Introduction:
So here we are again in the world of Trails Evolution, so lets get down to the nitty gritty shall we?! Trials Evolution plays a lot like Trials HD but with some new added features which are a great welcome. Along with the normal single player, we now have 4vs4 multiplayer, a completely overhauled custom track creation and some new skill games! If you've played Trials HD, you'll know that this game is not a quick and easy completion but with a lot of time, dedication, skill and luck you'll get there!

Overall the game is pretty simple with an achievement list similar to THD, so you'll be on familiar grounds. It's up to you where you start, but it's best to get the single player out of the way and familiarise yourself with the game and to get the bulk of the achievements.

Experts of the previous Trails may not think this is a 8/10 on the difficulty scale, but a lot of people who haven't played the previous will be looking to get this and it's best to warn them before hand what they're getting themselves into. People who've even played THD to it's full potential still don't have the 100% due to certain hard to get achievements!

Single Player:
The single player on TE consists of 60 tracks ranging in difficulty and as you play through the game more tracks and higher difficulties will open up to you; Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard & Extreme. There's a total of 16 single player achievements to gain by playing through all the tracks. Some of these will come naturally as you progress and complete certain tracks or difficulties.

Most of the others are all track specific like; Finding collectables, completing a certain track without faulting or simply smashing your bike and breaking all your bones. Some of these you'll pass with no problem but a few will take a couple of tries (if not a lot more) to finally get it right.

One of the last single player achievements is completing the "Scenic Route" tournament without faulting. This is pretty much the "Marathon" achievement in THD all over again and will most likely be one of the last achievements you'll gain. Just make sure you have a few spare controllers to hand.

Multiplayer:
A new feature to the game, there are only a few achievements linked to it.

One achievement is related to winning races and the rest all have other criteria's like; Having custom kit while racing or playing on a custom created track. These are all pretty simple and shouldn't take to long to achieve. If you're having trouble with any of these, they can be boosted in a private match with 3 friends.

To find other players to race against or boost, please post HERE (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?p=5016948#post5016948)

Custom Created Tracks:
Only one achievement tied to you actually doing/making anything with a custom track. This should not take you more that 5 minutes, so please see the guide from more information.

Conclusion:
If you've played the previous Trials game you'll know what you're in for, but if you haven't, please take note that it may take a while to get the full 100%. Take your time, practice and hopefully it'll come to you. Overall the game is enjoyable and even if you're having trouble there is a whole lot more you can dive into to keep you occupied!

Pass every track in the Flatliner Event.

The Flatliner Event holds all the extreme tracks of the game. Firstly you'll need to unlock the event by completing all the other events and their tracks before hand. Once they're complete with what ever medal you achieve, the Flatliner Event will be open to you.

This event consists of 7 tracks in total;

Truth is Out There
Out of the Pit
Fishy Business
Dark City Run
The Wreck
Way of the Ninja
Inferno 3

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/5-g7Y0E=.jpgHard the Hard Way 20:gsicon:
Finish 'The Ascent' without faulting on the Rattler 125cc bike.

The Rattler 125cc bike is the very first bike you'll unlock and start with. It's statistics are the lowest of all the bikes you can obtain, so having a good run will be a little harder than using a bike higher up the list. It also doesn't make life easier that the race you need to complete is a Hard track.

Head over to the Cutting Edge event to find The Ascent track and load the track up with the Rattler selected. This tracks mainly uphill and to really beat it without faulting you're going to have to keep your speed. Seeing as this bike is the lowest of the low in statistics it's sometime hard to do.

Like some other of the achievements, it maybe worth playing through the track with a better bike to get a feel for it all. Other than that, take your time, keep your speed and make sure you use your posture right so you don't fall or lose momentum!

Finish all tracks in the Walk in The Park Event using the Phoenix 250cc bike.

To unlock the Phoenix 250cc bike, you first need to gain your A License, so please refer to the "School's Out" achievement for more details. Once you've obtained your new license and bike, head back to the Walk in the Park tracks and once again complete each race within it.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/5-v6kmc=.jpgThe Editor's Apprentice 20:gsicon:
Create a track of your own that has at least three path points, then test drive it.

From the main menu select "Track Central", then from here choose "Pro Editor". Unless you feel like making a track or adding some points, there's a quicker way to do this. Once the map has loaded, press start and select "Simple Track Example". Once it's loaded, the track will have 3 path points already built in. You'll first need to place down any object, then start and finish the track to unlock the achievement.

