Please note: all of the below achievements are more easily done on easy mode, free play mode, and with a partner in co-op online play. Simply change the settings in the start-up menu.

10G- Complete Mission One without dying.
Obviously set the difficult setting to easy and have a friend help you in coop. Sitting back and letting him do the majority of the damage and killing would definitely be a good idea for success. Thanks to xXHektikXx and DF Legend.

40G- Complete the final mission without dying.
Obviously, the hardest achievement. DO NOT DIE in level 5. Level 5 is obviously the last level and in my opinion, the longest and most ridiculous. To get this one you gotta have a quick hand and be extremely patient. My advice is to simply stick to the back and try to have someone help you kill everything simply because this mission is so long. See video guides on post two if you are having trouble.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/nL/rp/0ICLiGJhbC9NFQUXXFJRF0NGL2FjaC8wLzkAAAAA5+fn-8a6hw==.jpg- Save President
10G- Save President in the Mission-
In mission number two, the zombie mission (where you parachute down, level is bluish black in color), there will be a bearded man and a man in a suit tied up on a lower level walkway, visible from the main path. Simply press the X button next to him and you got yourself this achievement, he will give you a raincloud and disappear.
http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/XV/dX/04CLiGJhbC81FQUXXFJRF0NGL2FjaC8wL0EAAAAA5+fn-HhXRg==.jpg- Save Hyakutaro Ichimonji
10G- Save Hyakutaro Ichimonji.
Ichimonji is located at the beginning of Level Four. according to Calzord, "to get that japanese guy achievement play until you get to the second truck defeat the three helicopters destroy the truck and stop at the front of the truck there is a pile of 9 sand bags in a piramid formation if you have the camel shoot them otherwise throw grenades or lie on it and knife it, inside there is a P.O.W but he can fire hadukens. Achievement unlocked. hope that clears things up. "- Thanks to calzord for clarification.
http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/6F/52/0YCLiGJhbC82FQUXXFJRF0NGL2FjaC8wL0IAAAAA5+fn-lle8w==.jpg-No More Weapon
10G- Complete any mission without getting any power up items.
Fairly simple, simply when you see either a man with a beard, or a woman with a backpack walking around, avoid them and continue. You can still complete it if you die, BE VERY CAREFUL however, as dying makes it more difficult on boss fights, as items tend to RESPAWN on you when you die.

http://tiles.xbox.com/tiles/e6/aW/0ICLiGJhbC83FQUXXFJRF0NGL2FjaC8wL0MAAAAA5+fn-7mmYA==.jpg-Strong Zombie
10G-Defeat Boss while in Zombie form.
In mission two, the zombie level, about 3/4 through the level, after fighting the helicopters, you will come to a sequence of tanks. After these tanks, make sure a zombie hits you with his puke(?) in order to become zombified. Make sure to avoid the first aid packs (wait them out) in order to remain Zombiefied. Once you reach an open area with an egg shaped object(looks like a meteor in the ground), you have reached the boss. , In a coop game simply both become zombies, and press the Y button to zombie puke the boss to death! Please see post number 2 for boss advice.

Obviously unless you want to know which monster you will be blowing apart I would strongly vote against reading farther!***Note if you are having trouble please see the video guides at the end up post 2***
--For some helpful tips please see DamienDeimos's post on http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=51061&page=2 for useful informations on many of the fights.

Mission 1-
The simplest way I found to complete this level is just to stay back and be patient until the end boss. The majority of the enemies are simple crab enemies which if you duck, (hold down) their attack will fly over you, and you can easily shoot them. When you reach the point where the path splits into three directions, ( a submarine, a tube downward, and a boat), the easiest section to avoid items is the top, (jump over the hold in the ground at the boat), where all you fit are crabs and giant red crabs. However, jumping on the boat will net you a tank, making it easier to kill the end boss. Try to stick on the lower part of the boat to avoid gunfire, shooting upwards at the bombs in this section.

Boss(Water Robot):
When you reach this boss, try to stay almost a body-length away from the edge of the screen in order to avoid both the bosses bombs, and his destruction of the dock. When he charges forward, press the A button to rocket to safety. Later in the fight, when he begins to use rockets, press up against the edge of the screen so that the rockets cannot hit you and eventually you will get him, make sure to constantly press Y during the fight, with enough machine gun shots and grenades explode. Be wary of the bearded men during the fight, as they can ruin your no weapon attempt, and can help you with additional weapons. Further note, if you survive a level with your vehicle intact, you get additional points!

