I have another thread posted of a video guide HERE (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=365363) Where user Duck360gaming posted his 10 star run on youtube. I posted the info below on that post as well, but apparently I couldnt change the thread title to notify that I added the information below.

Anyways, below is the breakdown of Duck360gaming's 10* run, including the type of kills by area.

my hope is that this will help people make their own quotas before moving on to the next area in the game, or make adjustments if they need to. As I was preparing for my 10 star, I was having a hard time visualizing where I should get the bulk of my kills, and how I should spread my kills out without running out of ammo. Apparently from watching the videos, there is never any threat of running out of ammo (assuming you have x3 ammo in extra settings)

Here is the end game stats on Duck360gamings video. as you can see there is a big discrepancy between the melee kills, i have no idea why.

The discrepancy is because when you kill an enemy in a hall, enter a room and come back out to find them revived and you kill them again it doesn't count as 2 kills. Real shitty.

Really? But the achievements of killing 75 enemies seem to count those which got back up from the ground also, or am I wrong?

So I guess if we don't return to a room, the kill counts right?

Respawned enemies count, too. The reason for the discrepancy is that part 5 (and maybe others, too) are different playthroughs.

The guide on gamefaqs said as much. So following that I managed to be over by only 8 shooting kills and 5 melee kills which can easily be from running around alternate streets with enemies respawning. It gets confusing because it can be hard to tell which was which sometimes.

I did the same but in all fairness it is Resident Evil... just not made by Capcom.