If you want to go down the route of building a track, follow this method. Find any spot and press :abut: to lay down your starting point. Now move your track line away from the starting point and press :ybut:. Doing this lays down a new path point. Now simply place 2 more points down with :ybut:, then end your track with by pressing :abut: again. If the achievement doesn't unlock, place and object down and try again.

Once done, press start and test your track. Once you've completed the track, the achievement will unlock.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/5-oaavQ=.jpgCustom Finish 20:gsicon:
Host and finish a Private or Local Multiplayer match on a User-created Track with at least 2 players

There's two things you're going to need first before you can attempt the achievement and they're, one other player or a spare controller and a user-created track. If you don't have a friend with you or another player to race against, you can find some HERE (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=366429). For the custom track, you can either use one you've personally built or simply download one from the hundreds the game has to offer.

Once you've got both of the above, head into the multiplayer menu and set up a private game or a local game if you're playing with a friend/spare controller. Now invite your other player into the game and race on the custom track for the achievement to unlock.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/5-lxWwE=.jpgBurnt to a Crisp 20:gsicon:
Pass 'Lab Rat' without faulting while constantly on fire.

For this achievement you're going to set yourself on fire and stay lit throughout the whole track without blowing up.

There are 3 ways to extinguish yourself, which you need to watch out for:
1) The beginning pipe. Avoid it by waiting at the start gate for 3 seconds.
2) The "puddle" that's about 15-18 seconds in the race. Make sure that you hit and go over the large drain pipe to flush the water out.
3) Slowing down for too long. Doing so will make the flame bigger and you'll eventually blow up, so keep riding.

Now you just need to string together a run, while lit, without faults in a fast enough way that you don't explode. View the video for what I found to be the most reliable pathway around the track.

Pass the A License Test and get the Phoenix.

You'll need a total of 75 medals to take part in the A License Test.

To obtain a new drivers license you'll need to play through the tracks, skill games and tournaments to earn medals. Each medal you earn counts towards the progression bar and your new license. Once you've acquired the right amount of medals the new license test will become available.

The best and fastest way to obtain 75 medals is to get gold on all the beginner and easy tracks and then silver on the medium ones. Doing this will net your around 80+ medals give or take, so there's plenty of room for error. Once you've obtained enough medals, you can take part in the A License Tutorial track which will introduce you to some of the advance moves of the game.

Pass the D License Test and get your first bike.

You'll need a total of 0 medals to take part in the D License Test.

The D License Tutorial track is the first license you'll obtain and track you'll take part in when you start your single player story. Think of it as a tutorial level to the game, so all you need to do is simply complete the track to earn your new D license and the achievement.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+PJ6yw==.jpgCheck Out My Ride 10:gsicon:
Join a public multiplayer match using at least five custom bike and rider parts.

As you play through the single player campaign you'll earn new gear and money after completing tracks. Once you think you've earned enough new equipment and have enough money head to the "Garage" (:lbbut:) form the single player map or main menu.

Now search through both the My Rider/My Bike sections and purchase 1 new thing from each category until you have 5 new pieces of clothing and bike parts equip (New stuff is highlighted via a gold *). Once you've done this, simply go over to the muliplayer, search and join a public race and the achievement will unlock once it begins.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+RKCWA==.jpgFast Five 20:gsicon:
Win five matches in public multiplayer.

From the main menu select "Multiplayer". From here search for any public game and come first in any 5 races. There's normally 3/4 races in a match. At the end of the match you must have the highest amount of points to be crowned 1st.

Coming 1st or 2nd will net you the most points to be in with a chance, so aim for those positions. These do not have to be 5 consecutive wins, so don't panic if you lose one or come 2nd.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+zOL7Q==.jpgThe Professional 30:gsicon:
Successfully complete the single player career.

To unlock this achievement you must obtain a total of 135 medals in the single player career. This will also cause the Trials Trophy to unlock.

