Introduction
Well here it is, CS:GO for the arcade. The achievements for this masterpiece of a game are pretty lengthy and some may prove to be a challenge, however nothing is impossible and these are not impossible however difficult. Most of the achievements are just for playing the game pretty much, with a few exceptions. All but one can be earned with Easy bots. Also, you must be on at least Easy to earn awards/achievements if playing with bots. Please refer to the bottom of the guide for useful links to other threads.

ACHIEVEMENT GUIDE

God of War – 70:gsicon:
Kill 10,000 Enemies

This will most likely be your second to last achievement that you obtain and the best way to get quick kills would be to play the Arms Race mode with Easy Bots. It would be best to go for this specifically once everything else is completed.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2072/-9uSGQ==.jpg
Awardist - 60:gsicon:
Earn 100 awards

Awards are a lot like achievements, except you don’t get Gamerscore for them. You can see your awards by selecting “MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS” in the Main Menu and then selecting “AWARDS.” Many of the awards are for doing simple tasks, so find the easiest 100 awards (like kills with x weapon or defuse/plant x bombs) and grind them out.

Click HERE (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=384950) for a great guide on getting certain awards (thanks to Ayx).

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2072/-jtqig==.jpg
Points in Your Favor - 15:gsicon:
Inflict 2,500 total points of damage to enemies

This comes from all damage that you personally inflict to other players; gunshots, kills, knifing, explosions, etc. Just keep filling those enemies full of lead and this one will be yours in no time.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2072/+5mBcw==.jpg
War Bonds - 20:gsicon:
Earn $50,000 total cash

Cash earned comes from a variety of actions. You can gain more cash by killing enemies, playing the objective, and assisting in the win/loss for the round. This one just requires you to play the game. This should come naturally and you should obtain it fairly quickly by playing either of the Classic modes.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2072/+nl54A==.jpg
Rampage! - 20:gsicon:
Win an Arms Race match without dying

Arms Race is the gun game style mode which has been brought into CS:GO. This achievement requires you to win a match of it without dying. Which means that you ALONE must get all 27 kills without being killed yourself. There are teams, but if one of your teammates wins you won't get it even if you did not die the entire match. YOU must get the kills and win.

If you are attempting this solo against offline bots, this achievement can be a bit stressful because the bots can sometimes get good shots on you and demolish your health.

Luckily there is an EXTREMELY easy way to get this. Visit THIS THREAD (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=384960) for all the details.

A good way to do this legitimately, however, is to camp back on the upper platform at your spawn on the map 'Shoots' and take it easy and try to stay far away from enemies (excluding when you have the shotguns). Once you get your golden knife, try your best to flank then stab from behind. Playing as Terrorists seems to be easier as well (at least for me).

This can also be boosted with a friend in a private game. Just find a place to meet and keep getting kills.

In case a video could help you for doing this the legitimate way, here's one submitted by Maka:

Battle Sight Zero - 30:gsicon:
Kill 250 enemies with headshots

This will probably come naturally on your way to 10,000 kills, but to speed it up, aim for the head! Most weapons are instant headshot weapons, such as any sniper rifle, the Desert Eagle, and some others. Accuracy is obviously a must in this case. Personally I find the AUG's and SG 553's scope function to be great for headshots.

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2072/+biIxg==.jpg
Clean Sweep - 60:gsicon:
Kill the entire opposing team without any members of your team taking any damage

This achievement (if playing against bots) is part luck but mostly skill on your part.

The best way to do this is to begin a Classic Casual game on Dust II and be CT. Buy an AWP as soon as you can and immediately run to the double doors to the right and scope down this pathway. Sometimes the entire enemy bot team will run down this direction and you can easily snipe all five without getting hit.

The problem is if one of your dumb bot teammates gets hit it will ruin it for you. As well as if you accidentally hit your teammate, the achievement is voided for the round.

Here is an alternate method provided by AFreakinCabbag3:

Also Clean Sweep is really easy on St. Marc demo too playing as the CT as soon as you reach the sniper the bots just ask to be spawn killed we got this during our first match. Just go the left of the truck as you leave spawn ADS at their corner and nail them all.

Lastly, here is a video of the achievement in action. It was extreme luck that his teammates weren't hit in the video, but it will still give you the general idea of how you would obtain this one with bots (by warrenpaul):

http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2072/+p+cyA==.jpg
Repeat Offender – 20:gsicon:
Dominate an enemy

Dominating an enemy requires you to kill them four times before they can kill you once. This should come naturally when playing against bots in Arms Race and may even be your first achievement.

Expert Marksman - 25http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/g-icon.gif
Get a kill with every weapon

There are a lot of weapons in this game, ranging from pistols to sniper rifles. The best way to do this would be to use the list below and check each one off once a kill is scored with each.

Note that some weapons can only be bought on a certain team, which is designated by (T) and (CT). Grenades and such are not required and kills from ALL modes will count towards this. Lastly, to score a kill with the Zeus x27 you should be VERY close to your target.