01-03-2008, 01:19 AM
Mission Two! This level I found fairly simple due to the fact that the majority of the enemies are slow moving zombies, and if you get hit, you will NOT die, but change into a zombie, but make sure not to get hit twice, as you will die. As you progress in the level try to stay back as much as possible in order to avoid the zombies attack. You will come to a split path, with a man in a suit on the bottom, and zombies on the top. Free the man on the bottom to get the SAVE PRESIDENT ACHIEVEMENT. Further on is a monkey in a diaper with a laserbeam... awesome. When you reach a series of helicopters, either quickly destroy them, or use zombie puke attack to quickly dispatch them, and jump over the tri fire in the second phase. While continuing on AVOID the ice-cave , because inevitably you will probably end up dying in it if you arent prepared. Continuing on through the mission, you will start to find some tanks, destroy the first ones with weapon fire while keeping at the edge of the screen, and once they explode super zombies will pop out and crawl towards you. After blowing this tanks up, soldier zombies will start to come at you. At this point if you are going for the Strong Zombie achievement you should probably get ZOMBIEFIED and kill them so you can fight the boss in the state. Beware that these zombies lunge at you and can easily kill you if you arent prepared. Continuing, you should come to an Meteor shaped object . This is the Boss.

A series of multiple aliens and his ship. He will fire a series of six flashing balls at you continuously throughout the fight, quickening as the fight progresses, and as more aliens disappear. Obviously as more aliens disappear, the fight is coming closer to a close. Be wary as that as more aliens are killed, the fire increases, making it more difficult to pass between. In order to dodge his fire, wait for the brief space between each volley of shots, and run between them. Try to throw grenades and quick weapon fire as QUICKLY as possible, because when the fight lengthens, it becomes much more difficult to survive. If you are trying to get the STRONG ZOMBIE achievement, spam Y as quickly as possible, because you move much slower than normal and can be killed much easier. With two people it is much simpler, and once the aliens die, their ship begins to attack you with a laser. To avoid the laser, simply wait until the beam appears on you, and then at the last second dodge to the side to avoid the coffin like objects. Make sure to shoot them as they fall, otherwise they will obstruct your path. Fire repeatedly at the dome like structure while avoiding the objects, and the building will explode.
Mission Three:
Underwater Level. At the beginning, fight your way past the underwater tanks and submarines to the area with the wall that shoots torpedoes (you can destroy it to pass). Look below it for a hole in the floor which you can enter, leading you to an underground area where you will fight cameras which fire tri shots, and robots which shoot lasers(duck to avoid them) there are a sequence of elevators which will take you up three floors, beware of soldiers on the lower floor! Jump and press Down X to kill them. After grabbing a robot suit and destroying six of the mech robots, your character will pass to the next section, a giant robot boss.

Boss(Giant Robot):
This boss has a series of attacks which you must avoid in order to survive. His first is a missile launcher attack, which he shoots from his near arm, which you can avoid by simply standing beneath the pod and shooting upwards. The second is a laser beam attack which covers the ENTIRE area of where he shoots, afterwards usually slamming a rocket into the ground. To avoid is wait about two bodylengths away from his treads, and right when the laser ends, jump on his tread. If you are still in mech form blast away, as with all bosses, the quicker you kill him(shoot at his head) it will be far easier.

Mission Four: Desert Level.
This level is fairly difficult until you get the best part of the level, THE DEATH CAMEL. simply jump on TDC's back and it should guide you safely through the early part of the level. When you come to a truck after three helicopters with a pyramid shaped sandbag behind it, destroy it to net the Hyakutaro achievement. After destroying a series of airplanes and tanks(make sure to stick back) you come to a split path, one going into the building and the other going north on the pyramid. I found the easier way to be the north section, where man eating plants roam. Make sure to stick back and shoot at the flying seed objects(they will spawn more plants) and continue to the top of the pyramid. Do NOT open the hatch lever(leads to difficult mummy tomb area) and dispatch the insects to reach the boss.