Medal's value are as follows:
Gold - 3 medals
Silver - 2 Medals
Bronze - 1 Medal

The best way to approach this is to try to aim to complete the difficulty levels as follows, if your ability permits:
Beginner - Gold
Easy - Gold
Medium - Gold/Silver
Hard - Bronze/Silver
Tournaments - Bronze/Silver
Skill Games - Bronze/Silver/Gold

If you can manage to do that, you should be able to get 135 total medals, but be warned, the hard tracks can be quite difficult and if you're new to the franchise, quite frustrating. Keep at it, practice, and before you know it, this will be yours.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+I1mLA==.jpgLoonie Lander 20:gsicon:
The hawk has landed. Time to show the flag! (The small one.)

For this achievement you're going to want to head over to the Skill Games Circus and play the UFO mini game. Here you'll control a UFO with your bike and you'll have to make it to the end of the course while touching down on pads to gain points, but what you need to do for this achievement is none of that.

Right from the start, fly high and keep going right. Head past all the pads and even the finish line and a little further on you'll come across what looks like a chimney. Hover above this and then descend down into it. Please note that you must get to the chimney while the lights on top of it are still flashing green. If you're too slow and hang about, they'll turn red, meaning once you descend and enter, you'll blow up and have to start again.

Once down the chimney, slowly "feather" (tap accelerator) you way around the maze. All you need to do now is be as safe as possible to make sure you don't go to fast and hit the sides and simply make it to the end of the maze and land on the final pad to earn the achievement.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+W2evw==.jpgExtreme Prejudice 20:gsicon:
Complete any Extreme track.

Firstly you'll need to unlock The Flatliner Event event by completing all the other event and their tracks before hand. One they're complete with what ever medal you achieve, the event and its extreme tracks will be open to you.

I recommend you start on the very first track, Truth is Out There and you use the Phoenix 250cc. Just because it's the first one, doesn't make it the easiest but you have to start somewhere. The track overall is similar to a track you'll find in the hard events, but it has a few little trickier areas.

Remember that all you have to do is complete the track regardless of faults, time or medal. So don't go rushing in there if you're still learning the ropes. If you do find any of the other tracks a little easier, feel free to try them rather than the one mentioned above.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+kqKsQ==.jpgFlawless Victory 20:gsicon:
Finish the ‘Scenic Route’ Tournament without any faults.

To unlock Scenic Route tournament, you must complete all the individual levels first. Once all have been completed, you're free to take part in this tournament and ready to gain the achievement.

The tournament consists of 1 Easy, 3 Medium and 2 Hard tracks, so it shouldn't be too much trouble seeing as you've had a lot of practice beforehand. The other good thing about it is, it's a more skill based and a lot less circumstantial than the "Marathon" one in THD. It's also a lot shorter, which is nice.

For all the tracks, we recommend you use the Scorpion 450cc due to some of the sections that'll be presented to you. If you go for anything faster, you may over-shoot certain jumps or inclines due to the bikes power or acceleration.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+6pyIg==.jpgNervous Twitch 20:gsicon: * Secret *
Doh! You had a near-perfect run on a Hard or Extreme track, but blew it after the last checkpoint.

This will obviously be easier on one of the hard tracks. So with that in mind, load up the the first Hard track "Home Run" and playthrough it. It's best that you do a couple of runs first of the track so you can get a feel for the level and it's also best to use the Phoenix 250cc bike for this run through.

This way when you finally decide to do your none fault run you'll know the track off by heart. You'll have in mind what's coming up next, what speed and posture you'll need and also where the last checkpoint is. Once you do get to the ring of fire (final checkpoint) and have no faults, press the "B" button to reset your rider, and the achievement is yours.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+Yt7lw==.jpgCommunity Spirit 20:gsicon:
Post a time on another player's custom created track.

For this achievement you'll first need to download another users track. Head over to the "Track Central" and then select "Get Tracks". From within this option you can find all community tracks ever uploaded, so search through the options, find one you like and download it.

Once downloaded, back out and now select the "Play Tracks" option. Find your track(s) in the menus given and simply select to play it. Once you've raced through and completed the downloaded track the achievement will unlock.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/+GuDBA==.jpgUnyielding II 20:gsicon:
Finish ‘Rock Steady’ without faulting or changing your rider's posture.

To start you're going to want to choose the Scorpion 450cc bike for this track. We also recommend that you do a few trial runs to get a feel for the track. Learn what you can do where and how much power a jump really needs, as when it comes to not using your posture, you're going to have to do a nice bit of feathering on the throttle and brakes.