One good way to knock this out quick is to play an Arms Race game and then go mop up the guns you didn't use during the match. The guns not used in Arms Race are the SCAR-20, SSG 08, G3 SG1, and the Zeus x27. (thanks to Maka for the method and tigersrule for the guns needed after Arms Race).

Here is the weapon list:

Knife
P2000 (CT)
Glock-18
P250
Five-SeveN
Dual Berettas
Desert Eagle
Tec-9 (T)
Nova
XM1014
MAG-7 (CT)
M249
Negev
Sawed-Off (T)
MP9 (CT)
MP7
UMP-45
P90
PP-Bizon
MAC-10 (T)
FAMAS (CT)
M4A4 (CT)
SSG 08
AUG (CT)
AWP
SCAR-20 (CT)
Galil-AR (T)
AK-47 (T)
SG 553 (T)
G3SG1 (T)
Zeus x27

Magic Bullet - 10http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/g-icon.gif
Kill an enemy with the last bullet in your magazine (excluding sniper rifles and Zeus x27)

This achievement may be tricky for some, but there is a super easy way to accomplish it.

Begin a Classic Casual match on any map, and buy a Desert Eagle at the start of the round. Let the Terrorist team plant the bomb and then proceed to the bomb site. Usually bots will just crouch in corners, allowing you to net an easy headshot on them. Just make sure you have shot all but one bullet, then aim for the head and done!

I ended up grabbing this by complete chance, so this is how it might work out for you as well.

First Things First - 30http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/g-icon.gif
Personally kill the entire Terrorist team before the bomb is planted in Online Demolition Mode

This is the one achievement that absolutely must be done online, as well as the hardest one to obtain (difficulty wise). You can obtain this in a private game with friends but you cannot earn it in an offline game with bots.

To get this in the easiest way possible, start a game with one or more friends in a private game in Demolition (it HAS to be this exact mode) and try to vote/get the map 'Shorttrain.' The one getting the achievement needs to be CT and rush the hallway away from the trains.

Eventually the entire Terrorist team will funnel down this hallway and you can kill your friend and the bots at the same time as your friend takes control of new bot positions to make it easier for you. Your friend may have to kill one or more of your teammates to stop them from killing your team so that you can get all the kills (thanks to Andreas_loel for reporting this much simpler method).

If you die, I believe the achievement is voided if you take control of a bot even if you still kill all of the enemies yourself.

Once again, YOU must kill all Terrorists on the Terrorist team as a CT before they can plant the bomb.

If a video could help you, here is one by warrenpaul which was done with more players:

King of the Kill - 40http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/g-icon.gif
Play 5,000 matches of Arms Race or Demolition mode

This will most likely be your last achievement, simply because it's going take a very long time. Nothing really to say for this one except just keep playing those matches! If you can complete an Arms Race match quickly, then that mode would be best.

A better way to do this, at least currently unless patched, is to leave your Xbox running while you are idle and let the bots play in Arms Race on Expert. There is a glitch where if you are playing (or idling) offline with bots in Arms Race, one match will count as two. I would recommend idling this whenever you are not on your Xbox (while sleeping, eating, out somewhere, etc.), because this may end up becoming patched (thanks to Ayx for reporting this method).

As far as the achievement itself goes without this glitch, I would suggest leaving idling the matches as sort of a last resort until everything else is done.

For get a kill with every gun, the best method is to first win a game of Arms Race against Easy Bots. That will get rid of 25-26 guns for you.

EDIT: Also, just got Clean Sweep with Easy Bots on Nuke map. Was pretty easy. Just buy double barettas and sawed-off shotgun. Now run with you knife out around the map. When you spot enemies change weapons (close - shotgun, farther - barettas). Just kill everyone without taking damage and hopefully your teammates would have just ran around behind you and not taken damage. Video if you want?

Already have 230 on this.

First things first is doable with just 1 other player. Make your buddy run to the first blood spot (learn them) as soon as he dies he takes controll over the next bot and run to you asap. Quite simple

Could you please elaborate? I just did this flawlessly, didn't even take damage on Dust II and no achievement with a buddy helping me. Does it have to be competitive? Casual? Public? Private? What?

Fisk hosted when we did it but I think it was set to private vsing bots. Basically just agree a meeting point and as soon as you die take over a bot and head there again, rinse and repeat and you have a pretty easy 30g.

For the magic bullet. I think you can hurt the bad guy then finish him off with your last bullet. I was lucky tho, I used a shotgun. I must of been too far away at first to finish him off quickly. I just walked upto him while I was firing my shotgun and got lucky, my last bullet killed him.

Shit I think my "Points in Your Favor" is glitched. I think it said something to me as my trial was ending how I earned the achievement, and I bought the full game in-game but canceled my download by accident, but it still registered as me having the full game, so I just continued to play. Anyone have any idea how I may be able to fix this? I haven't tried reinstalling it, I'll do that tomorrow (Too tired right now!) but I can't imagine that'd help.

Just an update.

There's a glitch when you play Arms Race against the bots, the game registers one match played as two. Meaning if you Idle Boost straight Arms Race matches you will only have to do 2,500 instead of the initial 5,000. I don't know if it's intentional or not and I doubt it, so I recommend doing this ASAP.