Boss: Flying Face
This boss is a giant flying face which has quite a few attacks, all of which you need to avoid to survive. The first is a ground laser, which hits the spot directly beneath him and travels nearly to the other side of the screen. Stand Directly on the opposite side of the platform to avoid it. The next is a laser attack. The red color is directed(at you) and the gold is random(general directions) both are difficult to avoid, try to anticipate them to avoid. The next attack is the Dragon Ground Pound, where he shoots blue dragons out of his sides, which fly around and slam into the ground, exploding. Avoid his attacks and make sure to jump up and out of the way when he uses the Dragon Pound, shooting at the gem in the middle of his forehead. As he changes color beware he will shoot faster, letting you know how far the fight has progressed, try to kill him as quickly as possible, when the fight nearly reaches a close, it is nearly impossible to avoid his attacks.
Final Mission:
Air Attack/Space Assault/Alien Mothership/Landfall. As a warning, the final level is EXTREMELY long, make sure you prepare for it. There are a series of difficult bosses and enemies that take forever to describe, so to make it easier, I have posted a series of videos from Youtube that layout the majority of the final level. As such, I will mainly go over the boss battles, simply because the level is so long.
During the air assault you will first come across a flying airplane. There will be several enemies firing at you from the rear of the plane, but the most dangerous attack are the glowing balls that the plane drops. Try to move through them as they fall, towards the front of the plane to escape them. Make sure to keep your plane/helicopter intact, as it will greatly assist you in speed and damage as the fight progresses. As you do damage, a man will come out with a chaingun and fire at you. Dodge below him to escape his rockets and bullets and dispatch him.
For this fight, simply have a friend man the machine gun in the middle(jump on it like a vehicle) while you jump on top of the structure on the left, shooting and/or throwing grenades. Note when the helicopter shoots its main gun on the ground, jump on the structure above the machine gun to avoid it, then continue to fire on him while the person on the top destroys the barrage of missiles. After continuing fire, you will dispatch him, and the mothership assault will begin(please see video links at bottom) you will come to the giant psychic alien.
Giant Psychic Alien
Of all the bosses, this one was in my opinion the easiest. He fires two attacks, a small psychic ball and a GIANT slow moving psychic ball. Each of which are fairly easy to dodge because they are so slow. Fire at his head and shortly later it will explode, contuing the level. After moving through the area and freeing your captured partner, ( see video links), you will eventually get to the final battle after exiting the ship.
Final Boss Giant Psychic Alien
Ok your heading towards Earth, FINAL BATTLE! This is a tougher version of the first boss on the ship. For this fight the easiest way to beat him is to stand on the brain during the majority of the fight, and when he brings up the little colored balls, jump into your tank( try to anticipate this) stand to the side of his brain, throw grenades and fire, and when he uses his nova attack jump, (brain becomes electrified), and his brain will explode. Be wary though, even though his attacks are very basic, the fight is very long, over a couple of minutes.

looks like easy enogh achievements and i love this game!

easy enough achievements lol...thats the funniest thing i've heard all day, these are rediculously hard ones, maybe a couple easy

Yea this game is awesome but keep in mind this game is freakishly difficult :) aka: call your friend

Updated... I assume Hyakutaro is fairly easy to locate? Or is it rather difficult?

The 3,000,000 points achievement is pretty easy actually. You don't really need to work much for that one.

In the option menu, switch the continues to Free Play and switch to the hardest difficulty.

The best way to gain points is in mission 5, when you are flying and there is a row of five little alien thingy. When the first one is RED, kill it, then kill the other in the row.
Give you 10000, 20000, 30000, 40000, 50000 points each. You can die plenty with that method. :)

01-03-2008, 05:09 AM
i got some little tidbits to go into ur guide archonfury.

-the mission masters i.e "Dont miss" actually means done lose a single life.
-u can also mess around with the settings and still get the achievments. I had it on free play and easy and i still got Mission 1 master, and no more weapon, so i would assume its the same for all of them

01-03-2008, 05:32 AM
Jesus, some of the achievements may be easy but together these are the hardest xbox live arcade shooter achievements hands down, definetly Master level stuff alright.

I was going to add a few things but it appears some people beat me to it. Still here it goes even if somewhat repetative.

-You get a much bigger point bonus at the end of level one if your tank/suit is still intact.

-Definetly always play with a friend and use them as a shield if going for the master achievements.

-If you're going for the points, set the difficulty to hard, otherwise easy. You should always have it set to free play since there's no reason not to.

