Obviously, one of the rooms is where you fight dracula, but I have no idea where the other one is. I've spent considerable time pouring over maps trying to find the other missing block.

Normal Castle:

Inverted Caslte:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just found the last room on mine, but it is blue on your picture. It was in the normal castle, above the elevator to the inverted castle... Probably still worth checking.

I had the same problem happen to me when I was trying this and found out I missed one room which happened to be a save room that I guess missed. I looked up the Completed maps that I saw on Gamewinners.com and it took me to gamefaqs.com and showed me the complete maps- Inverted,Normal, etc. I just couldn't find it. But if u really want it just go through the entire castle and make sure u have every save point on your map filled, every portal spot filled, and just check the Complete map and compare them . It's very tedious and seems useless but you'll get it eventually....

http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/file/196885/7596 for the Normal Castle Map.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/psx/file/196885/24835 for Inverted Castle Map.

Credit goes to Wingchild for the Full Completion of both maps shown at Gamefaqs.com

If you hit up xbox.com and the CSOTN forum, a member goes into details on a glitch that will help you out. I don't know if it still works. It's worth a shot.