It's quite hard to give solid advice on this as most of the track is a challenge when you're not allowed to balance yourself. All we can say is take your time, practice and hopefully the video below will show you where and when is the best time to floor it or take a nice and easy approach!

Trails: Evolution - Unyielding II Achievement Guide - YouTube

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/-clo-Q==.jpgFull Throttle II 20:gsicon:
Finish ‘Archipelago’ without faulting or ever releasing the throttle.

First you must unlock the Collateral Damage Event which is unlocked at 50 total single player career medals.

The best option for this is the Scorpion 450cc bike. It is possible with the other bikes, and some might find it easier with the Phoenix 250cc. Either way, start the track and I recommend completing it at least once or twice to know what's coming up.

Now it's time to aim for the achievement. At the start of the race, just hold down your accelerator and make sure not to let it go. Steer your bike to make sure you don't fault. When landing, make sure to land on your back tire, at about a 20 degree angle to the ground, as this will make sure you don't flip and let you continue with speed even if you overshoot the jump. You may encounter 1 or 2 troubles along the way, but you can always revisit this track later on when you are more comfortable with the game.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/1994/-giZ2w==.jpgBeyond the Wall of Pain 10:gsicon:
Smash your bike and break every bone in one spectacular crash.

This achievement is pretty simple and can be done in multiple place throughout the game. There's a couple of ways to fully break your bones and smash up your bike. One being falling from a massive height, so a jump or the other is to drive into some explosives scattered about the tracks. Out of the two choices, the explosive route is the easiest as you don't have to worry about the speed, the jump or height of your driver when trying to gain this. Simply falling or driving into the explosive will do the job.

The first and best place to try this is on the Roller Coaster track under the Terminal Velocity event. From the start, just follow the track and don't worry about anything. Once you come to the massive drop down with the section where you go through the water, you'll need to slow down just after this.

Once you've passed this, you'll go through one checkpoint and make sure you follow the lower route. Following that will take you to the ground side of the track and another checkpoint which is right next to a jump and some water. If you look in the water you'll see some explosive barrels.

So from the checkpoint, simply fall off the ramp and into the water. The barrels explode automatically, so you don't have to aim for one. Once everything goes off, the achievement will unlock.

Reserved - DLC

Note: Me and Maka should have this pretty much done by tonight/tomo morning (no pressure buddy!). Once we've delved a little more into the game we'll get the rest written up. Please note, that some descriptions are still to come and by the end of tonight we'll also have some exclusive videos!

All help is welcome and thanks for your patience!

PS: The collectables description will be pretty bare until we find a guide or someone makes one. We want to get the rest sorted and correct before we spend a few hours making videos or written guides looking for them.

I maxed Trials HD without much issue (easier version of Marathon) and this after doing a few races seems easier. Maybe in a few hours I disagree, but right now 10/10 difficulty seems way to high. I know Trials takes practice, but most people nailed Trials HD eventually. This is no Devil May Cry 4 or Ninja Gaiden 2, much easier surely?? Like I said though, once I get further into the game I may be agreeing with the 10/10 lol.

Out of the Trials games, this is the most controversial question ever. Everyone who's pro'd the game (including me), says it shouldn't be a 10, but then everyone who hasn't says it should.

To be honest it's a lose/lose situation. Me and Maka decided on 10/10 but will be coming back to this rating once we've really had a look into this. But think about the extreme tracks on this game... You need to complete them to gain some achievements and some people, if not many will simply not be able to do them.

With that in mind, and the rating of completion's overall between the community, the rating get's bumped up. If it was 50/50, then we'll probably make it a 7 but looking back at THD...

In 2 hours, I got gold on all the tracks up to HARD. Unfortunately I now have 6 hours of classes before I can play again. But its looking like I will get at least 370/400 in 1 day. If someone puts up a guide for the squirrels, it could be a 1 day completion for an experienced Trials HD player.

Now a 10/10 difficulty is supposed to be for games that are near impossible. This doesnt fall under that category. I understand that it will be very difficult for people new to the game, but I think an 8/10 is much more reasonable. Plus, you might scare some people away from playing the game with a 10/10.

Everyone who's pro'd the game (including me), says it shouldn't be a 10, but then everyone who hasn't says it should.Then again, casual players say that about any game that puts up any kind of a challenge whatsoever. The more popular a game is, the more people who don't play very many games will buy it and complain about how the game doesn't beat itself for them like your random Call of Duty does. There are threads on the 1942 forums calling it the hardest game ever made...

