Not into action figures?

EDIT: look at all the things you get with the Collector's Ed.:

* Limited Edition Content:
- 2 Pewter Figurines: Die-cast figurines of the lead character, Tommy, and the alien Hunter
- “The Art of Prey” Book - Collected conceptual and development images from the artists behind Prey.
- Special Collector's Edition Metal Case

But seriously what will you do with the pewter figurines? I only like the tin case, but really it's not that serious...

Yea I'm not obsessed like some people are over this stuff, the game is sufficient for me.

Whenever there is a collector's edition for a game, I always fork over the extra 10 bucks or so.

I like the limited editions. as long as they come with a 48 hour xbox live gold pass, makes it worth it. <cough cough> I am opting for the limited on this one tho, it is going to be nice.

I also got the collectors Edition and am happy with it. But the Last secret achievement is the BlackJack one. http://xbox360achievements.org/content/view/261 and the 3 secret ones are at the bottom.

Not liking the tin box. You mean I've gotta take the insert out if I want to get to the game!?!

Other than that, tis a bit big for my shelfspace. And my tin isn't closing all the way.

Actually it opens from both sides and you dont NEED to take out the insert to get to the game, you ust need to open it from the other side.... ;)

No, NOT EVEN CLOSE to the Halo 2 Special Edition.

With Halo 2, there was a clear plastic cover over the metal/plastic case. The Case worked as a normal DVD case and held both discs, stacked, which isn't the best design but whatever.

With the Prey Special Edition, there is a carstock cover over the tin, which reminds me of a lunchbox or something similar. It's about three or four times the size of a "normal" game case, and opens like a large metal book. On mine, I can't get the stupid thing to stay closed with the exception of sliding the cover back on. Probably because I didn't put the contents back in the correct order or something. Inside the case, to get to the DVD, you need to:

1) Remover the pewter figure insert
2) Remove the instruction and art books
3) Remove the inner lining insert
4) Pop the disc off the bottom of the box

... and to top it off, mine's not even closing! Grrr.

Methinks the Halo 2 SE was better implemented. Meh, at least the game is a keeper.

Ass. Woulda been nice to know that last night. Now I can get it so that I can't close the box from BOTH sides.

Pfft. I are an idiots.

I didn't really care about the extra stuff so just got the normal one. I did get the 'Art of Prey' book thrown in for some reason? Maybe they had loads of spares?

I love metal cases, and also I love big metal cases. Also I love the art book...
Haha, the pewter figures are a little extreme though.
Lastly...
This. Game. Kicks. Ass.

By far the best game on the 360 for me. It would be Oblivion but I'm not that in to RPGs.

I would have gotten the collecter's edition had I known there was one when I bought the game. The guy at EB didn't even mention a collecter's edition, what a poor salesman..