-If you're going for points there's no reason you shouldn't be able to get through at least the first level without dying, the rest you can die constantly on, as long as you make it a point to get those special ships (Red ship followed in by the off-white ships) in the last level as mentioned above then you should be fine as well as taking the routes with the most enemies. If you don't have at least around 2.5 million when you actually enter the ship to fight the aliens on foot then you should start over.

-I will also confirm you get the master achievements by not dying during the level.

-Best level to get No Weapon is the first, just jump over the prisoners and powerups, run past them, or avoid them. I suggest taking the tube and grenading the heck out of the giant crabs. At certain times if you die you automatically are given a powerup when you respawn so try not to die.

***Important***Everyone trying to get the master and no continue achievements should do themselves a huge favor and watch some youtube videos to be better familiarized with what a perfect run should look like. I'd recommend them for the guide when it's completed as well.
YouTube - metal slug 3 - final mission part 1

(Just click the title to get linked to the page, it DOES work)

I highly recommend checking out the related youtube videos for the rest of the level and the other levels as well.

01-03-2008, 07:36 AM
Good idea DF Legend, as soon as I finish the guide ill definitely post off site links to youtube, in case everybody wants to watch the video and not read my writing ;)

01-03-2008, 09:25 AM
OMG after beating the game right now....i have NO IDEA how u can beat it without a continue....that final mission is just plain CRAZY....it never ends....the other four missions i can see how u could go thru them without dying, but the last one...sweet zombie jesus!! Just wish there was a level select, oh well.

For the record i get NO achievements for doing ANYTHING on EASY mode.

Can anyone else confirm this with me?

01-03-2008, 02:10 PM
You should be able to get the achievements on easy mode, I was playing with a friend who couldnt handle it on hard, so i put it on easy and ended up getting the all mission complete, no-more weapon and also the 3 million point achievement

01-03-2008, 03:30 PM
Updated... I assume Hyakutaro is fairly easy to locate? Or is it rather difficult?

I seriously don't see any sand walls in the beginning of the level. Just all the trucks and shit. Maybe after going all through the helicopters and etc., he's inside the tomb? I don't see shit in the beginning of the level but going crazy shooting shit up on the camel lol.

01-03-2008, 04:09 PM
Its not a sand wall, its a sandbag barricade you need to shoot after passing one of the trucks, cant mind which one, but anyway itl be after a truck and you must destroy the sandbag wall, try to stay alive as he stays with you and shoots at people with a hadouken lol

01-03-2008, 04:42 PM
to get that japanese guy achivement play until you get to the second truck defeate the three helicopters destroy the truck and stop at the front of the truck there is a pile of 9 sand bags in a piramid formation if you have the camle shoot them other wise trow granades or lye on it and knife it, in side there is a P.O.W but he can fire hadukens. Achivement unlocked.
hope that clears things up.
this can be added to the guide if you want.

01-03-2008, 05:45 PM
Thanks, I went through it and I was like they were probably talking about that sand bag, I was like wtf a sand wall? I guess that's what it is called in real life? Lol, either way finally found that fucker and got that 3 million achievement on top of that too.

01-03-2008, 06:12 PM
For the record i get NO achievements for doing ANYTHING on EASY mode.

Can anyone else confirm this with me?
You can get the majority of the achievements on easy, but as previously said, its extremely difficult. The rescue ones are the easiest, but the no die ones are obviously the hardest. Guide is also updated with video links for last level.

01-03-2008, 08:04 PM
arg 1 death on level 3 and 4 damn damn damn i must get those i also think i can compleate it without a continue.mmm or not.

01-03-2008, 11:11 PM
Currently finished the guide, will post additional video links, but I would suggest just checking ex76823s profile on youtube or just simply searching for it, very beneficial if you are having problems... If anyone has any additional suggestions, let me know, hit the 10k max on both of the posts haha ;)

Not to say ur way isn't easy but im not that good of a Metal Slug player so when something is easy for me it's alot easier for others. So with: Mission 1 Master-10G- Complete Mission One without dying. I would have to disgree with you, like i guess it's what you rather and how good people are but I orginally tried ur way and everytime verusin the boss i would get hit, so i tried the boat just for fun and i found it was much easier, if you can see past the several eneimes on the screen and keep your cool its quite easy (especially if u turn fat). Then this is where the real perk comes in, You get the tank not the walker and for some strange reason i found the tanks bullets (both machine gun and cannon) much stronger then then the walker. But never the less i like a said to before it just comes down to what you rather and how good you are. (btw this is all IMO)

-Mother Beef

01-04-2008, 02:04 AM
Yea i can see what your saying but I simply went the top way because I was avoiding the bearded men who give you powerups for the no weapon achievement. Other than that your right, the boat is def easier because of the tank.