Demolition only gives you one match played.

No, it can be done in private.

Just choose to play with friends, invite your friend, and press :ybut: to make it private and choose "DEMOLITION."

It can be done in private because I did it this way, and so did my friend. The first time I killed the whole team, I got it. The first time he killed the whole team, he got it.

Others have reported to only get one win, so I'm going to have to keep investigating on what triggers this. In general these achievements are really glitchy, some don't unlock when they should. People have over 100+ Awards and no Awardist achievement, others haven't unlocked Clean Sweep etc.

I've done some math, and 150 hours is about the fastest you could complete this.

Here's the breakdown:
Using Arm Race glitch 5,000 matches becomes only 2,500 matches needed.
Playing an Arms Race match against Easy bots with loading times takes around 3.25-3.75 minutes.

That's 135-155 hours of PLAYING.

If you plan to Idle though, it's still gonna be like 500+ hours.

EDIT: Also, Shoots is the much shorter of both maps.

For some reason it's playing the match that counts for two games.

I just finished the 10000 kills achievement and I doubt I'm going to keep killing bots to make the speed go faster, just depends how I feel later on in the week. I'll be busy with studies so I hope that I can knock it down during this week or sometime after it. (: Glitch still going.

I find baggage to be faster as you just head glitch the box at their spawn and just kill them as they stand in spawn looking dumb struck. My teammates normally mop up the ones spawning down low while I just head glitch the main spawn room.

I may just stand in the wrong area on shoots tho.

Heres how we got first things first

Ok this has to be one of the hardest to obtain, we did it with 4 players and 1 bot, would be better if you had 5 players, we found Lake to be the best map as the bomber always goes to the door at the start.

Load up Demolition on Lake and play as CT, M4A1 would be the best gun for this (first gun) rush the door and kill the bomber first, then take out the rest of the terrorist team, your team will distract the bots on the terrorist side

IF you do have 1 bot on your team, get one from your team to get killed first and take control of the bot before he kills anyone

Be warned, these bots will pop an headshot on you, they ain't that easy

I don't know if it's intentional or not and I doubt it, so I recommend doing this ASAP.

Demolition only gives you one match played.

im looking at doing this now as i don't really like the arms race and demolition game modes, so just play an expert bots arms race offline and it will count as 2?

Think this guide should be a sticky?

I'm hoping it will. :p

Expert is just so the bots will win quicker but yes, offline with bots on Shoots (more open so the bots kill quicker).

Before the game starts, check your progress. After the match, check again and it should have gone up two matches instead of just the one.

If not, restart the match/game and try to get it to work. Once it starts working it works until you quit or until it decides to not work. Personally I've always gotten it to work, so...

I don't think it's a "glitch". I think they give you 2 games on purpose so that you can't boost your win % using bots...

Does that make sense?

Just left it overnight for the first time and I woke up to 262/5,000 from 180 the previous night and I slept for 8 hours. May not be quick but it beats playing 5,000 games, well 2,500 at least.

I'm going to continue testing different settings/maps and see what returns the most games. I'm at 349 right now. I'm going to try Baggage/Expert next.

I'm at 750/5000. I would like to know the fastest AFK method. Right now it's 9.5 minutes on Arms Race expert on shoots. Probably over 10 minutes if the A.I. keeps a close race and not getting the final kill right away.

2600+ kills so I will get a few matches going for that achievement as well. I know the 2500 (5000) matches takes around 150 hours playing normal on easy bots but that's just insanity. Crazy enough to go for the 10.000 kills, that takes 24 hours. You'd end up with 60.000 bot kills going for the 2500 matches legit on arms race.

Did some testing:
Game 1: Shoots Medium, Time: 11:55
Game 2: Shoots Expert, Time: 9:40
Game 3: Baggage Expert, Time: 9:48
Game 4: Baggage Easy, Time: 10:35
Game 5: Lake, Demolition, Expert, Time: 19:30

Game 3 could have ended at 8 minutes but the guy kept dying with the knife. Then there was 2 on my team with the knife, one of them finally got the kill.
Game 5 only counts one match per 20 minutes so it's useless.

400 hours!. Hopefully it will glitch 2 games each time. Edit: yes it does. Thankfully not 800 hours of boosting. 348 hours to go, or 43 nights.

Does is have to be on expert? & how many times (+/-) will you die if idling?

Expert just to make it go faster, more skilled bots = quicker kills. And as far as how many times you die while idling, it varies greatly from match to match. But i'll give you an idea of where you'll be at when you hit 5k matches.

I have a 1.5 kdr when playing online. I'm currently at 4500 matches idling. And my kdr is something like 0.15

So yea your kill death will be horrific if you idle boost your 5k matches.

Roadmap is a good start, but if you could include Step 1 Step 2 and Conclusion it would be complete! Thanks!

And 400 hours? If this was 15ish I would have purchased it no problem as I have not played Counter Strike! Looks like the devs chased me away on this one.

Thanks, and I still need to do the two longest ones myself. They just take too damn long and new games creep up quick. :p
