Bullet2theface
Well, I searched and found nothing like this so here it is. My 360 starts up to Dashboard, It helps me pick the game I want to play depending on my friend list, and I always check if there are new trailers for GTA. Zef
Hurray for more posts! I start up to the dashboard, that way I can prepare for battle by putting on some music, checking my achievements and can change the disc if I want to play something else =)

DFILL450
I start up to the dashboard too. I like navigating the blades before i jump into a game.
RFT 123
Dashboard for me. I look who's online, maybe start a Private Chat, look for new content, then straight to gaming.

DrH3rbz
Load it up on the dashboard so I can check if theres anyone online I can play with, otherwise normally put in something other than gears and play something with off line play.

Bax x360a
Dashboard - I didn't even know you could start it up to the media center, may have to check that out.
Pukgandi
Start up > check friends > music on > check score > pick game.
Steelhead
Dashboard. It doesn't auto-connect either. That way, if I plan to play SP, I can "show offline" before connecting. It's hard to concentrate on SP stuff when you're getting hammered with MP invites.
MuhFucNAdams
I don't pay much attention to demos, videos and such. I never have MSP's anyway.
Birky
I go to the dashboard so that I can see my friends first and then play whatever game I can play with them. Of course that is usually Halo 3... but sometimes Gear.
alpha305
Always startup in the dashboard. better to do that than to wait for a game to load up then go back to the dash. PLus all the information you need is on the dash anyway.
Skillet
I use the Dashboard as my central hub, I guess you could say. It's like the main menu for every single game that I own, feeding me information about my GS, friends, demos, videos, XBLA, music and settings. It's a wondrous tool of personal satisfaction and I always browse the dashboard before playing a game. Unless I start the thing to play a specific game, of course. In which case I simply pop in the disk. Wow, I'm like a Dashboard commercial or something. "The Xbox 360 Dashboard! Just one more reason why the 360 rocks your socks!" Ho5tiLe D
gosh i thought i was unique, im a dashboard guy as well. checking messages and whose on and what not.
Xterm1n8or
I do disc and dashboard it depends what i'm doing. I have it set up as disc, so if i just want to play the game i press the normal on button on the console, but if i want to go to the dashboard i instead press the eject button on my console to turn it on and therefore goes to dashboard. Am i the only one which does this?? If you have it set up to start up to the dashboard then you cant do the above, you don't have a choice! Deyankees1
I start up with dashboard, I use to start up on Media Player but it took too long then aftera while I stopped using it so now its 100% dashboard like Zef said I always load up music before anything then I check what my friends are up to then decide on a game. Jdm
Always Dashboard for me. I like to see what Messages I have and what friends are on before I go gaming. On top of that, it's always good to check out what's new for DLC.