01-04-2008, 05:03 AM
Yea i can see what your saying but I simply went the top way because I was avoiding the bearded men who give you powerups for the no weapon achievement. Other than that your right, the boat is def easier because of the tank.

Yeah, the top is way easier. I go through that too and avoid the boat and the underwater level too.

Only a small question.

for the All mission without dying.. to do have to do it in ONE SHOT? or could I do every level in different playtrought to get the achievement?

01-04-2008, 07:26 AM
if u talking about the mission masters..yes u can do it in different playthroughs but if ur talking about this one "All Completed without continue" then ya in one playthru....which i have to say...is INSANE!

01-04-2008, 10:09 AM
finished level 3 without dieing onto level four.

01-04-2008, 08:04 PM
I've tried to get the no powerups one but for some reason it doesnt work? does it matter if your buddy gets one?

http://card.mygamercard.net/cylinder/bowchicawowwow3.png (http://profile.mygamercard.net/bowchicawowwow3)

01-04-2008, 11:19 PM
No, as long as you never touch a power up at all you'll get it regardless of what your partner does, or so I believe. Sometimes if you respawn you automatically land on a power-up so try not to die.

well the first person to get 200 points in this game was DamienDeimos (http://www.mygamercard.net/leaderboard.php?gt=&g=408&z=&c=&x=98&y=21) and obvously invincible

01-06-2008, 03:43 PM
invincible calzord not invicible, guide looks sweet should help a lot.

01-06-2008, 07:00 PM
kitarou got it too, its definitely possible, but XXtreme hard lol.

01-06-2008, 11:15 PM
It's very likely that both of those players have played the game before. It is eight years old, after all.

Anyway, I think we really need a good, solid written guide for the game. Not an achievement guide, but one that describes tactics and such. Videos are fine for seeing HOW to pull off a strategy, but they're no good for telling you WHY. Maybe it's just me, but I need to weigh pros and cons of different techniques and figure out which will suit me best or if I can combine them. That's hard if you don't understand exactly why the player does what he does in a certain video.

Anyone found a comprehensive guide site out there? I tried GameFAQs but their guides are absolutely horrid. They were all written by people who haven't even beaten the game without continuing; how useful can that possibly be?

01-07-2008, 01:02 AM
I have put in a comprehensive way to defeat the bosses with attacks and such. My descriptions for the levels are mostly vague because I have little room to type and the videos are better to show how to complete the majority of it in my opinion. If you have any advice on how I can better improve it please let me know. The first two videos also have commentary from hippo if you need step by step guides. Also if i could get a sticky it would be great.

01-09-2008, 06:43 AM
well the first person to get 200 points in this game was DamienDeimos (http://www.mygamercard.net/leaderboard.php?gt=&g=408&z=&c=&x=98&y=21) and obvously invincible

I didn't get the full 200 until a few days after the game was released, I certainly wasn't trying to be the first or anything. In fact, I didn't know I was until I got a few congratulatory messages. I was certain some of the more devout Metal Slug players would have gotten it on day 1.

Any ways, I got many messages asking if there was some way to "cheat" the game you seem to be implying that I cheated my way there as well. As far as I know there is no cheat, if there was there would certainly be a lot more people with the full 200 by now.

Metal Slug 3 is certainly not a new game, and I'm no stranger to it. I have been playing the Metal Slug series for many a year, though I have to admit in recent years I haven't given the games a lot of play time.

It's awesome that I ended up being the first to get all the achievements on MS3 since I have been such a huge fan of the series, and even somewhat flattering that most people think it was achieved through some sort of cheat. :) Hopefully no cheat is ever found (I hear there was one discovered for Fatal Fury Special??), that would put a huge damper on the whole thing.

A few tips you probably already know by now:
-Mission 1 and 2 are simple enough.

