I was thinking of buying a USB splitter for the back USB port on my Xbox 360. I would like to use it for my Vision Camera, Wireless Internet Adapter and possibly an HD-DVD player (if I buy it!) Will it work??

Yes it should all work. They're called a usb hub, normally about 15 to 20 bucks that allows you to connect 4 items into one port on your console.

Okay, as long as all of the plugged in things work, also is the HD-DVD player USB connected?

Just to reassure... I use a logitech G15 keyboard on my X360. It has 2 extra USB ports on it and I can plug things into it... It doesn't like my live camera to be plugged in that way though... however all my play and charge kits work through it and so does my Guitar Hero 2 controllers.

If you get your hub and you can get your camera working through it, please PM me and let me know. =-)

You guys might need to get one that uses external power if connecting more than one peripheral or two high draw peripherals like wireless network adapter and HD-DVD Drive. The splitter type usually don't have external power and the USB ports have a limited ammount of power they can supply. Most USB HUBs however, do have external power and that is what powers all those things that are attached.
