ATTENTION: A better collaboration of all the challenges and challenges can be found in the other Challenge guide HERE. (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=343912)Tripleb2k and I have come to an agreement to merge all of my methods into the other thread. This way it will be easier to discuss challenges and see all the easiest methods in one thread instead of two.

IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO ADD, POST IT IN THE OTHER THREAD WHICH IS LINKED ABOVE.

Basejumps Nailed -Complete 15 Base Jumps-
Go to the top of Saints Row HQ and jump off the right side of the helipad. Activate your parachute and then push http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/y.png to activate the Basejump minigame which will make a circle appear that you have to land in. If you always jump off the right hand side of the helipad, the circle will always appear right in front of Saints Row HQ. Keep landing in the circle and heading back up to the helipad to jump off again.

Big Air Distance -Jump A Total Of 5,000 FT-
Head out the main door of Saints Row HQ and head left towards the bridges. If you're far enough in the game, they should be raised and you can keep using them as ramps. Just keep going back and forth over the bridges. NOS will help you make longer jumps.

Boats Destroyed -Destroy 25 Boats-
It doesn't matter if the boats are vacant or occupied. You can buy the Rondini's Boat Dock crib on the middle portion of the island to easily complete this challenge since boats will spawn there after you buy it. Destroy the boats and head back to Saints Row HQ and go up the elevator. When you make it back to the Docks, all the boats should have spawned again.

Cars Destroyed -Destroy 300 Cars-
Destroy any vehicle with whatever you see fit. Every single car you see, whether its parked or not, will count towards this total. It should come from natural gameplay, but if you want it out of the way quickly, it can be easily boosted in Heli Assault and Tank Mayhem.

Car Jackings -Hijack 250 Cars-
Run up to cars while running and press :ybut: . Only cars with drivers will count towards this challenge so hijack them whenever you see fit. This is also another challenge that should come from natural gameplay.

Car Torpedo Total Damage -Cause 2,000 Damage-
To perform a car torpedo, simply jump out of any speeding vehicle. The damage will be added to the total whenever your car crashes into any pedestrian or object. You can also add to your damage total by simply jumping out of your car before it rams into a wall. Maximize the damage by going to the airport and speeding down the runways and smacking straight into the wall. Just make sure to jump out first!

Compliments Paid -Pay 50 Compliments-
Run up to any civilian, police officer, or gang member not running away or fighting and push http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/rightdpad.png . You don't have to wait until the end of the compliment animation. Once the person reacts, it will count as a compliment. Just be sure to bump into them if they're reading the newspaper, smoking or any other activity so they're focused on you.

Decker Specialists Killed -Kill 50 Decker Specialists-
Decker Specialists are the female Deckers that run rapidly and teleport everywhere. They tend to spawn if you raise your Decker notoriety to 3 or 4 stars. When they start appearing try to ram them with a vehicle to knock them over and start emptying your SMG clips into them from the safety of your vehicle. If they get back up, knock em back down again.

Distance Traveled -Travel 2,500,000 FT-
A cumulative total of how far you must travel. Everything you do such as Flying, Driving and Sprinting count towards this challenge. The easiest way is to speed down the interstate in the Temptress or fly through the skies in a F-69 VTOL.

Emu's Destroyed -Destroy 50 Emu's-
Emu's are the tiny little vans that seat two. They will appear randomly throughout the world, but are in no sense rare. When you find one hijack it and go save it to your garage. Once it's saved, bring it outside and blow it to smithereens. Head back into the garage and bring it out again bring it the cruel fate that it deserves. Keep repeating.

Gang Members Taunted -Taunt 50 Gang Members-
Run up to any rival gang member you're not in combat with and press http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/leftdpad.png . Hostile gang members may add to the total count, but it is an overall unreliable source for this challenge. Each gang member you taunt must be different so don't single out one small group. It's best to drive around looking for gang members walking along the streets since if you stop a car full of them, they won't get out unless you attack them. Easily to do this early on since gang members start to become scarce later in the game. If you are towards the end of the game, try to a co-op game in hopes of getting a connection of someone that is near the beginning. Their world will have more gang members than yours will.

Gang Operations Defeated -Defeat 32 Gang Operations-
The Gang Operations are represented by icons of a fist. They will not show up on your map until you get close enough for them to be added. You can tell where you are missing operations by the gray areas on your map. Drive around these areas until you see a large group of enemies and start fighting. Be aware that a few of these Operations are on rooftops so you should fly around looking for these. To complete these operations, you are to kill every targeted gang member. They can easily be done with any aerial vehicle, but I found the F-69 VTOL to be the most effective.