Looking like the beginning of a good guide though!

I know what you mean. Again to be honest, and for any guide, it's swings and roundabouts! I find this game easy after I get back into it and the same for CoD. Other people just can't play this game after purchase or just can't get the physics/play style down.

I can't really put it down as a 5 because we find it easy. Every guide written has to written as if you've never played the game before. Thus it gets a 10/10 at the moment).

Great guide so far, just so you know though on loonie lander you need to get to the chimney quite quickly and make sure you enter while the lights are green, if you hang around to long they go red and you blow up as soon as you start to descend, I had them turn red on one attempt and stayed there for a good few minutes and they didn't change back, they might eventually but I didn't notice it.

You have at least 30 seconds to reach the shaft and you don't need to land on the other checkpoints, though, and just holding down RT to reach the building with the shaft takes like 10-15 seconds.

Im kinda inclined to disagree with the difficulty of the game, i never achieved marathon in trials HD however i did gold every single track and did all extreme in under 5 faults.

Right now i have all but 3 achievements which are the squirrels thingy, the 5 MP wins and the tournament without faults which i have not tried yet and my playtime is also only like 6-8hrs upon reaching this with some time messing on skill games and downloaded tracks,

This to me though seems more like a 7/10 or maybe 8 at the most

I agree. The only achievement I have left is the squirrels and my total time played according to the stat tracker is only 3h 36min (it must not count load times and time spent in menus). Its an "easy" 400 if you played Trials HD and I think just challenging if you never played Trials before. A 7/10 or 8/10 would be more appropriate.

It's easier than Marathon. About 5:30-6:00 for a clean run, and the tracks aren't too difficult. Much more down to user control, as opposed to track effects. Was able to get down to 12 faults on my second run through the tournament.

The problem with how everyone is taking the difficulty, is that they are assuming it's easy based on the fact that they have mastered trials HD. If you are flying through this game, it's because you put the time and effort into the other in the series, and that should be factored into the difficulty.

I think a possible solution is to have 2 difficulty ratings based on previous experience. Nozza? Or a range like 6/10-10/10, with a large note saying dependent on skill. The only problem with that is that I'm sure the people who are actually incredible at the previous Trials would find this game to be a 2/10, but only because of the time spent in previous games. It's really a hard call, and we have to assume you're new to the franchise.

People can discuss about the difficulty but it is a 10/10 for newcomers.

I've completed and set platinum every track (extreme too yes) in Trials HD and I find Evo to be very easy.

BUT remebering when I started playing Trials HD I thought that completing Extreme tracks to be the hardest things I've ever done in my gaming history. So yes, this game is a 10/10

People can discuss about the difficulty but it is a 10/10 for newcomers.Why should we rate our achievement guides on what they think, though? Obviously, the goal would be to try to rate how an average gamer would fare in it. It should neither be suited to extreme Trials pro's who think this is a 2/10 nor people who basically only play Call of Duty and think this is a 15/10.

For an average gamer and compared to other games on the service, I'd say an 8/10 is pretty perfect. It's not Robotron.

I agree, 10/10 says to me:
"It is almost impossible to get full gamerscore in this game as it requires an insane amount of luck / skill / time or a combination / all of these"

I played Trials HD and play trials games on PC and on my iPhone but I only play them casually and would consider myself amateur, Ive had no probs golding all tracks Ive come across (however I'm only just about to start hard tracks) I've put 4 hours in so far and I believe I could have 400 by the 20 hour mark and thats being generous I think.

Burnt to a Crisp:
The idea is to stay lit on fire through the entire run.

There are only 2 ways to extinguish yourself, which you need to watch out for:
1) The beginning pipe. Avoid it by waiting in the start gate for 3 seconds.
2) The "puddle" that's about 15-18 seconds in the race. Make sure that you hit, and go over the large drain pipe, to flush the water out.

Now, you just need to string together a run, while lit, without faults in a fast enough way that you don't explode. View the video for what I found to be the most reliable pathway around the track.

Trials Evolution - Burnt to a Crisp Achievement Guide - YouTube

Loonie Lander:

Just select the "UFO" skill game from the single player event list.

