG's you would consider a lvl 30 player vs a lvl 30 mob an equal battle.
Any defences a lvl 29 or lower mob had would be less effective against the same level 30 because they are of a higher level/
Likewise a higher level mob would have better defences, that 500 dmg weapon that killing a walker in 1 hit, might now take 2 hits to hit a walker of higher level.
I would assume that without telling you specific numbers, the skill would reduce the difference between yourself and higher level mobs. As the whole encounter is basically behind the scenes dice rolls I would expect your dice rolls have an extra one added where necessary to increase your chances of a favourable hit.

Pretty much exactly what Tanaki has said, Its all about damage mitigation, say you have a level 30 and the zombie is level 32, you will likely do less damage and have less chance to critically hit that enemy