Grenade Kills -Kill 50 Enemies With Grenades-
You will be given an infinite amount of grenades in the Mayhem Activities. Throw your grenades at every officer and gang member that approaches you to quickly boost this challenge.

Headshots -Get 500 Headshots-
You can easily headshot your enemies by zooming in on them with the Shepherd pistol. Every headshot will kill the enemy in one hit so line up your shots and make them count. Can only be done on rival gang members and police officers.

Helicopters Destroyed -Destroy 60 Helicopters-
Helicopters will appear when you get a high notoriety for the Police and Morningstar. They can easily be taken down with a Tank, F-69 VTOL, or RPG's.

Hoods Explored -Explore 18 Hoods-
This challenge will come from natural game progression while you complete the story missions, activities and challenges. If you're in a hurry, you can fly around the city in any aerial vehicle. Each Hood on this map has at least one crib, property or store so you can fly over most of them for the challenge

Hostages Taken -Take 50 Hostages-
Look for any vehicle with a passenger and hijack the vehicle. You will be given a prompt to start a Hostage mini-game where you have to escape from the cops for a certain amount of time. You do not need to finish the mini game, just jump out of the car, get back in and activate the mini game again.

Human Shields Used -Use 50 Human Shields-
Go in front of any Planet Saints and you'll see plenty of your gang members standing around outside. Stand close to them, press :ybut: to grab them and press it again throw them into the store's wall. While one gang member is trying to recover from his head traumas, grab another and throw them into the wall. They take a while to die from throwing them and you will not gain any notoriety since they're members of your gang.

Kill Brutes -Kill 30 Brutes-
Brutes will appear once you raise your Morningstar or Luchadore notoriety level. They are massive enemies that can have a large amount of health and can take you out relatively quickly. However they can be taken down quickly with any form of explosives. You can also go into most Professor Genki's Reality Climax to find an infinte number of mini-gun wielding Brutes. You do not need to push http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/y.png to finish them off

Luchadore Specialists Killed -50

Mascots Killed -200-
Can be easily boosted at any Professor Genki's Alternate Reality Climax activities.

Multi-Kills -500-
Can easily be boosted in Heli Assault and Tank Mayhem activities. Since most police and gang cars have multiple passengers in these activities, nearly every car you destroy will count as a multi-kill. You only need to kill 2 enemies in a short amount of time for it to count as a Multi-kill.

Morningstar Specialists Killed -50-
Keep killing members of the Morningstar and they'll send in helicopters. Every helicopter you take out will count as a Specialist kill.

Near Misses -500-
Drive ontothe interstate and start passing by the other vehicles. If you are close enough to them when passing, it will count as a Near Miss. Keep driving along the dotted white line to easily boost this challenge.

Nut Shots -25-
To perform a nut shot you must kill an enemy with a direct shot to the nuts. Only works on male gang members.

No Weapons Kills -25-
Kill enemy gang members by throwing punches. You can only use http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/lt.png and http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/rt.png for the kills to count.

Oncoming Lane Distance -100000 FT-
Drive onto the Interstate into the lane where traffic is coming at you. Keep speeding along and the challenge will keep progressing. When the multiplier in the top right of the screen appears, your total will stop going up. Simply brake, hit a vehicle or drive into the other lane for it to reset.

People Run Over -500-
Take a fast vehicle such as the Temptress, and drive it along the sidewalk. Every person you hit counts.

Shortcuts Found -50-
There are 218 shortcuts in total. Drive through random alleyways and paths to find most of the shortcuts. The game will tell you when you went through one above your mini-map.

STAG Commando Killed -25-

Stoppie Distance -1000 FT-
To perform a stoppie, get on any motorcycle and start accelerating. Then let go of the gas, and hold down http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/lt.png and push up on the http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/ls.png . Crashing into anything while performing a stoppie will still count towards your total distance.

Stores Robbed -15-
Run into any store and zoom in on the cashier to start robbing them. Keep your reticule over them in order to rob them.

Streaking Time -600 SEC-
Go to your wardrobe and remove all articles of clothing. Once you're fully naked, go to any busy area and push http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/downdpad.png twice.

Survival Phone Calls -26-
At random times while free-roaming, your cell phone will start ringing. Answer the call and make your way to the new marker on your mini-map. Once you arrive, you have to survive a certain amount of enemies. These calls are random so always try to complete them when your phone starts ringing.