Now steer the UFO to the right, past the finish line, until you reach a tall building. Once you reach this building, slow down, and descend into the "chimney". If you don't make it down within the first 30 seconds, the light will turn from green to red, and you will die as you enter, keep this in mind.

Once down the chimney, slowly "feather" (tap accelerator) and steer your way through the maze, landing on the landing pad at the end of this section.

The achievement will then unlock.

I downloaded the demo, and was able to get the D class, Beyond the Pain Wall, and Full Throttle achievements during the demo. Which takes maybe 10-15 mins to gold medal all of the courses. So you can get a couple of the achievements earlier via the demo instead of playing through the regular game.

Do they automatically unlock once you purchase the full game? Or do you have to re-do them once you buy it?

i give it a 8 compare to trials HD.I'm not so good at trials like you guys,but i get marathon done after a lot of practice(may be this is one of the reasons why i think the new one is not a 10,lol)

i played like 7 hours and spent more than 2 hours on multiplayer(its just so much fun!)then i got 14 of 20,i guess i can complete it around 15 hours.

@Maka, thanks for the Vids!

To everyone about talking about the rating/time.

I've already stated why, at this current time, that we've set it to what it is. I'm writing the guide as if you and other people have NEVER played the game. You may think it looks fun and easy, but any newcomer will 99.9% struggle to start and maybe continue into the later levels.

The 15hr was a basis to start, because again of people not being able to do a track. I'll bring it down by 5hrs though for now.

I agree that the game isn't too hard for veterans of the game and I've nearly completed all the tracks and I'm only 2hrs in... But I'm not going to put it at a 7 just because we can walk all over it.

f I do that, someone may pay for the game for them to realise that they can't even get decent medals on the medium/hard tracks. Like I said, once Maka and I have had a a little longer to see how some of the achievements take (from players who can 100% complete the game) then we'll revise it.

For the 'Custom Finish' achievement you don't have to make your own track you can use any user created. I just downloaded one and did it that way.

Cheers for this, I'll add it in!

And I'm having comparatively little trouble in this game. Getting golds left and right even on Hard and I've even finished two Extreme tracks! I couldn't even get over the first obstacle in Extreme tracks in HD! The game just isn't as hard as HD in any way.

Also for custom finish Nozza you might want to add you can use a dummy control. Makes it easier.

EDIT: New complaint about "Hard the Hard Way." How in the holy mother of HELL are you supposed to get over the log jump??? The 125 can't bunny hop worth a damn and anytime I try to just gun it over the jump, my back tire never...and I mean NEVER....makes it onto the second log.

Ready...?

I agree the first pipe to pipe jump is hard. To be honest I couldn't do it for a good 15mins until I learnt when to lean forward. Lean just as the front wheel passed the end of the wooden part. This way you'll get a big boost and actually make it over with ease. If you do it a too soon, you get that boost and same goes for a little after.

Now onto the log gap. Again it's a bitch and yes the 125 sucks at hopping but it can... Just. What you need to aim for is getting your front tire aiming down so the back end is hanging up. Doing so will bounce you forwards a little and just enough to slam the back wheel do.

But to even get to that point you need to bunny hop. Level up your front wheel with the checkpoint on the top log. Lean forwards and slam the throttle. As you do this, and like any other hop, pull back. As you do you should just be coming off the log, so then quick follow the above paragraph about the dipping of the front wheel.

Trust me it works, but keep redrafting at that checkpoint to practice. I spent a far bit of time on both these parts until I nailed it and I'd still mess it up every now and then. I finally got the achievement early tonight, but once you're past those two parts, take it slow and its pretty easy from there on out,

p, my back tire never...and I mean NEVER....makes it onto the second log.

I did it about 2 hours ago. The first hill, lean foreward for speed, lean back when you enter the ramp and go foreward again, takes some practice but I got it down to atleast 90% landings.
Next part, have a run up, jump onto platform then bounce to other side landing on back tyre,go up.
Take it easy on the quater pipe thing just trying to flick foreward.

NOW! THE LOG JUMP!
Set your rear tyre at the end of the last plank of wood, you should be sitting just behind the checkpoint. lean your rider all the way back.
Now full throttle holding BACK until nearly the end and flick foreward.

if you land this, the rest is cake.