-Mission 3 has one spot that can be tricky, this is where you are ascending the platforms and 3 rocket launcher guys appear below you, then 3 more above you. It's hard to explain the best way to do this spot, needless to say kill them all before they can shoot.

-Mission 4's boss has the cheapest attack in the game, that being the yellow random attack. There is no good way to dodge it, sometimes it is best just to stand under him and keep shooting and hope he dies or you don't don't get hit. I suggest taking the "bug route" which will let you arrive at this boss with 450 laser if you pick up the items correctly. (1 laser + 1 bullet box + 1 more laser) Also, don't be afraid to use up all your grenades in this level, especially in the opening desert section. You can't hit the boss with them any ways.

-Mission 5 is a royal pain, it's as long as the rest of the game put together. Everything fairly straight forward until you fight the first form of the final boss, the one that rains down blue orbs. You CAN jump over the large ones, the timing is not easy but with some practice it can be done. This room is wide and sloped on the sides for good reason.

-In the room where you have to free your captured partner from the chamber while surviving a clone onslaught it is best to run back and forth on the ground in front of the chamber and stock up on 900+ heavy machine gun dropped by the clones. Then you run all the way left on the ground level and stand in the corner jumping up and down and the chamber should blow by time all your bullets are gone, this area is dead simple once you've figured this out.

-In the section after that, with the zombie clones chasing you down, it is possible to make them quit spawning (until the next wave is triggered) by simply killing them repeatedly, I believe each wave has like around ~6 zombies each. This doesn't work on the final door. Inch your way forward until you're familiar with where the triggers that starts the next wave are.

- Get the Flame Shot that one of the clones drops right after the first door, and try not to use it (theres the jumping slug right there as you get it). It helps a lot on the end boss.
- USE THE JUMPING SLUG (thats the one with 2 guns, not the slow one you find in mission 3) and try not to lose it.
- DO NOT pick up the drop shot one of the robots drops.
- Dispose of the last door as quickly as possible, hopefully you'll have some cannon shots left in your slug to help here. Use your slug attack if you must. As soon as the 3 orbs are down, the zombies die and you're on to the end boss.

Deceivingly simple (though still not easy). Your goal is to abuse the invulnerability you gain from jumping in and out of the Metal Slug. Jump IN when he does the yellow wave attack, jump OUT (and back on to him, not into the abyss!) when the green blobs fly up and are just about to hit the slug. Don't try it the other way around, you stand a good chance of jumping into one of the floating green blobs on your way down. You will be invulnerable for maybe .5 seconds after you land, don't get cocky. Fire whatever you've got, grenades, flame shot (hopefully), and jump back in when he does the yellow wave again. Personally I don't bother trying to aim the metal slug's gun at him while waiting for the green blobs to float up, as it screws me up and the slug ends up taking damage some times. You can try that though, every bit helps.

The timing of his yellow waves and green blobs can get into a weird tempo, tough it out. Let the slug take a hit if you must.

Maybe that will help some. Now, someone else from America get the full 200 would ya?

Hey I got 200GS on Metal Slug 3 a couple of days ago with one life! Here are some tips to do it and I hope you understand my way of explanation: Besides the last mission, level 3 and 4 are toughest obviously. Just before the boss on mission 3, make sure you save that bum when you get into the robot, he has a shotgun. So right before the boss will be three more robot guys. make sure to kill them and jump over the heavy machine gun. The boss can take only 25 shotgun shells. For level 4, make sure to take out the trucks with guys and try to dodge the heli bullets. Oh yeah, make sure you save the enemy chaser ammo for the flies. If you need more help, or just wanna hang out on Quake 4, send me a FR and you can watch how I play on Metal Slug COOP . I know i was late at posting, but oh well it might help someone out. God Bless America.

I just finally got my last achievement in Metal Slug 3, Final Mission Master of course, and yeah, just had to post that somewhere. Never played the game until it came out on the LIVE arcade but I definetly really liked it so I figure I might as well pick up the metal slug anthology.

Indeed, the path with the boat is definitly the easiest. You get tons off POWs, Heavy Machine Guns, Bombs, a Tank, and you get fat. The boss is cake with the tank. Also for level three the easiest path is through the pipe in front of the wall. Level 4 the easiest is the path that goes through the green area where you have to crawl through the insects and you get the Drill Vehile and then after is the exploding snails.