Two Wheel Distance -2500 FT-
Drive onto the Interstate and start pushing the side of your car along the concrete barrier on the sides of the road while still maintaining your speed. Push up far enough and your tires on that side will start to hang over the ledge. Once they're hanging over, you'll start seeing the progression bar appear so you'll know you're doing it right.

Tanks Destroyed -25-
Tanks will start appearing once you raise your police notoriety to 4 Stars. Hijack an enemy tank and use it to blow up other tanks. You will also run into Tanks during the harder versions of Tank Mayhem.

Windshield Cannon Distance -1000 FT-

Wheelie Distance -10000 FT-
Get on any motorcycle and hold back on the http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/ls.png . A great stretch of land is in front of the Saints HQ.

Vehicle Mod Spending -20000-
Drive any car into Rim Jobs and click on upgrades. There will be a list that alter the car's performance such as Torque, NOS, etc. Buy the maximum amount of upgrades for any kinds of vehicles until you have spent $20,000.

Vehicle Surfing Time -600 SEC-
Jump onto the roof of any vehicle and press http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/y.png when the car starts moving. Keep the marker in the center of the meter and avoid doing handstands since it just makes things harder.

Reserved Just In Case

Still working on the list. I accidentally posted the thread too soon. Any thoughts so far?

Pretty good so far. I need tips on Stag Commando . I have beat the game and can't find any more. A tip for the running people over. If you're far enough into the game, go where that plane crashes with the gas. Cops won't bug you and there is a lot of people you can run over.

Caught me while I was updating the list. They're all there now.

I've been trying to look for the STAG Commando's after completing the story, but I'm not having any luck. I'm stuck at 23/15 at the moment. I'm also still running through the activities and vehicle theft so hopefully there will be a few somewhere.

Car Torpedo Damage seems incredibly inconsistent. I send a sedan through pedestrians and a bus stop and get bumped from 1200-ish to 1400-ish, then I have an ambulance ram into another 3 cars and all 4 vehicles burst into flames ... no change.

Anyone discover the rhyme or reason to getting these to register?

Also, maybe add to your guide to attempt things like Commando and Taunts early (I'm at 100% and roaming gang members are extremely scarce, making Taunts a pain). Another option if you're late in the game, as I outlined in the Emu thread for some reason, is to join a co-op game on your most recent save, this will allow you to make progress on challenges in a Steelport that is less Saint-y than where you may be at in your own story (less Saint-y = more Gang-y of course, lol)

For the Stag commandos: Once Stag has locked down the city just raise up your police notoriety; at five stars the road blocks will have 4 commandos and a couple of Stag tanks. I just hijacked a Stag tank and circled downtown for roadblocks. It was also a quick way for me to top off my multi-kills.

For the car torpedo challenge, it seems the total is added whenever your car rams into nothing, but a wall. Find an alley way with a dead end and keep sending the car into the wall.

2nd part of your post, noted for.

You have just won yourself a spot in the Special Thanks spot! Big deal, I know.

They still appear after story completion? I need to check before I add it.

Just wanted to give another method of getting gang taunts when you control 100% of the city, in case people don't have the option of going into coop. First of all, it's possible but extraordinarily rare to see a single gang member walking the streets at 100%, but don't go looking, you'll waste hours. The easiest way I've found is to get a gang related survival call, go to the location and either rack up some notoriety and run to the nearest enterable building or finish the survival and then try to get at least 2 gang stars, then running to said building. When you enter the building, your notoriety will disappear, the guys following you will turn and walk away. Taunt their asses! Sometimes it can take a couple tries if they're walking away, but if you can't get him to react, take him hostage, break his neck (R3 button) and then wait for another car full to arrive and try again. You have to be fairly quick between taking them hostage and killing them, as if you have no notoriety killing the gang hostage doesn't quite get you the two stars you need for more vehicles to show up. There's also the way of going to the survival place, getting a bunch of gang members, then calling off the notoriety, but if there's any of your guys or any cops it won't work, plus it takes way too long for the notoriety call off to become available again, but I thought I would mention anyway..
Edit: I forgot to mention my favorite place to do this is Angel's Gym in Bridgeport, as you get them far enough away from their cars. They mostly just turn around and stand there after you wipe your notoriety.

Anyone else having problems with "Stoppies"? I do one, it shows me the distance it registered, I hit Select and go into the phone to check and it doesn't change. Can't figure it out. Some of them register and some don't.

I'd recommend clearing cache and seeing if that helps clark.