Just a tip you could/might want to add for the Flawless Victory achievement. Using the Scorpion 450 is alot easier than using the Phoenix. I tryed using the phoenix and found its just got to much acceleration for some of the jumps on the 3rd and 5th. I switched to Scorpion and completed them all on my 2nd try. So if anybdy is having trouble with this achievement try giving it a go with the Scorpion :)

Not in front of the game at the moment, but if it's anything like HD you can't restart individual races when you're running a tourney anyway, you can only restart the entire tournament.

The bike is more consistent, and fairs much better on "The Ascent". I'll be using it for my guide, that should be posted later tonight EST.

Try adding an object into the level. Make sure you test it, and get all the way to the end. As, make sure you put "bends" in the track, so that its not a straight line.

Let me know if that helps??

If not, try deleting and re-downloading the game, and recovering your gamertag. Should work then.

From the main menu select "Multiplayer". From here search for any public game and come first in any 5 races. These do not have to be 5 consecutive wins, so don't panic if you lose one or come 2nd.

Make sure to mention that it's 5 total MATCHES, which can typically comprise of 4-6+ races.

You get points based on your finish position and faults. If you gain the most points after all the races, you win the match, and get 1 credit towards this achievement.

Thanks for all the comments guys. So you know, I have a few final edits to make to a couple of the achievements but my pc is a bit slow at the moment and trying to do it on an iPad is way too hard. Hopefully I'll get it sorted later today.

I finally got my 100% last night on the game and have double checked everything (other than what I mentioned above) and all seems right and in place.

Details I'm fixing are: The Editors Apprentice, Custom Finish and Fast Five. They just need some slight detail checks but they're not wrong at all that reading them still won't unlock the achievement. Please just use the second option for The Editors Apprentice until I get around to editing, unless you read the comments above of course about adding an object.

Edit: Stole a laptop from a family member. All edits mentioned above have been made.

Fast Five has a typo, ctrl+f: "f1st".

editor's apprentice, you can add that if people are having trouble unlocking the achievement, they should just add a tree to the track. We've had 2 or more people in this thread with that problem.

Custom Finish is best done with a 2nd controller, locally.

It's pretty easy, I thought it'll be obvious...

You need to counter the speed with a opposite direction. So say your holding down RT and flying right, meaning you'll be leaning right. To slow down you'll need to then press the direction button left and press RT. So it's like going in reverse.

Doing so will then push you push you in the other direction and slow you down. Quite simply really. The decent does nothing to slow you down, and if anything it'll make you go faster.

Can you get something better then gold on every level? Their is a guy on my friend list with this winged symbol on every level except extreme in which he only has gold.

Yes. Those are Platinum medals (they are unlocked after obtaining a total of 135 medals).

Excellent guide, Nozza! :) I'll go for that squirrel achievement later this week.

Also, 8/10 difficulty sounds about right. Now, if there was an achievement that requires you to 0 fault the ''Test Your Might'' tournament, then I'd give it a 10/10.

If they had an achievement like that, it would be like 11/10 :D

Great guide. Some mistakes I found:

1. Mistype in the word "Unyielding".
2. Scenic Route consists of 1 easy, 3 medium and 2 hard tracks. (Not 4 medium and 2 hard)
3. I also suggest adding some video guides to Demon on Wheels II achievement. It can be very frustrating for people new to the series.

Nice spot, I'll get then changed. Also for point 3 there's not point in makin a video when there's the leaderboard replays you can watch. Saves Maka the time and it'll just be the same thing but with many more faults, so it'll actually be worse than scanning through the replays.

Small mistake;

In the ''Single Player'' part of the Roadmap, you name the track difficulties in the game. Instead of Extreme, however, you typed Expert

is anyone else having a problem with the multiplayer wins achievement? i just won 5 whole matches in one sitting, but didn't get it.

does there always have to be 4 people in the match? that's the only thing i can think of.

oops, there's 6 in one sitting...

Check your stats by pressing :rbbut: in the single player screen, see if it says 5 or more.

You must win 5 total games, not just the races.

We will either be creating a new thread or adding to this one for the Origins of Pain DLC that is now available.

Stay tuned.

Just another person to say the difficulty should be turned down. It's an 8/10 at most impo.

It's easier than the original trials, and even people who've never played Trials should manage the 400 on this.

The 10/10 will put people off, and 10/10 should be reserved for the truly impossible games.
