I don't see any that are blatantly labeled as co-op, and none of them sound like they should need co-op, so my guess would be no. Although that is indeed just a guess. Maybe one of the people who got the game early can offer more concrete insight.

I'm interested in hearing the answer to this as well.

The achievement list has been available for quite awhile now and none of the achievements list co-op as a requirement.

The ONLY achievement that requires an online connection is for your character. Other than that, everything can be obtained offline.

I'm just wondering though those side missions like insurance fraud might require a co-op partner to even complete like in SR2..dunno..

You didn't need a co-op partner to complete the Insurance Fraud in SR2, you could do it yourself perfectly fine.

No co-op and/or online pass needed :)

but weren't the scores impossible to reach without a second partner for double points?

No they weren't, I think from memory it may have been a little harder, but still doable.

Hell no. Insurance Fraud was easy as hell solo. Get onto the highway and win, simple as that.

I guess I sucked at it then lol me and my partner barely did it all.

there is a stat for doing activities in co-op but not required. really i think co-op has problems with collectibles and such. the 2nd player has to grab everything first and i even think buy property first. it's pretty silly.

As mjc0961 (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/member.php?u=30854) said, the highway is your best friend for Insurance Fraud, it is easy as hell then. Just keep juggling between cars as you go down it and you should nail any of the scores in no time at all. You are not the only one that had problems with that activity, a couple of my friends needed me to help them out too.
